The next day went much better for both Amanda and Constanze. Amanda kept a close eye on her friend, making sure she was alright throughout the day. Constanze was on time to class, and taking notes almost just as she had before. Amanda smiled gratefully that Constanze was feeling better. Jasminka noticed too, the sharp recovery in a way. While Constanze wasn't at her best, she was doing far greater than before. Jasminka nudged Amanda, which got a quick head turn in response. Her head tilted as she spoke, keeping quiet in the class with a minor whisper. "Constanze seems to be doing better, did you find out what was wrong?" She asked with some hope, and a lot of excitement, putting her hands together. Amanda thought, before shaking her head, starting to get a little defensive. Jasminka couldn't really tell why, but she just went with it considering Amanda's personality. "I talked to her last night, that's all!" Amanda barked out, yet at a mid tone as to not interrupt class. Jasminka nodded, before going back to her note taking. Amanda hunched up her shoulders in an annoyed manner and scrunched her nose, crossing her arms. Jasminka pretended not to notice, and Constanze herself didn't notice at all. Amanda's eyes lightly looked over at Constanze as she wrote, seeing she was getting stuck and such at certain parts, before continuing. Still seeming to have the issue of lack of sleep. Amanda groaned internally, before picking up a pencil, which surprised Jasminka, as she began to write in her notebook. Amanda looked at the board, trying her best to take notes in as neat of handwriting as she could. It wasn't fast, but she was gathering everything. Jasminka's head tilted with some suspicion, usually Amanda didn't care about taking classes seriously.
Later that day Jasminka saw Sucy, walking over to start a chat with her, she gave a friendly wave. Sucy liked Jasminka, both were calm and rather quiet, but at the same time both loved cooking. Well, if you could call what Sucy did cooking. Sucy spoke up first, "Hey, what's up Jasmine?" It seemed to be a new nickname for Jasminka from some of the kids she was close with, easier to pronounce and remember. Jasminka got a peachy smile in response. "Oh not much." She began to relay her day as they began to walk through the hall, before getting to the class she had before meeting up with Sucy. She mentioned how Amanda was taking notes, and how she seemed all cranky, crankier than normal at least. Sucy responded with no more than a devilish grin. "Something is fishy, you know she doesn't like to take school seriously." Jasminka nodded, pondering a bit more now that Sucy even noted that. Seeing it wasn't just herself that felt that way, or saw it that way. Sucy thought a little more, less deviously and more seriously. She wouldn't think so blissless with Jasminka. "Maybe she just found something in the class that interested her." Jasminka shook her head, "It's the same stuff as last week, we have a test coming up soon. I doubt she would just now decide to take notes about it unless it takes her that long to get interested in it." Sucy nodded, before shrugging. The two began to talk about less important manners, discussing classes and their different culinary arts and projects. Jasminka couldn't keep the thought out of the back of her mind as to why Amanda would be suddenly studying. She thought about asking her, but would wait to see if it was more of a bluff or not.
At lunch, the three were sitting at their table as usual. Constanze was eating as she would, seeming to be eating a little faster than normal, but to most it wouldn't be noticeable. She would still be a bit hungry after having such an irregular eating pattern over a while, Jasminka patted her on the shoulder to try to tell her to slow down. She responded with a small nod, as Amanda walked over with a plate of sliced potatoes. When she sat down, she mouthed something, but no sound came out. Jasminka smiled knowingly and said a pleasantly happy hello. Amanda looked at Jasminka and smiled, responding with a nod and an audible hello of her own. She looked to Constanze, who sat across from her. "Are you feeling better Cons?" Constanze looked up and took a moment before nodding with a small smile. She continued to eat, leaving Amanda with a relieved sigh, slinking back into her chair. She thought to herself in that instance. "I wonder if we can all sleep soundly tonight then." She didn't much enjoy having Constanze in her bed with her, since she preferred to lay a bit sprawled out whenever she eventually got to sleep, and she couldn't really do that when someone else was with her. Especially with how thin the beds at the school were. However, she was optimistic that Constanze would be able to manage herself tonight. She leaned forward and began to eat her potatoes, before looking to Jasminka, who seemed to have an eye on the books in her satchel. "What's wrong?" Amanda asked with a full mouth. Jasminka gasped a bit, she didn't really want to seem like she was staring. "Oh, nothing Amanda, don't worry. It's just, I have never seen you so invested in the class work before. Did something catch your interest?" Amanda thought a bit as to what Jasminka was talking about, only when she swallowed the food in her mouth did she realize. "Oh that? The note taking? Bah, it's just to look like I am doing something productive. I don't really care about what they're teaching us. Not like I will use it anyway." Jasminka seemed a little confused, but she went back to eating her lunch regardless.
That night, Amanda was the last one in the dorm room. She took a little longer to get her hair dried than the others. Mainly because she's so picky with it. "Gotta get this trimmed, it's getting too long" she muttered. As she walked in, she saw Constanze resting soundly. She seemed happy that Constanze was better enough to sleep on her own. She went and laid down in her bed, facing the wall, before going to sleep. The next day was the start of the weekend, with only a few more days to study before the big test. When she sat up and yawned at the break of dawn, she scratched her back, looking over to Constanzes bed. She gasped, seeing she wasn't there. Could she have really gotten better that fast? Amanda was the one waking up earlier than everyone else while Constanze was struggling to sleep, so she seemed a bit surprised at this occurrence. She moved her arm and nudged something, when she looked down, she saw a little blueish black figure by her bed. She squinted in the faint light before gasping. There was Constanze, sitting by the bed holding her pillow in her grasp. She was tightly hugging it, legs tucked up against her arms and the pillow. She was resting against the table legs, her hair all fluffed up as if she was shaking in her sleep, causing her to rub her head against both Amanda's mattress and the table. Amanda seemed extremely upset, feeling horrible that Constanze didn't wake her up to ask for support. She got up, and slipped into some padded slippers. She walked over to her bed, grabbing the blanket and moving it down to the base. She was being careful to not wake either Constanze or Jasminka. She tucked her legs into a squat, bending down and putting her arms out, slowly scooting one behind Constanzes back, and another up under Constanzes legs. She slowly picked her up, holding her close, before turning to lay her into the bed. She couldn't help but look at Constanzes face when she looked to check her over for injuries or any type of concern. Her face was peaceful, yet clearly not extremely well rested. Amanda turned her carefully, before laying her down in her own bed. Since Amanda was sleeping in her bed and just got up, a lot of her warmth was still there, and she felt that would be best for Constanze. She laid Constanzes head against the pillow, and slowly lifted the blanket up to tuck her in. She took a step back, before quickly looking away, seeming angered, or trying to push down other emotions. She began to walk out of the dorm, collecting her clothes on the way out to go change in the bathroom. Jasminka woke up shortly after hearing the door close. She climbed down off of her bunk, before looking in and seeing Constanze sleeping in Amanda's bed. She seemed confused, before gasping. She believes she just found the reason why Amanda was taking notes, and behaving so strangely.

Amanda was outside, racing with her broom against Akko. Was it fair? Not at all, but it was helping Akko train speed as well as acrobatics. She was having the time of her life, cheering as she would do flips, rolls, and even stand on her broom. Not so much to taunt Akko, but to have fun with it. However, it did kind of taunt Akko in a way, causing her to try to use more and more speed. When she would hit corners, she would slide out real far, causing a ton of slow down as she tried to course correct. Jasminka came outside, seeing this interaction. She spent the early morning cooking up some breakfast for her friends, she already delivered some to Diana and her roommates, but also brought some tupperware out for Lotte and Sucy. She handed them their food, Sucy got a mild, cheesy mushroom risotto. Lotte in turn got a Hapansilakka pie. Jasminka sat on the ground, eating some apples she had gotten from the market, watching the girls race. Sucy and Lotte ate after giving a much appreciated thanks to Jasminka. As the girls stopped racing, they walked over, seeing Jasminka brought food. Seeing them walk over Jasminka opened her backpack, bringing out two more tupperwares of food. For Akko, she made a strawberry pastry, and for Amanda, she made a BLT. As they ate, it stayed mostly quiet outside of Akko, Sucy, and Lotte talking about broom stuff. Amanda stared at the grass, eating slowly. Compared to normal, both her and Akko usually wolf down their food, however she seemed to be cautious and slow. Jasminka looked to her, thinking about what she saw in the dorm, which caused her lip to curve up a bit in a confused and concerned frown. She shook her head, giving herself a more gentle smile. "Amanda?" she asked, questioningly. Amanda looked up then over at Jasminka, characteristically talking with her mouth full. "Yeah?" she said, before swallowing her bite, before going for another. The other girls were half listening, outside of Sucy, who was curious. Listening intently, since she had talked to Jasminka earlier about Amanda, she was curious what was going to happen. Jasminka seemed a little stressed, before sighing. "It's about you and Consta-" before she could even get the full sentence, or even the name out, Amanda jumped up, dropping the tupperware and nearly dropping her sandwich. "What do you mean me and Constanze?!" she asked, defensively. She yelled this time, surprising Jasminka and the other girls, who were all now facing her. Jasminka gulped, before continuing her question. "Well... I s-saw her in your bed this morning after you left... And, well, you have been acting st-" Amanda's eyes flashed a flaming red, before she ground her teeth. "It's none, of, your BUSINESS!" she yelled out, before throwing the sandwich on the ground. Jasminka was startled, leaning back a bit. She began to get up, the other girls, all but Sucy, showed a lot of concern or fear over Amanda's attitude here. "A-Amanda, wait!" Jasminka said, before reaching out and hoping Amanda would stay to talk. Amanda recalled her broom, which flew over to her. "Tia Freyre!" she yelled, looking at the broom as it charged towards her. She lept and grabbed on, before using her body to push her legs up onto the broomstick. She turned it so she was the right way up, and flew off just as fast as she exited the scene. Jasminka put her hand on her head. "Oh dear..." The girls looked at each other, surprised at Amanda's outburst.
