Darkness, that’s all I could see.

I was trapped in a dimension of endless darkness with no sources of light yet I could somehow see. It was strange and after a few hours I slowly adapted to see clearer within this dome and I had noticed a floating lotus in the very centre of the dome. As soon as I set sights upon the flower I had an inexplicable urge to touch it. I stood in the centre of the dome directly under this lotus and reached up trying to touch this flower. After 4 consecutive tries on the 5th try I had figured that if I bent my knees slightly and propelled myself I could probably touch the flower and so I bent my knees and propelled myself and my finger ever so briefly brushed against the flower.

When I returned to the ground the lotus plunged into my forehead but surprisingly no resistance was felt as it fazed through my forehead and into my mind. Just as I was about to give up I had suddenly gotten an excruciating headache that felt like my mind was slowly ripped apart.

When I had awoken I realised a giant timer was now within this dome and I had immediately known that it was the amount of time from when I was born and from this I had noticed that I was asleep for 7 days after the lotus had plunged into my forehead.

The lotus that I had absorbed was known as a [Natural Info Lotus] NIL which was given to all naturally born spirits. From the information I was given I found I was the son of a Dryad and was a conscious tree and this dome was my spirit realm. I was technically considered a new born spirit consciousness with no spirit sense however I had found out that in this world there was a skill that all conscious beings had be it humans, gods, fairies, demons or even monsters who had obtained consciousness and this skill was [Spirit Screen]

[Spirit Screen] was an ability that only those with consciousness where automatically given as a gift from the god of knowledge Satom to fight the beasts and monsters who do not have consciousness or intellect. This gift was initially severely underestimated as it was given to all intelligent beings however its true power did eventually shine when the elves figured that it tells them their strengths, weaknesses and abilities in great detail. This however greatly infuriated the Beast Father Ludon also known as God of Beasts as he argued that this preferential treatment however the gods sided with Satom the god of knowledge.

This Lotus gave me a lot of relevant knowledge but a large amount of irrelevant knowledge, anyway I decided to use this skill so I said [Spirit Screen] and semi-transparent blue screen appeared in front of me

After a few minutes I skimmed through the knowledge given to me by the Lotus and I had found out that I would gain the skill [Natural Sight] at the age of 2. I was extremely excited but after another day I had finally had enough and said out loud activate [Hibernation] for 2 years.

After that it all went black.
