Flight 1- Planet Landing
Christian Gouth IV, no relation to Charles Gouth, is a young man of 18 in his first year of college. Around two years before he was randomly selected to take part in Space age. Now with the Official release he was excited for Space Age. His beta test experience was lovely; he spent most of his time testing gunman mechanics and was ready to start again with gunman as his class.

Would you like to use your previous Character, or start a new Adventure?
“Hmm….” Christian though deeply about this,
He wasn’t particularly sentimental about his beta character, all beta testers had to use the default Character setting so it was basically a copy of their real bodies.
Plus he wanted to check out the advanced Character Customization he got.
“I’ll use a new character.”
A copy of his real-self popped out in front of him and he opened the settings bar,
Christian was a little short for his age, around 5’5”, or 167cm, (two inches under national average), but he was built wide. With broad shoulders and hips he was a naturally good wrestler in his earlier years before he went to boxing and judo. So he was quite fit and fast, well not as fast as the 6’2”, or 188cm, people but he could go at a quick pace.
He liked his body, he wasn’t a looker but felt comfortable as he was. But he had always wanted a beard so he added some scruff to his face until it looked like a well groomed beard, not long but still noticeable.
As he was about to progress into the rest of the character information he noticed a strange icon, when he selected it is said,
Finger Paint.
You can draw on yourself.
He was interested in it. It was probably one of the Advanced options he got as a beta tester, so he decided to use it, what did he have to lose anyway?
He selected the icon and pots of paint appeared in front of him. Dipping his fingers in the grey paint pot he touched the hair on his chin and it changed color. Playing with the colors for a while he got a grey he liked and painted the beard on his chin that color, making a line from the base of his neck to his lower lip a silvery grey without changing the light brown on his head and sides of his face.
‘Man I look so cool!’
Thinking that, he selected the ‘OK’ icon and went on with the authorization process.

“Oh No... Crap, I forgot about the races!”
Groaning he regretted his haste in creating a character, he would have loved to check out the different races, but that had to wait until he got in game.

“…No”
Please speak your username Loud and Clearly.
Christian thought deeply. He had big plans for his character, mainly being the best gunner in the galaxy. But a name like ‘Blast’ or ‘GunMan’ was to lame.
“Shanks”
It was the last name of one of his past teachers, he really liked the guy, plus he had a cool name, so he used it.

Shanks woke in a tube with a small window in front of his face, and immediately started to panic. Not his fault, he was just claustrophobic. Looking out the Window didn’t help, all he saw was a planet growing faster below him. As flames started to dance around his pod he closed his eyes and breathed deeply until the pod slowed to a stop.
With a sigh of relief a window popped in front of him.
