I pondered that for a while and then i gave up and focused on moving, it felt like I couldn't make any progress, but i kept trying. Tenish or so minutes later my mother came in with a new blanket and kneeled down for a moment. I stared at her as she laid a blanket on the floor, she looked up and smiled at me, then got back to putting something together. I rubbed my neck. A couple minutes later she called out "Lì€f! €☉⩕ⅇ ꖲⅇǁꘝ ⩕ⅇ 𝕤ⅇ╬ ⋓ꘝ ╬ ᖺ ⅈ𝕤 ßåßℽ g͛ ℽ⩕ ꘘꗞ𐝥 ߀g͛øñíå!" I don't have a hundred percent certainty about this, but i think Lì€f is my brother or my father, more likely my father, but i know it's not my mother, I'm sixty percent sure her name is ⧦𝕠ℼ𝕖ℽ𝕡ⅈ𝕖, but it might be what the little boy calls her: ᗑÜᗑᗑÿ. My father came in the room carrying two sacks made of.. leaves? I couldn't tell very well. He dropped them on a table and they all fell to the floor with a clang as he came over. I was watching them so intently that I didn't notice my expanding dizziness or my eyelids betraying me. I fought it and kept watching, they were.. spinning-no...making something.. interesting. . . for somebody. . . .

Dandelion's pov (before above events occur)
I bought a baby gym today when i went out with my little sage, I guess I can't call him little anymore, he's a big brother now! Im not panicking, i am not panicking! We brought it home along with the groceries, he carried two of them all the way to our Panpolli, Taiya.
(The picture is bad but it's there to get my idea across. It may change later, and most critters (probably) won't get their own drawing, also just in case you're wondering, the Panpolli in the picture is Taiya.)

A Panpolli is a mix between a bird, a horse, and a bear, they have very different personalities and usually have the body shape of a horse, feathery bird wings, and the tail and muscles of a bear.Panpollis come in many different colors, mostly along their wings down, and splotches on their faces. Their wingspans and their colors are determined by which bird they derive from. (Taiya comes from a blue jay. Another unique thing about panpollis is that the boys have unique antlers. Our Taiya is a very funny girl, and very strong, in fact, she's so strong that she'd be disappointed if we didn't bring back enough groceries for her to pull in the Aircart. An Aircart explains itself, a cart pulled through the air. Anyway, me and sage bought a lot of food and baby stuff as well as enough hay to last a week to weigh the cart down for Taiya (it doesn't work if i bring weights with me to weigh it down, I've tried and she gets disappointed and flies slowly.) "Taiya, is this heavy enough for you?" I ask as i pat her furry cheek. "Guwooari!!" She brayed and nodded her head and waggled her stubby tail. she always looked so cute when she did that! I snuck her an apple and pressed my forehead to hers. Here goes nothing. I imagined the way we usually go home to show her where to go, she stomped her hoof twice to tell me she understood where I showed her. I put sage in and he seemed ready. I hopped into the Aircart and closed the doors to keep the groceries in and I sat next to sage as Taiya took off through the forested marketplace to the "treehouses." I don't mean those little sheds built in your backyard tree. By treehouses i mean a tree that's been hollowed out into multiple different houses. My family was lucky to get one with a large branch already near the door to make a stable for Taiya, most elviole (people, but elf) had to either build a front porch or climb down to a stable to rent a Panpolli to go anywhere, some trees had carved ladders or staircases for the residents to use, but most didn't. Taiya landed and i got out and helped her park the Aircart, then me and sage unloaded the hay, giving Taiya her lunch and hiding an apple in it I had lief unload the rest and I brought in the baby gym. I'm not sure if our daughter will like this but she is still only a little over a week old, so she may change her mind if she doesn't like it. I'm doing great, I'm not panicking and it's going to be fine. I tried to calm myself to no avail and I resorted to doing things, i set the box on the floor and took the blanket out, i laid the blanket down on our bedroom floor next to her cradle and as i did, Begonia stared at me with her observant little eyes, she seemed very intelligent and smart, she didn't cry much either. I loved her with every fiber of my being, but it was so difficult to find out what she wanted. I knew it would get better with time but I was having trouble waiting. I smiled at her and got back to making the baby mat/gym thing. I couldn't fit some of the pieces together. "Lief! Come help me set up this baby gym for begonia!'' I hollered to the door, i knew he was almost done anyway, and sage would be ecstatic to help finish up. He absolutely loved to help, I thought it was just the cutest thing ever. He was nearly three years old, but his little patch of leafy brown hair was so adorable when he waddled around helping his very tall, slender father. My husband was very helpful and he was very good with kids, the perfect combo for a loving father. He was very supportive of me and his pearl green eyes were comforting when I started to lose it, I hoped that I was as good a wife to him as he was a husband to me. He got sage going and came in to help me. "Can you help me put these pieces into the slots? If i put one in then the other two go out of place and they all need to be in place or it could fall on Begonia and I don't want it to happen and-" he listened patiently to my ramble before he set his hand on my shoulder, looked me in the eyes and said "Don't worry about this part, you're doing amazing, this is the second time we're doing this, look at sage!" Sage toddles into the room and says "yes daddy?" He gestures a hand at sage to me and is about to speak when sage who mistook his gesture as 'time to be held' squeals as he stumbles over to his dad and jumps up, luckily lief has good reaction speed and catches sage and goes back to his lecture " see? Sage is just fine and is two years old now!" "Almost twee!" Sage pitches in and shows off four berry-stained fingers. (Pretty sure they were blackberries.)Lief shows him three fingers and sage's cheeks get a little red as he hollers "Dats what i meant!" i start to laugh and i get pulled into a hug and am pulled out of my nervous trap. I wish I could tell them why I'm so nervous. We finish the baby gym all three of us and i tell them to go to bed while i take care of begonia. "Don't put her in the baby gym without me!" Sage whispered to me, then started toddling to follow his daddy to go brush his teeth when he made a one-eighty turn and beelined allll the way across the room to me and said "She's my sister and I want to see her play in it for the first time because mummy never lets me have any fun with MY sister!" Sage pouted as he looked at his sister's cradle "Its not mommy's sister but mommy won't let me play with her until she's older!" He complained. I held back a laugh and agreed to wait until he woke up tomorrow to put begonia on the baby gym. His whole face brightened up with a childish excitement that warmed me to my core, and then proceeded to make a superhero pose as he beelined for his daddy to go brush his teeth, he almost tripped and his dad had to catch him. They went to the bathroom to brush teeth and I picked up begonia and sat on the bed to feed her.she was always ravenous when she ate, almost like she was starving herself to last as long as possible between meals or something. She always ate so well, though everything that she she did it well. Maybe it's just bias, but it seems like she has years of experience under her little belt. I fed her and played with her for a bit and laid her down and went to bed for as long as possible. You never know what will happen with babies.
