Chapter 4: Training Day

Chapter 4: Training Day

The day of their training had arrived, and Tamo couldn't contain his excitement as he awoke. The mix of anticipation and nerves made it hard to stay still. He had always admired his father, the Number One Hero, All Might, and now, the opportunity to train with him was finally here. As he sat there, lost in his thoughts, Izuku walked into the room.

"So, today is the day, huh? You get to train with Dad today?" Izuku inquired, his eyes filled with curiosity.

Tamo couldn't help but chuckle at his brother's eagerness. "What do you mean, you bro? You're training with us too."

Izuku's expression took on a slightly more somber tone. "I don't know. Maybe I shouldn't come."

Tamo turned to face his brother directly. "Why?" he asked, concern etching his features.

Izuku hesitated for a moment, his gaze shifting downward. "I don't have a quirk... I'll probably just drag you guys down."

Tamo leaned in, ruffling his younger brother's hair affectionately. "You're not going to drag us down, bro. You need to stop looking down on yourself."

Their father, Toshinori, who had been standing in the doorway, spoke up with a reassuring smile. "Tamo's right, Izuku. You're not going to drag us down."

Izuku sighed, his face breaking into a genuine smile. "Okay, then I'll come along."

Tamo and Toshinori shared an approving look, and Toshinori's excitement was palpable. "Alright, then, let's go."

They headed downstairs where Inko was waiting for them. She handed them lunch boxes filled with nutritious meals, her face bearing a more serious expression. "Here you go. I made some food for y'all just in case you get hungry. Please don't push yourselves too hard, okay?"

Stolen from Royal Road, this story should be reported if encountered on Amazon.

Tamo and Izuku nodded, and they thanked their mother for her thoughtful gesture. Inko turned to Toshinori, her eyes locking with his as she expressed her concern. "Please don't push them too hard, okay?"

Toshinori nodded in understanding, touched by Inko's worries. "Don't worry, I won't push them too hard."

Inko placed a loving kiss on Toshinori's cheek, and then the trio left the house. They strolled through their friendly, welcoming neighborhood, the pleasant atmosphere calming their nerves.

Izuku broke the silence with a question, "So, what do you think the place Dad is taking us to is?"

Tamo, always the more optimistic of the two, shrugged his shoulders. "I don't know, but I'm sure it's someplace great."

Toshinori turned to his sons, his eyes twinkling with a hint of mischief. "Oh, it's great, alright."

Their journey led them to Takoba Park, a place that left Tamo and Izuku puzzled. The beach was marred by trash, a sight that couldn't have been further from their expectations. Izuku couldn't help but voice his disbelief, "Is this a joke, Dad?"

Toshinori's smile remained unwavering as he answered, "Nope."

Tamo looked a bit annoyed and questioned, "How are we going to train around all this garbage?"

Toshinori responded enthusiastically, "Great question, Tamo. You both are going to clean it up."

The shock on Tamo and Izuku's faces was evident as they exclaimed, "WHAT?!"

Tamo was quick to add, "You've got to be joking."

Their father's response was a simple "Nope," and their bewilderment deepened.

"This is the first part of your training. Clean the beach," Toshinori informed them. "I will also give you a routine of workouts, and your mom is putting you two on a diet."

Tamo and Izuku opened their lunch boxes and found a well-balanced diet they were glad it wasn't just greens. They sighed in relief and set their lunch boxes down.

"Well, we better get to it, right, Izuku?" Tamo said as he rolled up his sleeves, ready to get to work.

"Yup," Izuku agreed. With determination, they tackled the daunting task of cleaning the beach, their father watching with pride.

10 Months passed, and the beach was finally free of trash. Their hard work had paid off, and their father was quick to commend them. "Well, you two have worked hard cleaning the beach. Good job."

Tamo and Izuku shared a triumphant high-five. However, there was no time for rest as their father transformed into his powerful All Might form, signaling that the real training was about to begin.

Tamo and Izuku exchanged determined glances and exclaimed in unison, "Let's go!"

With those words, they embarked on the next phase of their training, ready to face whatever challenges lay ahead.
