Gorz, 3 days after the Guild Battle
Currently, a drinking contest was going on inside Blake's cart between none other than Blake and Gwyn. Both of them were bandaged up from head to toe, Gywn was also out of her armor since it was smashed to bits after her fight with Blake. So she went with a sleeveless black shirt, a pair of brown pants and black boots.
"GUAAAH!" Slamming their mug down first was Blake followed a second later by Gwyn. "Ahaha! That's two in a row! My win!" He cheered after getting into ties with Gwyn for most of the day.
"Goddess dammit! One more time!" Gwyn barked, throwing an arm over Blake's shoulder to pull him in close, chuckling along with him. "Come on! Baba fill 'em up!" She raised her mug at Baba floating next to them.
"No. You two drank the last drop." Baba answered in a deadpan with none of her usual playfulness.
"Huh? What's wrong, Baba? You sound a little...down?" Blake asked, looking up at her with hazy eyes. "Ugh, but I think you're right." He held his head after getting out of Gwyn's hold.
"Ah, Sir Blake, Madam Gwyndolin, I brewed some tea just for this outcome it should ease your pain and fogginess slightly." Risabeel came up with a tray of four teacups, putting two next to Blake and Gwyn, and one for herself. "Here you are, Sir Nathan," And the last for Nathan reading at the table.
"Thanks, Risabeel, and like I said you can drop the 'dolin' part..." Gwyn nagged after taking a few sips of her tea. "...Or at least change the 'Madam' to 'Knight'!" She proudly bashed a fist to her chest. "Ow!" Then flinched, hitting herself a little too hard.
"I'm surprised you two are even able to move. The power and fury you displayed against eachother would have left others out cold for a week maybe more? I would like to understand how that is?" Nathan stopped reading to look between Blake and Gwyn then rolled his eyes when they flexed an arm at him. "Then again I believe fate favors the stu-! HEY!" He reached for his tea, but it got snatched by Gwyn first.
"I heard that useless Mage!" Gwyn shifted over to Nathan's side while keeping his tea out of his reach. "And since when did you get enough rep to get called 'Sir' by anyone?! Huh?! Huh?! Huh?!" She poked him in a few random places trying to get an answer out of him.
"Stop that!" Nathan zapped her with a bolt of mana to her forehead after getting frustrated by the knight.
"OOOWWW! You dick!" Gwyn screamed in the mage's face with her free hand clapped to her forehead.
"Oh? Was that too much for your thick hide? You dolt!" Nathan shot back, jabbing a finger at Gwyn's chest smirking when she flinched. "Hmm, hmm, hmm!"
And silently watching from the sidelines was Blake, slowly drinking his tea with a raised brow at the interaction before him. "Do they? No." He thought, starting to piece something together but wasn't too sure about it.
"Hey, Charcoal! Useless mage! Shut up!" Saffire snapped at the two of them currently laying on one of the hammocks in the back. "I've had enough of yelling and fighting between Scaleless and that mage! Another mouth just makes it worse!" In her hand was a fireball ready to toss at anyone that pissed her off just a bit more. "And another thing! Why are you even in here anyway!? Get outside with your guild!" She tossed the fireball out a window.
"Hmm?" Which was effortlessly blocked by Weiss riding a dazzling white horse alongside the rest of the Rainbow Knights, all riding horses matching their colors except for Geel. He was with Azul while his armor was inside a yellow wagon pulled by Gwyn's pitch-black horse. "That was noisier than the last time?"
"Cause this place is nice! I get to eat, drink, and compete with my best friend without getting off my ass!" Gwyn answered, bouncing over to Blake's side to bump fists with him. "Besides, if you don't like it, why don't you fly around like you did on the way here?"
"Cause, I don't want to get shot at!" Saffire answered, before rolling around to give the others her back. "What?" She growled at Baba, who was floating inches away from her.
"What's your say on them?" Baba asked, nodding over to Blake and Gwyn. "While the best friend part seems to be true, I can't shake the feeling that there's more to it."
"Why should I care?" Saffire turned to look at the ceiling with Baba coming into her view soon after. "If you keep on bugging me, I gonna turn you into hot air in a bit." She warned, blowing some embers up at the Ala.
"Fine, fine, I'll leave you be but don't come to me when you need help winning him over." Baba teased, floating on back to the table where Blake and Gwyn were comparing their muscles with each other.
"Uh...Blake? I think we're here?" Lu at the reins called out from the driver's seat. However, he sounded oddly confused by what he saw even Nash seemed to be taken for a loop with all of the snorting he was doing.
"Huh? What's up with you guys? Did you take a wrong tu-What?!" Blake gasped once he stepped out of the cart and looked at his Guild House, but it was completely redone.
The faded and decaying stones had been replaced with bright red bricks, while the newly added roof was a shining white and devoid of the too many to-count holes that were once there. The tower over on the right side was now made out of white bricks with a red spiral going up its length topped off with a red roof.
Between the now stained glass windows were the blue and white banners of House Ovis for Stefon's ownership alongside surprisingly red ones with a black anvil and hammer likely for Blake. The weeds and other overgrown plants were replaced with lush flowerbeds and trimmed bushes, granted Lu's room still appeared to be on the wild side as a waterfall of vines was still hanging out of the window.
"What...is...this?" Blake asked to the open air as he stared at his Guild House in disbelief.
"Yeah, seriously! Didn't you say this place was about ready to fall?" Gwyn asked, coming up to Blake and looked on with everyone else. "It's almost like our place. Right, Weiss?" She turned to Weiss as he and the rest of the Rainbow Knights were getting down from horseback.
"Indeed it is, would you care to invite us in, Smtih?" Weiss nodded over to Blake still lost in thought. "Granted, I am always surprised by how fast a member of House Ovis can have things done, money is quite the force?"
"Say that as many times as you can..." Blake shook a finger at the white knight before going up to a pair of double oak wood doors. "...if the outside is like this then let's take a pe-!"
"BLAKE! OOOOO! CHUM!" Came the cheers of Mari, Os, and Moco all jumping Blake the moment he tried to open the doors. "AAAHHH!" All 4 of them rolled around on the ground, three of which were trying to get as much of Blake as they could while the prize was fighting for his life.
"Ngh! RRRAAAHHH!" Until Blake finally won and stood tall with Moco in his right arm, Os in his left arm, and Mari hanging from his neck. "THAT HURT!" He yelled at them with pain shooting from all over his body. "Now come here!" Then brought them in for a big warm hug. "But I missed you too!" He swung them around a bit before letting go. "Os! Get down!" Except for a red Os trying to suck on him. "MARI!" He screamed, waving his now red arm around.
"Os! Down!" Mari ordered, and the Slime turned a dark shade of blue then slid off Blake. "Good Slime!" She petted Os and got a yellow color out of it. "Huh?" Then felt a big hand on her head, looking up, she found Gwyn. "Big Sis!" And in the next moment, she jumped into the woman's arms.
"Haha! You're so big now!" Gwyn rudded her cheek against Mari's then held her up high. "Can't believe Reiner let you out of his sight!" She tossed the young girl in the air a few times getting a mass of giggles out of her.
"Big Sis?" Risabeel, Baba, and Saffire all thought at the same time. All of whom were given insulting names by Mari those being Clumsy, Tits Mcgee, and Granny even Moco had Fishstick. That was all because they were somewhat close to Blake but here was Gwyn possibly the one woman Blake knew the best and was closest to earning Big Sis from Mari. "Hmm..." Leaving nothing but a sense of irritation within them.
"I need to be on my guard now..." Baba eyed Gwyn carefully, trying to gauge what kind of relationship she really had with Blake. "Can't just play around with you, like I do with Mari and Hot-head."
"Did you two fight!? Who won?! Blake's been getting stronger! You better keep up!" Mari was talking a mile a minute, hitting Gywn with all kinds of questions about what she was up to when she left Fairmaw while doubling her up with what Blake had done in his travels.
"Yeah, yeah, he told me about that stuff already!" Gwyn nodded along, putting Mari on her shoulders. "Huh? What's that?" She looked down at Os, slowly climbing up her leg.
"Oh?" Os stopped when she noticed it and turned orange.
"Oh! That's my pet Slime, Os! Say hi, Os!" Mari told Os, and it quickly shot up Gwyn's leg, getting around her waist and turned red.
"Hey! Hold on! Where is that thing going? ~Aaahhh~" Gwyn jumped back trying to get Os off when a warm, gooey, and strangely arousing feeling came from her pants. "Huh?" But before it got any further Os stopped, lost its red color, and turned orange again.
"Ooo?" Os made a very confused eyestalk to look at Gwyn and then at her crotch. "Ooo?" Then it did a set of bubbles at Mari as if asking her something.
"Oh? Gwyn's a girl, Os." Mari answered in a matter-of-fact tone.
To which Os turned a dark blue as it came off Gwyn. "OoO!" Then went after Blake.
"Wh-wh-what does that about?" Gwyn shuttered red in the face and left feeling violated and rejected.
"Yeah, it does that, mostly to guys except for Lu, right Lu?" Blake answered, shaking Os off his leg then turned to Lu getting Nash freed from the cart. "Wait, sec?" And he noticed someone was missing. "Where's the thief?" He asked, remembering that Mordecai was on top of the cart the last time he checked.
"Oh? He left some time ago." Weiss answered while going around some of the flowers and picked a few.
"Ugh! Does he have to do that every time I don't keep an eye on him?!" Blake pulled a hand over his face. "Oh..." When he was done, Gram was nose to nose with him. "...Sup." He greeted the wolf, reaching a hand up to pat his head.
"Yo." Gram brought his head down for Blake with his tail going back and forth at seeing his Alpha. "And who are they?" Then he snapped his head at Gwyn and the Rainbow Knights.
"Easy, they're the guild we fought, and they're here cause that little girl wanted them to come here." Blake calmed Gram down before he did anything. "By the way, did she do all of this?"
"Yep, came by Sarah's place a day after hearing about her loss then got an army of people down here to get work done. She and that brother of hers are upstairs, go in there if you want to see 'em." Gram answered, taking the scents of the Rainbow Knights then made his way over to Nash. "Heard you actually won a fight? Not bad."
Nash rocked his head back with his hair flowing in the wind, looking as proud as ever.
"Well, keep watch for me you two and if you see that thief tell him his ass is mine for running away," Blake told Gram and Nash with Moco on his back and Os around his leg then head inside as everyone followed behind. "Whoa!"
The first thing they saw was hardwood floors with red carpeting then came the new high-class furniture arranged perfectly to evoke a sense of nobility and order while the cheery red walls had gold and white designs at their tops and bases adding to the effect. Gone were the out-of-control indoor plants, broken doors, floors, old furniture, and the layer of dust that covered everything. Finally up above were silver chandeliers dimly lighting themselves as the sun was setting.
"Hmm?" Looking up from some papers and smoking all the while was Vasha. The front desk was redone with two posting boards set up behind the Goblin. One was for quests while the other was for items orders both filled with requests for the returning guild. "Hiya, Chief, wanna get a rundown of what's what's without going to see?" She offered, pulling out a checklist and feather pen.
"Yeah? Sure? Go right ahead?" Blake answered taken aback by everything along with the others as they all walked around the lobby to see as much of it as possible. "Missed you too." He added after coming out of it to rest an arm on the counter of the front desk.
"Thanks..." Vasha muttered, looking more at the checklist than Blake but still had a smile on. "...okay, let's see here...you've seen the outside and the main lobby. Next up would be the left side; the lounge areas can actually be used now, we don't have to keep eating outside cause the dining hall is top-notch, the kitchen's good and stocked up with food, pots, pans, and we even got the sink replaced and the bathrooms aren't off-limits anymore."
"Uh, huh? Keep going." Blake nodded along to Vasha's words while getting his hair played with by Moco slowly working her way to nibbling on it a few times. "Stop that." He whispered, waving his left hand at her. "Ugh..." Only for the Merchild to move from his head to his left arm to chew on the scar, she put there.
"She missed you too," Vasha pointed out, chuckling at Blake and Moco. "Next up is the right side; the training room has gotten some needed upgrades, weights, and all that stuff. We even got some of those robot thingies from that tinker guy but don't get your hopes up they're only good for training you're still cleaning this place, heh," She smirked when Blake let out another groan. "Vas is pissed cause the pool isn't a swamp anymore, but he's got his piece in Risabeel's room, and that Lord Ovis guy added a heated bathhouse, needs a lot of wood but it's nice...hmm...more lounges and working restrooms and our armory can keep an army out and stock one up if you fill it."
"Sounds great! I'll check it out later, but what about my place?" Blake pointed at the door leading to his smithy.
"Nothing much, I think? The Orc craftsmaster was in charge of everything there, and all he did was service your stuff and left it as is. I've gotten a new room with a place where I can change my clothes without you coming in on me," Vasha answered, now it was her turn to get smirked at by Blake.
"Ah, come on! I was just making sure you were healthy that's all, hehe," Blake snickered a little as Vasha moved her pipe between her lips. "Ow! Ow! Ow! Ow! Saffire stop! I was joking!" Until Saffire came up to tug at his head, bringing him back so she could leer at him. "I'm sure your cave is fine! Right!?" Blake tried his best to look at Vasha, begging her to get him out of this one.

"Yeah, it's fine, I told 'em a Dragon lived in there they turned right around." Vasha checked off a few things on her list. "~Hmm~mmm~" taking it nice and slow so Saffire could torture Blake a bit more. "Alright, time to finish up, everyone's rooms are all good and livable. They left the Elf's and Mage's alone since those were pretty much set up and Baba's tower has all of her junk in it."
"Thank you for keeping it that way." Baba floated on behind, latching on to Blake's free arm, and tried to pull him away from Moco and Saffire sneakily.
"Vasha? What of the ballroom area above us?" Risabeel came up to ask, now done with her touring of the lobby.
"I'll let that one be a surprise the Ovis siblings got something up there for you all." Vasha winked finally done with her checklist and got down from her high stroll to get to one side of the front desk. "Watch it." She warned, tapping on a rune under the desk.
"Watch wh-Gaugh!" Blake, while being pulled by Baba, got smacked under his chin by a piece of the counter swinging up. "That hurts so much right now!" Again he was racked with pain from all over, another good hit and he might be out for the day.
"Whoops, you're gonna have to fix that," Vasha muttered, coming out to join everyone. "And who are they?" She looked over at the Rainbow Knights, especially Gwyn who was carrying a giggling Mari on her shoulders. "Uh, you lost your sister?"
"Funny. They're the guild we fought, and the reason why they're here is upstairs. So, let's get to it," Blake answered, getting up with some help from Baba and Risabeel.
----------------------------------------
Guild House 2nd floor
"Does it never end?" Blake questioned after coming up the stairs to find a group of butlers and maids all standing at attention in front of the glass doors to the ballroom.
"Welcome all of you to the Guild House of Lord Stefon!" They all bowed to the group, and two of them went over to open the doors.
Inviting those in front of it to the glorious sight of a brightly lit ballroom thanks to the golden chandeliers beaming down lights on a white tiled floor and the clothed tables. All were laid out with all kinds of food expertly prepared into a full course of hors d'oeuvres, soups, meats, salads, desserts, and drinks.
"Greetings! Ohohoho!" Sitting confidently on an elegant blue couch was Stefon, tipping a filled wine glass at the newcomers. "Took your time did you not?" He held a smug look on his face as he drank.
"Indeed," Lying on one of the armrests of the couch was Angelica, being fed some bite-sized pieces of fruit by a maid. "Greenbit!" She cheered, shining her grill at the knight.
"Yessss?" Said knight was hiding behind everyone else and poked his head out by growing his neck out. "Hello, my lady." Greenbit shrunk his neck back down and stepped out to bow to Angelica along with the rest of the Rainbow Knights even Gwyn.
"Oooh! You ate something magical again!" Angelica gasped, clapping for a fan to be used on her. "What else!?" She demanded the next moment, not even addressing the rest of her knights.
"This?" Greenbit turned into a yellow Lizardfolk. "And this!" He added some of the plants used on him by Lu next.
"Oooh! There must be more! You fought one of them, didn't you!" Angelica was on the edge of her seat at the sight of a walking lizard plant man.
"Oh?" Greenbit scratched his scaly head until he turned to Lu, trying to hide from Stefon's gaze. "There's this!" To which he turned into Lu and did a pose like he was shooting an arrow. "I am the mighty archer L-Ack!" But got a Rena Kick to the back of his head. "AHHH!" That sent him rolling toward the Ovis siblings.
"Lu! Does not do that!" Rena screamed with smoke coming off her foot. "My Lutwig is ten times cooler than that! Hmph!" Then flew back to Lu's side.
"Oh, my darling Greenbit! Did that gnat hurt you?" Angelica went down on her knees to rest Greenbit's head in her lap. "You're the only one who won that means you get a big reward, hehe!" She giggled, playing with some of his dirty bandages.
"Can I not?" Greenbit asked, turning back to his grotesque and wrinkled-covered face of pale skin. "HELP ME!?!" Then snapped his sunken eyes to the other knights. "Ugh!" Until his gaze was forced back on Angelica smiling down at him.
"No, you shall be rewarded greatly! Yes, you will!" Angelica held Greenbit's head up to peck it, getting a shiver out of the Mimic. "Now be a good boy and stay..." She patted his head then slowly turned to her other knights losing all signs of joy and happiness on her face. "...Hmm?" There were even two glowing orbs under her bangs where her eyes would be. "You all failed me you worthless pieces of trash."
The Rainbow Knights all held their bows none making a comment in their defense and simply took the insults from the owner of both their guild and lives, even the whimsical Azul was silent.
"However..." Angelica sighed, causing the knights to raise their heads at their lady, finding her hugging Greenbit's head. "...I am in a good mood so your punishment shall be decided later, for now, enjoy the banquet my brother prepared for you a;;! Ohohoho!" She cheered, throwing her arms to the ballroom.
"What!?" Stefon in the middle of sipping some wine yelled, but it was drowned out by everyone cheering and breaking off to different tables as a band near a fireplace started playing some upbeat music. "Who told you to start playing?! You, color knights, don't eat the food! It's not for you! Aggggh!" He groaned, failing at stopping the panty from going. "Huh!?" Even worse was Gram and Nash showing up to get in on things. "Even the animals have joined in..." He leaned his head back to stare up at the ceiling.
"What's wrong with you, Goat?" Blake came up to the ragging Ovis, lightly chuckling at him.
"Yep! He was all 'Ohoho!' before, and now he's all 'Arrgh!''" Moco hammered it in more still from Blake's shoulders.
"Oh, it's you, Smith?" Stefon rolled his head back to look at Blake. "I was planning on rubbing her defeat in a bit more like my other siblings would have done to me in the past but..." He turned to Angelica showing Greenbit off to Mari while the other girl was doing the same with Os. "...seeing her like that is rather nice. Also, this gives me a chance to work my way into Lady Lu's heart, hehehe!" Stefon sneaked, seeing Lu mostly on his own with Rena going off with Mari. "Now if you excuse me I am off to get what is ~mine~" He left Blake there as he walked up to Lu with two glasses of wine. (Someone tell him!)
"Well, guess we should get into things right, Moco? Moco?" Blake turned to the Merchild on his back and found her staring off at a table of baked goods with... "Sarah?"...the Lizardfolk owner of the Heated Scale, nervously clicking her claws together. "Want some of her stuff?"
"Yeah! Yeah! Yeah!" Moco shook up and down on Blake's back as he got closer. "I want this! And that! And those! And that thing...!" She went into a sugar-hungry frenzy, but thankfully she didn't jump the Blake as it were.
"Sup, Sarah, how were things with my people?" Blake asked, coming up to Sarah's table. "Did that goat hire you to work here?" He asked further while getting some stares from the maids and butlers for his comment. "What? I work for me, not him."
"They were great! Oh, you can have that Lady Saffire!" Sarah joyfully answered when Saffire went by with a plate stacked high with fancy food and used her tail to get a tray of treats then turned back to Blake. "Well, it was the little girl that got me here really, but I feel so out of place, and I'm happy that you're back too!" She hastily whispered to Blake then brought him in close. "Did you fix my sign?"
"Yep, on the way here, it's perfect." Blake gave her an okay sign.
"Yes! Bread! Get them anything they want!" Sarah cheered/ordered at Bread currently working with her.
"So, this is where you were a kid?" Blake muttered, watching Bread come into view from behind Sarah. "Huh?" But he was all dressed up like a little butler even his messenger hat was gone with his hair neatly combed back. "Pfft! What's with the getup?" He stopped a burst of laughter from coming at seeing Bread.
"Oh? He just kept breaking things, so I got him here working it off, the uniform's from that Ovis girl." Sarah answered for the boy while he was replacing the tray Saffire had taken. "You can play after a bit."
"Kay." Bread nodded, handing a basket of stuff to Blake. "We're getting back to work soon, right?"
"Damn right! We are! I've been gone for just a week, and your arms already look like sticks!" Blake roughed Bread's hair with one hand while the other was holding the basket up to Moco with her face dug into it. "Hey, take your time, Moco." He told her, walking around some more and found everyone having a good time between the food, drinks, and chatter. "Whoa! Sorry!" Blake apologized after walking into the lovable old Seer and threw his leg of mutton down and was left giving the old man a cold hard stare. "How?"
"You left the front door open, Blake, my boy!" The Seer answered, grumbling a little as he went for his mutton. "So? You ready for another reading?" He asked, taking a cartoonishly huge bite out of the leg bone and all. "Wonderful party you have here!" He looked at the ballroom and waved a server over to get a drink. "Congratulations on the new home and victory! Blake, my boy!" He dinged his glass on Blake's hammer on his belt and shot it down his throat.
"Yeah...thanks?" Blake muttered, after dealing with this guy two times already he was starting to get used to him.
"Who's he?" Moco asked, staring confused at this little old man dressed in black and eating as hard as she could. "...aaww..." Which resulted in her drooling on Blake's shoulder. "...I want one." She pointed at the leg of mutton and pulled on Blake's face.
"You'll get that whole thing over there just wait and be a good girl." Blake showed her a whole roasted lamp put on display. "Ugh!" And got licked by Moco for it. "Okay, old dude, hit me before she starts chewing on tha-" He was going to point at the Seer's mutton, but it was gone. "Wha?"
"~Mmm~ so good!" The Seer sucked on each of his fingers and then turned to Blake. "Not yet! Stay. Right. Here." And wheeled around to march off to Lu, currently being hit on by Stefon.
"Okay?" Blake nodded as he watched the Seer walk off. "Here Moco have this." In the meantime, he grabbed a meat platter for Moco to gorge on.
"Now, please! My lady Lu, you must understand that I am being honest with my fe-!" Stefon was in the middle of some pickup line when the Seer came by and pulled Lu away. "EXCUSE ME!" He yelled at the old man, taking hold of his shoulder. "What are you!?" And was dragged along with Lu, who was going along willingly.
"Not you!" The Seer hissed, shaking Stefon off then swung his head around looking for something else. "~Ah~ there!"
"Really? You have all these girls around, and you haven't gotten one? Hah!" Gwyn asked in a burst of laughter, sharing a table with Nathan who was mostly trying to drown out everything in a book while the knight herself was having fun troubling the mage. "Or is Blake that much of a lady killer?"
"I have no idea about that Smith's personal life, but for my own? I can tell you that I have yet to find anyone that meets my ideals or in your case wilds," Nathan muttered, looking up from his book to a toothy grin looking down on him. "...a-and what of...you?" He asked, turning away with his book covering his face.
"M-m-me?" Gwyn pointed at herself and then looked left and right. "Me?" Only to point at herself again, getting a nod from the mage. "O-oh? Uh...I mean? Pttf, love, and that cutesy stuff never crossed my mind...haha...?" She answered, nervously drinking some ale.
"Well, it seemed to be when it came to myself? Why is that?" Nathan questioned, giving Gwyn a suspicious stare as she kept drinking to try not to answer him. "Hmm?"
"~Ah~ to be young again..." The Seer sighed, standing right between the two.
"Old man!?" Both Gwyn and Nathan stared at the man in disbelief as if they had seen a ghost.
"You remember!? How nice!" The Seer cheered with two red spots on his cheeks. "Now come along with me!" The next thing he did was force the knight and mage to hold hands then dragged them along with Lu back to Blake's side.
"Hey! What gives?! Let go!" Gwyn was digging her feet into the floor and pulled with all her might, but all that did was slow the old man down a little. "HOW ARE YOU THAT STRONG! OOOWW!" She screamed, getting stabbed in the arm by the Seer along with Nathan and Lu.
"The two M's! MEAT AND MILK! Wekikikiki!" The Seer answered in a crackly laugh, tossing the 3 he was holding to stand next to Blake.
"Wait, you two know that guy?" Blake asked Gwyn and Nathan, pointing a thumb at the Seer.
"Unfortunately, yes, he appeared one day to me while I was out of the city in search of magical items and foretold that I would meet a group of travelers at some ruins where I would find a rare tome...I did not think much of it at first but now..." Nathan eyed the Seer as he came up to them. "...it appears he was right?" Then turned back to Blake after thinking back on their meeting.
"Welp, when I met him, he beat me in arm wrestling then told me to find a rainbow whatever that meant?" Gwyn gave her run-in with the Seer. "Oh?" She nodded after Blake, Lu, and Nathan pointed at her fellow Knights.
"Huh? He did that for me on my way to Gorz and after I got here, but this is the first time he's doing a group, I think?" Blake wondered out loud then held out his arm to get this over with. "Come on, hit me."
"Why, yes! Of course!" The Seer gleefully held on to Blake's arm feeling it up to his elbow. "The ink of life..." He whispered as he dug his thumb into Blake's arm to draw some blood then licked each of his blood-dyed fingers. "~Aaahhh~ Such majesty! Truly fate is a lover to you 4!" He gasped as cracks and pops came from around his body even without him doing a thing.
"Hey, Nathan, can you tell what that guy is?" Blake whispered to Nathan, taking a step back from the Seer along with the others as the old man looked like he was having a seizure.
"I have, and he's human...I think?" Nathan answered, unsure of himself even with his Mana Sense he couldn't get a read on this man before him.
"It is time!" The Seer finally finished with his preparation and waved his arms around as if telling all to gather around him. "Yes, yes, it is time to speak for what I have foreseen! YOOOUU!" He wheeled around to Lu, pointing a bony finger at the Elf. "You will have to make a choice at some point! Be it today or another! But in time you will need to side with either your duty, your heart, or your heritage! All 3 shall come to you soon but no matter which you choose, you shall lose more than what you shall gain..."
Lu was silent with the most serious face Blake had ever seen him on the Elf as he looked over to Rena taking glances at him from Mari's head when the other partygoers had gathered around the Seer.
"YOOOOU!" The Seer turned to Blake next. "You and your creations shall venture to a place once belonging to the legendary halls of craftsmen! There you will find another of your kind, and it is they who shall help you come to a new power! That will bring you closer to your partners than ever before but beware Smith-Knight, Blake! If you abuse this power, you shall damn nothing but what you love and care for..."
"What I love and care for?" Blake turned to Moco on his back then at Risabeel and the rest of his items.
"YOOOOOUUU! TWO!" Strangely enough, the Seer pointed at Gwyn and Nathan at the same time. "Knight and mage! Body and mind! Sword and Tome! These are just a few of the things you two are known for, yet you yourselves do not know the meaning of these things which is why you must let another into your realm so that you may master it..." He looked at Nathan. "...breaking you free from your past misfortune..." Then to Gwyn. "...and you honoring your promise of the future..."
"Hmph! You, think this fool will be of any help to me in my study? Impossible!" Nathan scoffed at the idea of Gwyn. A loud-mouthed, muscle-bonded, impulsive moron, helping him to master anything.
"What was that 'Mr. Great Mage?' Can't take a hint that you need help?" Gwyn put an arm around Nathan and pulled him in so that his face was digging into her chest. "Well, guess what? If it means getting stronger then even being around you is doable! Haha!"
"Wekikiki! Yes! Laugh! Laugh while you can! For if you are able to handle these trials, you shall be met with a bird of undying flames who has two paths before them! Which is right and which is wrong does not matter, all that matters is if you are able to walk alongside them through it...*snore*" The Seer's final words hung in the air as he went to sleep and blew a giant bubble from his nose.
"Is he dead? Can I eat him? Does he taste good?" Moco asked, switching from Blake's left and right.
"No. You can't. I don't care..." Blake answered all of Moco's questions and patted her on the head. "...hey, old dude, you done?" Blake went up to poke the old man, letting his head rock back, and gave him a minute or two to get back up to talk. "Alright, guess it's back to the party!"
"Why, yes, indeed! Blake, my boy! I shall be at the meats and milk!" The Seer walked by Blake the moment he turned away from the man. "No need to pay this time, the free food shall be enough."
"What is with that guy?" A collective thought ran through the minds of those at the party before everyone returned to the festivity.

The Balcony of Guild House
"Well, that was a good bit of info." Mordecai was leaning on a wall close to the door of the ballroom, close enough to catch everything that was said. "Hmph, too bad I couldn't get my own reading." He muttered, pushing off the wall and pulled out a small sapphire. "How goes it?"
"Swingingly, we have gotten into both Le Fay and the House Ovis and placed some of the key members on our side. Which leaves the Royal Family Penfenics, but that is your job." A man's voice came from the sapphire as it glowed.
"Yeah, yeah, I know, and it's going good on my end as long as this guild ranks up fast and gets the attention of the king we might have a chance at this..." Mordecai trailed off, turning back to the party then felt his palm burning up. "Well, guess that means you've done your job, eh? Partner?" He turned around to see Valac there behind him.
"Yes, I have...and I must say that underground labyrinth is rather nostalgic. It fills my heart with memories of punishing the dammed in my younger days!" Valac mused after moving throughout the underbelly of Gorz for some time. "I do hope that you will fill it with the screams and agony of this city's people in time and if not theirs? Your own shall do nicely, hehe!" He giggled as the sigil on Mordecai's hand stopped burning. "I only came to see how Lady Risabeel was doing after returning, farewell for now." He faded away from there.
"You talked to that Demon again did you not?" The man from the sapphire asked as Mordecai was talking to someone else from his point of view. "He may have been a huge help in making this go a lot faster but understand that nothing good is gonna come out of him."
"I could say the same thing about us; we're gonna rip and tear this city...no...this kingdom apart along with anyone that tries to stop us." Mordecai held up a fist to the night sky. "So, just step back and watch me!"
"Hmph, do not speak so highly of yourself, Lamorak, you're just a small part of this." The man stated before the sapphire went dark.
"Can't even use my codename can you...dumb mages..." Mordecai shrugged, putting away the sapphire, and turned to look at Mt. Nyth.
"There you are! You asshole!" Blake yelled at the thief after finding him standing out by himself when he noticed someone outside. "Where the hell have you been?! Get in here! Or do you like the whole left-alone thing?"
"What are you talking about!? I heard there was free food and drinks! So, I came running back! Can't have a party without me!" Mordecai put on his act as he ran up to Blake, bumping arms with him as they went inside.
