In a realm which was neither the heavens, earth, or hell life glittered fascinatingly, the touch of decay or negativity not fallen upon them, only eternal vitality remained.
Trees, flowers, beautiful animals roamed the realm its beauty a sight to behold, the air itself so fresh, it was enough to treat a mortal's spiritual ailments.
Upon this mesmerizing land was one castle, the structure nothing extravagant, but the hints of nature were abundant within and out of it.
The walls adorned vines of green, colorful flowers decorating them. And a sheen of magic encased the whole castle giving it protection, the barrier impenetrable even by the God of Life, known to be the most powerful all.
And within reside the three entities of Fate, the women who gazed upon the three outer realms life, past, present, future, and death.
Contrary to the fable myths of the fates being three scrawny old women, they were three beautiful goddesses, identical in appearance except for their hair which represented the stages of existence they represent.
Nona(The Spinner, depictor Life) golden-haired, Decima(The Alloter, depictor Past, Present, and Future)red-haired, and Morta(The Inflexible, depictor of Death)black-haired. The three of them stood surrounding a circular alter of translucent water. The content was pure to its origins. And the three fates were intently staring at the surface, their wise eyes flitting around the images shown in it, clear only to them.
It was the pond of eternal spirits, the mirror to existence itself and undoubtedly connected to the three goddesses of fates lives.
Their entire existence depended upon this pond of water, which had eternal life. Never would it dry up.
"The mirror of fates are spinning again and the content is exceptionally blurry. This time the future is in heavy jeopardy. Life so precious..." Nona trailed off her amber eyes dimming gloomily.
"Yes, the future is no more clear, it will all depend on their decisions." Decima agreed while Morta stared intently into the water.
Her irises completely invisible as white encased her eyes. And in seconds the final verdict was announce accompanying it was a prophecy bound to shock even the fates.
"The most powerful of the heavens,
The most powerful of the seven,
The most powerful of the lost,
Time an essence,
Old wounds aflame,
Sealed powers released,
The depictor of chaos,
Victor of her heart,
He the chooser of the future...
And accompanied it a lot of DEATH!"
With those words, Morta's eyes returned to normal the amber color retaining, but the devastation and the somberness within them were not obscured.
"So is the Fates decree!" The three said in unison the words reverberating around before the prophecy lit upon the alter outer walls, the words shining still, indicating that it has not yet come to pass.

While the three Fates bore the somber news in the Realm of the Fates, the Heavens were having a rather peaceful atmosphere.
The gods having nothing major to worry about aside from their daily duties.
This was when the massive crystal situated at the middle of the center pavilion started shining, giving out noises alerting the gods that they've been summoned by the entities of Fate.
The minor gods watched with respect as the Great Gods vanished from their stations, knowing it was time another prophecy appeared. If not the fates would not have summoned the Great Gods.

One by one the great gods arrived outside the castle in the realm of fates. Even the overseer of Hell, Great God Haides was present. Though they resided upon the same realm most of them did not have much tolerance for each other especially with the God of Death and so except for his friend Zohar and Haides the rest of the Gods all stepped into the castle quickly giving Emidio a wide berth.
"They are still acting. It has already been a thousand years." Emidio grumbled looking at his friend aggrievedly but only received a cold look. While Haides just shook his head, walking in himself.
"So you know you did something," Zohar murmured breezily before he stepped inside leaving speechless Emidio behind.
"How cold." He muttered to himself before quickly following.
Upon entering he found the rest of his brethren sitting upon their assigned seats while the fates, as usual, stood in front of the pond of fates, and for some reason, upon seeing their countenance Emidio felt a bad premonition.
Exchanging a silent glance with Zohar he too took his seat waiting for the fates to speak.
The three beautiful women opened their mouths at the same time, and it always managed to raise goosebumps on Emidio's arms, at how hair-raising it could be.
"A prophecy had been depicted, this time it affects the future of all three realms."
The words made the Gods freeze, if not for the abundance of knowledge and experience they had they would have been in a clamor.
Every prophecy was important, they had significant effects on history but this was the first time one was said to affect all the three realms.
It was a known fact that heaven, earth, and hell were completely different realms. Even the beings residing upon them were vastly different from each other. Even the six sins and the seven virtues were not an exception to this.
"What is it?" Haides took the lead in seeking answers, both intrigued and curious. He had no particular worry since he was always rather idle only factoring in the advantages he could gain in a situation.
Hence his negligence to the sins, the bunch were a difficult set to control. He had no wish to trouble himself with them.
Following his question, the fates once again recited the prophecy, with each word passing their lips the words imprinted in the alter walls illuminating golden.
The most powerful of the heavens,
The most powerful of the seven,
The most powerful of the lost,
Time an essence,
Old wounds aflame,
Sealed powers released,
The depictor of chaos,
Victor of her heart,
He the chooser of future..."
As soon as the last of the words were said everyone sunk into deep thought, their minds turning doing their best in solving the riddle but everyone's conceptions were different hence the conclusions they would come upon would not be the truth.
But among them Emidio who had been paying attention to the words carefully stilled, his hands trembling for a moment before once again relaxing. All signs of the earlier disturbance, not insight.
After another few minutes passed and when the Gods could not really determine the involved parties what the prophecy entailed, everyone departed the Realm of Fates. Each of them with different thoughts in their minds.
Finally when it was his turn to leave Emidio was stopped by the three Fates.
"God of Death, your presence is still required," Decima murmured her voice eerie, yet Emidio could hear the earnestness it carried.
So obeying he turned around walking towards them, and since it was only the four of them remaining it did not really matter.
"Speak. What do you wish to say." The God of Death spoke straightforwardly, not in the mood to play any games and the Fates obeyed, their feeling the same on the matter.
"No need for acting indifferent. We know you have already come to accurate conclusions." Norma spoke her amber eyes looking directly at Emidio's green ones.
Hearing her the god of death heaved a sigh, "It seemed I cannot hide from the three of you. 'The most powerful of the heavens...' everybody knows the God of Life has the most power among the gods and even I cannot rival his might. So the most powerful of the heavens, Lord Zohar, the great of Light." Emidio mumbled deep in thought then looking at them resignedly.
"I only was able to clear up to this. As for the last two, they are a mystery to me too, only Zohar may be able to shed some light. But why do I feel extreme objections coming my way?" He inquired the three beautiful women and they nodded in unison the seriousness in their expressions prompting him to pay more attention to the situation.
"Yes, Lord Zohar may not be informed of this. But we have some doubts that he may have already gotten a pretty good idea of what was being said. But do not speak to him about his, hence proving his thoughts. He would play a crucial part so we cannot meddle, everything will have to be his decisions." Morta informed.
"If not the balance of everything could get disrupted," Emidio muttered to himself. His chest feeling restricted at the information he gained.
If this prophecy was about the most powerful god history has ever seen then the scale of destruction the fulfillment of the prophecy would bring was not something he liked envision.
Putting the somber thoughts away for a moment he focused back on the main matter."
"What about the other two? 'The most powerful of the seven...' this could mean anyone, but if we looked into the most important ones it would point to either the seven of the sins, the seven of the virtues, or the seven of the mortal guardians."
The seven mortal guardians, was as their name suggested. They were very powerful individuals who were of mortal birth. The seven included all different types of mortals, one shapeshifter, a warlock, a vampire, a mage with affinity to both light and darkness, an elemental spirit, a human(the strategian), and finally a giant.
These were seven powerful mortals originated from Teras, elevating them to the status of guardians of mortals.
"Yes, the second could be from either group, we will have to keep an eye on them from now on." The fates agreed, making Emidio form a headache. The virtues and the mortals were easy enough, the academy already keeping a record of them.
But the troublesome sins were another story. Despite being in the academy the chaos they'd already brought was enough to make him amused but to actually monitor them.
He did not know what the terrors would do.
Nodding his head Emidio prepared to leave after further discussing somethings. For now, these were the only things they could deduce and for him to stay here any longer would only garner suspicion.
Besides, despite being extremely pleasing to the eyes the fates' creepiness was not something he could stomach for a longer period.
Just as he was about to step out the fates' voices were once again heard, "Remember from the two remaining ones, one absolutely has to be a female." With a heavy sigh, he bid farewell.
Without involving Zohar he had to do all the work. How troublesome.
He wished he could ask for his friend's help.
'The Chaotic turmoils of fate were already showing effect.'

Arriving at his Pavillion Zohar, the god of Life paused his eyes looking into the distance, his silver eyes flashing with a multitude of emotions, loneliness, affection, sorrow, love, and finally anger.
But outwardly there was nothing odd about him.
Only his heart contained the turmoils he felt.
"It seemed there is no more time. Will she remember?" The thought remained heavy within him as he turned around disappearing into his residence.
The gleaming white walls an intense contrast to the darkness he carried.
