Letters: Alaric Evandish 1

Letters: Alaric Evandish 1

I can't quite understand how this has come to where it has but it is here and done.

There has been a considerable effort to follow the Zekhan but there have been no notable achievements thus far.

We have followed their movements across the desert with little success.

There seems to be succinct patterns that they follow.

As we move forward we plan to utilize several of the whisper bones that we have found in an attempt to halt their encroachment.

Stolen story; please report.

It does not go without saying that we have tried our best to maintain a proper structure in our movements.

There have been several issues with the concentration of our troops.

Words seem to come less easily and I must admit equally myself that even to write this letter it has been a task far greater then I would have expected.

I can provide no suggestions nor request aid.

At best, it would be preferable that this task ends with us.

I see no reason for it to continue my Grace.

I request that beyond the scope of our force the entirety of this escapade is washed.

Fail or succeed, there are too many far reaching implications to what we have been tasked to do.

I implore you, let us be the last and to die finishing it.

No one should ever follow in our foot steps.

To your Grace my deepest respects,

Alaric Evandish
