Once upon a time a king and his most trusted loyal warrior who was also his personal Knight, went to a hunt in a faraway enchanted forest.
Rumors had that this enchanted forest had many enchanting mysteries. One of them was many never seen before animals and birds.
The curious king couldn’t be patient anymore and went to invade the dark forest where no one dared to go in. Through a dark wasted land where trees don't grow green leaves and where the sun doesn’t smile upon the land of mud, they went deeper and deeper. The king and his warrior fearlessly moved forward and his other knights were following him behind. They found many mysterious animals and birds such as horses with wings and shining birds that radiate blue light that catches the eye even in daylight.
After a bit of hunting, the king decided to stop to take a short rest. They put on their camp and started to cook meals for the king while the warrior went to inspect around to ensure his King's safety. That's when he found a huge deer got his big antlers tangled up with a parachute that probably got there flying with some storm wind. And the rope of the parachute was entangled with a tree branch. The deer was struggling to get free so the warrior decided to help it out. He brought out his sharp sword and sliced down the parachute off of the antlers of the deer. And then what he saw made him open his mouth wide. He was in awe when he saw the large antlers were made of crystals. So beautiful and amazing. It was a color mix of purple and blue with a lightening pattern of white. The mesmerizing beauty left him unbelievable. He wanted to show it to his king but then he thought if he did this the king would only hunt it to collect the crystal in its head. So he let the deer go. The deer finally free, ran in the other direction into the forest. The warrior followed him and ended up in front of a hidden cave. He saw many other deer smaller in size compared to the crystal deer. The crystal deer was standing at the entrance of the cave and all the other deers bowed down to him like a king. The warrior understood that the crystal deer is a very important creature as it is a king deer. The king deer then stood in front of the warrior and his antlers started to reflect light. After witnessing this amazing scene the warrior headed back to the camp side. The moment he entered the camp, a scream echoed throughout the forest. Everyone was shocked to hear a female scream the king looked at the warrior who was still on horseback. Then the warrior started to move in the direction from where the scream came. The king also got on a horse and followed the warrior with the other two knights. The rest of the knights were in charge of looking after the camp. After going a bit deeper they found a pond and a lady beside it surrounded by a tons of crocodiles that had legs longer than a normal crocodile for these were faster than a normal crocodile, another enchanting animal of this mysterious forest. The woman was frightened and crying for help. Up until now among all those mysterious beautiful beings that the king had encountered, that woman was the most beautiful of all. The most enchanting. Like a fairy in the middle of the woods. Upon taking one look at her the king was blinded by her beauty and fell in love with her in an instant for which he couldn’t think nor could he move to do anything to save the endangered woman. But the warrior was a man of steel who had a strong control over his desires so the first thing he did was eliminate all the crocodiles surrounding the woman. The woman thanked him and threw herself at the warrior's arm losing consciousness. The warrior took her in his arms and carried her back to the camp. Everyone waited for the women to wake up. After a long rest, she woke up in the evening. The king came to meet her and she told about how she ended up in this wild woods after getting chased by a griffin while searching for the herbs to sell to make a living out of it as she was an orphan without a family. She also told them that her name was 'Aelfrun' The king took pity on her and decided to take her back to his castle. On the following morning, the king and the troop headed back to the castle. The woman was riding with the warrior in his horse. The king appointed the warrior to look after Aelfrun. Aelfrun and the warrior became good friends and became so fond of each other. After some time the warrior finally decided to talk to Aelfrun about his feeling that he fell in love with her from the first day they met. But the king who also fell in love with Aelfrun in the first meeting decided to marry her and announced it to the world before the warrior could convey his feelings. Hearing the news the warrior decided not to say his feelings as he values his king's feelings more than his, cause that's the vow he took as a warrior of the king. Aelfrun asked numerous times to the warrior about what he wanted to tell her as if she knew and waited to hear it long before the warrior could think about it. But the warrior instead started to keep a distance from Aelfrun as her wedding to the king was coming closer. Aelfrun and the king got married and started a new life of their own in the castle. Days became months and months turned into years. The first child of the royal family was born. The king was tremendously happy. The king loved Aelfrun with all his heart. Aelfrun also didn’t betray his feelings as she also returned his feelings with utmost care. She stayed sincere to the king as she was crowned as the queen. 30 years passed after their marriage. They had four Children. Three princes and a princess. Everything was moving forward so steadily and fast except one heart who could never move on from one person that the heart ever loved. Even in his old age, the warrior refused to leave the side of his queen. He devoured all his life to serve his king and queen from a distance so as to not disturb their happy life. He let go of the only love of his life but couldn’t let in any other women in his life. He was happy to be there for Aelfrun as long he could be with her nothing else was metered to him. Aelfrun was the only means of happiness to him. He could give up his life for Aelfrun. Yes, it hurt him to see Aelfrun with someone else, but he was willing to endure anything as long as Aelfrun was happy. All these years that was his only purpose. After 30 years the age caught the king and the king was diagnosed with many deathly diseases. One night the king started to cough blood and saw his death standing at the door. The king told Aelfrun that this was the end. He was about to leave but he had no regret about the way he lived his life. He said to Aelfrun that he is thankful for all the sincerity she has shown all her life, even though she never really loved him. Hearing King's statement Aelfrun couldn’t help but feel shocked. The king always knew that the warrior loved Aelfrun and after the marriage, he also doubted if Aelfrun also loved the warrior. But after a long time the king was certain that even though the warrior and Aelfrun both loved each other, they never conveyed their feeling to each other. And even though if Aelfrun wanted to she could betray the king behind his back, she never did. She honestly played the role of a responsible queen and a mother raising all their four children. The king sincerely thanked her before his death. Because of Aelfrun's honesty, the king didn’t bind her with the responsibility of the throne and set her free to do anything she liked. The king declared his first son, the symbol of love Between him and Aelfrun as the successor of his throne. The king confessed to Aelfrun that he never regretted loving and marrying Aelfrun and if he got another chance to do everything all over again, he would again choose to marry Aelfrun rather than give up on her to the warrior. Because Aelfrun never let him down. He found a perfect life partner in Aelfrun. With a final kiss from Aelfrun, the king let out his last breath and left the world at the same time Aelfrun regained all her beauty all over once again. Tears were falling down her cheeks. Happiness, Sadness and relief all could be seen in her eyes. Aelfrun's heavy heart was finally lightened which she thought was impossible. She was happy that the king figured out everything and accepted it all with a happy heart before leaving her. But it also pains her heart that the person with whom she spent her entire life and the one who sincerely loved her was gone. And then she was relieved that finally, she could return to the side of the one she always wanted to. The one she truly ever loved. For one she sacrificed her life cause she feared if she tried to deny the marriage and said that she didn’t love the king but the warrior then the life of the warrior or she could have been in danger. And the warrior himself in the first place wouldn’t agree to break the oath he took for the king. So she peacefully waited beside someone else to get back to her love. The warrior unbeknown the truth that the warrior and the king weren’t the only ones who fell in love at first sight, and that day they weren’t the one who found her but she was the one who lured them to her, that that enchanted forest the witch fall in love with the warrior the moment she saw his bravery and kindness.
