In the middle of the forest there lay a faerie waiting for something to be, and for a millennium there she waits for her lost lover, to come back to her as he promised to be. So she waits for him while reminiscing about the past that once been.

As a child, I always thought that the city life for me and all the noise from the city was part of my life. Since my family from ten generations, past lived in the city, from both sides. So it was expected that I never truly seen a forest in person. Besides the commercials of Cars going on a mountain road overlooking a Forest. So on my thirtieth birthday, I decided that I would go to take a camping trip by myself to Galloway Forest Park in Scotland. Well at first my family was against it saying that "how can you go if you're still not married and living an apartment building right next to our house". They also stated that I was a "city slicker" and had no point on going on a camping trip in a forest, only to get lost and die. Well, I ignored their comments and went there anyway. So here I am, a few hours drive from the airport and some treks up the trail, having a difficult time with my tent when raining. At the moment that I was finished with the tent, it stopped raining thus, I was about to get inside my tent that was wet inside and out to sleep, but in my corner of my eye, I saw faint lights moving about while casting shadows to the trees in an eerie manner so I yelled out "is anyone there", the only response that I got was, that they turned off their lights. So for that reason, though I might make myself know. As I walked to the area I saw, the lights coming from, as I walked stumbled upon a weird mushroom formation on the ground in the shape of a circle. I thought nothing of it at the time but, at the same exact moment I stepped onto that mushroom ring, and the leafy forest floor gave in and then, I found myself falling into darkness.
