"Hey guys!" Markus Secundus waved his hand at the round table. There's at least ten of them! His mind racing at the thought of being allowed to the big boy's table.
A few heads turned to look at him. Most showed disinterest, some even acted as if they had turned for a completely different reason. But one, oh one! Yes, there was one that was completely different from the others! Annoyance! Look at his eyes, they are so crossed that his hole forehead is a single wrinkle!
"Interested in playing a little game with me!?" Seeing the undeniable excitement that his appearance gathered, he pushed forward with everything he had. He had the full attention of one member. Annoyed or not, he was listening to Markus.
"Oh no!"
"Why?"
"Tsk!"
The complaints overlapped with one another. Everyone, without exception, was voicing their concerns. The cross-eyed dude was even shouting. Shouting! For me! Definitely, it was now or never, they were all listening to him!

"I promise you will like it!" It wasn't a question. He wasn't asking for permission. He was just stating a fact. They would love it!
"That's what you said last time!" A feminine voice from the other side of the table cried.
"Well, yes!! But how could it be my fault that they ended up blowing themselves?" His hands were eloquently moving all around. "It was perfect! Perfect up until they decided they didn't want to play anymore. But this time... It is different! They won't want to quit!"
Disbelief was evident in everyone's faces. Disbelief, and annoyance. Good! They are hearing me out!
"What makes you say so?" A voice escaped from a mouth surrounded by dense beard. Whoever was behind that massive black bush could not be made out from all the hair.
"There are dragons!" Markus Secundus stated as if it was the most obvious thing in the world. Dragons, heh, caught them!
"Dragons?" The same person incredulously asked. "And that will stop them from quitting?"
"Well, duh!?" Markus responded, implying how stupid the question was. "Dragons! Of course they will want to play!"
"But Markus, they will die if yo-"
"Ah ah ah!" He interrupted another voice. Was it the cross-eyed dude? Cause if it was his most devoted listener, then he would allow them to finish. Ah no, just a random dude! Markus thought while looking at the only guy with a crown on his head. "Allow me to introduce you to Towers, Dragons, and other shenanigans"
"Mark-"
"Sto-"
"Wai-wa-"
"Duuud-"
Whatever words of praise they were offering him, they were muted once the scenario began forming itself.
