If you lose alot of blood you will suffer everything a dead person has to suffer . But you would be still alive untill your body take all the nutrition out of your body to produce some blood for your basic functioning.

No blood will be supplied to your brain to your heart . You body will stop pumping blood because you will have none . And yes your heart will pump as slow as it can , but sadly you would still be barely alive . You will feel really cold and lose all consciousness of yourself .

You will have to displace your arm and get your hands out of the lock . So you can do the same for all your body parts which are tied to the chair . I know it will be painful

Sorry . But after you have done that you will find a small door in the corner left of the room . It is made to throw away any waste product . That hole is too small for a human . It goes directly outside to a trash bin . So you need to do whatever you can do to fit in that door that is your only way out of here
