*The following day, Rylet is heading to an open field, Team Whiskey are all training* *Aiden and Rebecca are sparring while Esmeralda is sitting on the bleachers, Marley is watching while under a tree, Kazuma is sitting on the bleachers and Tank is laying down asleep on the bleachers* *Aiden runs at Rebecca, she starts sweating before throwing her right hand out, Aiden doesn't stop run, instead he pulls his right fist back and punches through the ice, Rebecca's eyes widen, she makes her arms have ice on them as she blocks her chest in an “X” shape with the ice arms, Aiden pulls his right arm back and punches her arms, she grunts badly with her pupils shrinking, the ice completely shatters, she is sent back rolling, once she comes to a stop she lets out a weak grunt, Aiden runs over*

Aiden: I am so sorry! I didn't mean to hurt you! *Aiden helps Rebecca up*

Rebecca: No no no! *Rebecca grunts as she stands up straight* We are training! You put me on my feet like it was life or death! I know you weren't fully trying but you are helping me survive! *Aiden smiles as she walks over to the bench and sits down*

Marley: *Marley smiles* Nice job Aiden! And excellent job Rebecca! You actually used the ice as a shield! If you didn't, that punch would have sent you back to the medical room! Remember to use that ice in any way you can think! *Rylet walks over* Oh Rylet! Welcome!

Aiden: You are really going through with this?

Rylet: I have to make sure you are safe. If you get yourself killed i'd-*Rylet and Aiden's conversation suddenly stops as Richard is between them, he stares down Rylet with murderous*

Aiden: *Aiden talks in his head* When did he get between us-!?

Rylet: What the hell are you doing!? *Richard gets in his face, Marley slowly loses his smile, Richard stares before walking away, Rylet growls* Hey asshole! What the hell was that for!?

Marley: I think I know why. *Marley raises his voice* Richard! I'm going to need you to tone it down next time! *Richard is suddenly in Marley's face without anyone seeing*

Richard: I could've killed you there, teach.

Marley: *Marley slowly smiles* No you wouldn't. You should remember, I'm the teacher, you’re the student. I know way more than you.

Richard: *Richard gets an anger vein* Is that right? *In a blink of an eye, Richard is on the floor in a crater*

Rylet: What the hell!?

Aiden: What just happened!?

Marley: *Marley sighs* Richard is getting cranky. He's getting ahead of himself because of his own trauma.

Richard: *Richard stands up with a growl* You have no right to say shi-*Marley interrupts*

Marley: *Marley gets serious* Yes I do, especially when you are acting like a child. This kid has nothing to do with your killers.

Richard: If you see someone that looks like the killers of your family, you would do the same! You don't know what it feels like!

Marley: *Marley smirks at him* You truly don't know who I am then. I suggest you get it together Richard or I will do it for you.

Richard: Like hell you would. *out of nowhere, Richard coughs up blood and falls to his knees*

Marley: Quit trying that. I defeated you, the deal was you join me with no questions and be my team's leader. I know what happened and I understand but it doesn't give you a right to be an asshole. I'm trying to teach you how to be more powerful and how to care about others even if they aren't family. It's not the end of the world, I get how it feels losing everything but these kids are what I want you to look after. Treat them like your own, new people aren't replacements, it's a new chapter. I will help you with this killer if you learn how to love again, this is why I made it the deal.

Richard: *Richard groans as he wipes the blood off his mouth, he slowly stands up and looks at Marley* As long as you can help me get stronger than him, or even help kill him, then alright. *He looks over at Rylet* That's your name?

Rylet: Rylet. Rylet Tsuyoi.

Tank: Is it my turn? *Tank slowly sits up and sees Aiden* Hell ya!! *Tank jumps off the bleachers* The fun is here!! *He gets into his stance* Let's go, Aiden! Let's finish things!

Aiden: I've been out here for an hour already and you barely want to fight!? You were recently healed too!

Tank: No pain, no gain!

Marley: Before we continue with more sparring, Rylet! *Rylet turns to him* I put out that team today to go pick up your family like you requested and I also wanted to pass more of these out to you guys! *Marley reaches in his right pocket and pulls out three different rings* I had these come in today! *Marley tosses one to Aiden, Rylet and Tank* Each one is an element based on something you need! I hope you all can use them well in training today! *Aiden puts the ring on his right thumb, Rylet puts the ring on his right pinky* You two look great! *Marley turns to look at Tank, Tank is looking at the ring while he's holding it with his right thumb and pointer finger*

Tank: You say this ring possesses the power of an element?

Marley: Yeah! Why do you think Rebecca can make ice while being a normal human? *Rebecca walks over and shows her ring, it's on her right middle finger, the ring has a snowflake on it* *Aiden looks at his, the ring has a tornado on it*

Aiden: Huh? A tornado?

Marley: Air! And to trigger the ring, it's like a flex!

Aiden: *Aiden faces the field, he throws a hard right punch but keeps his fist out, he then flexes his fist, releasing a heavy gust of wind, the wind is so strong it rips trees out of the ground* Huh? *He looks at the ring*

Marley: Cool right? *Out of nowhere, water shoots out near Aiden, Aiden quickly turns to see it's Rylet*

Rylet: Water? *Rylet smirks* I can get behind it.

Tank: I find these stupid but if it gives me an advantage until I unlock my power then fine. *Tank puts his ring on his right thumb* *Tank does a heavy right stomp, making a wave of rocks move towards the field, Tank smirks* I will make that samurai girl eat shit!

Marley: Oh speaking of that! Why don't you guys tell me about it? You two came back really messed up!

Tank: *Tank growls, crosses his arms and leans his back on the tree* Aiden was snuck up on by an assassin. *Everyone looks at Tank* It was a female samurai dressed in all black. She was one hundred percent a mabiki user. She was using everything.

Marley: What did she use?

Tank: Positive and Negative. When she used positive, she was able to form a bow out of her mabiki. When she used negative, she summoned an arrow called Miyamoto's Transfix, which burned through anything it touched when shot.

Marley: *Marley looks down and puts his right hand on his chin to think before talking* You two got off lucky. There are three arts of Mabiki, Positive, Negative and Eclipse. *Marley looks at Aiden and Tank* I'm not sure if she knew how to use Eclipse but be aware next time! The Eclipse art is a final trump card to win. If you don't counter it with your own, you will most likely die. If you are lucky, the Eclipse arr might not be an attacking move so it will go off of your skills. *Marley throws a quick right punch at Tank, Tank barely blocks it with his left forearm, Marley smiles* And I know my students have skill. *Tank groans*

Tank: Enough of the sweet shit Clarke.

Marley: You will get used to it Kaif! *Marley does a single clap* Now! Who wants to have a sparring session?

Tank: Me and Aiden!

Aiden: Ugh, Fine fine! I have a new ring to test out anyways.

Rylet: Marley, I would like to have a round with you. *Marley turns and smiles*

Marley: Of course! I need to see where you stand anyway because your ID will have your star rank! By the way, Aiden! *Aiden turns to Marley, Marley throws a lanyard towards him, Aiden catches it to see he has a five star ranking*

Aiden: Huh? Hey Sensei, I think they had a typo on my star ranking. Why am I a five star? *Everyone including Richard looks over*

Marley: *Marley chuckles* You will find out later kid, I promise.

Richard: Now I'm interested in this one. I knew his Mabiki felt different but having a five star on record with three star or even four star strength is interesting. Tank move over, I want a round with the kid.

Tank: *Tank growls* My ass! Wait your turn! He already agreed to fight me!

Richard: *groans* Whatever. *Richard walks over to the bench and sits down* Hurry it up. *Aiden and Tank walk to the field*

Marley: *Marley walks with Rylet to the other side of the field* Alright! Come at me Rylet! *Rylet throws a left and right punches, both are straight ahead, no impact or speed, Marley steps back, Rylet runs towards Marley and does a little hop to kick him in the head with his left leg, Marley blocks it with his right arm* You need to add a twist in your attacks! *Rylet throws a right punch but puts more hip in it, Marley blocks it* Better! *Marley throws two left punches quickly but light, Rylet blocks them with grunts, Marley goes for a right kick, hitting Rylet in the left ribs, he grunts and stumbles back* Don't forget, we have legs too! Always be ready for both! *Rylet dashes forward, he throws a barrage of punches, Marley blocks all of them with his left arm* Don't get too heated! You aren't using your hip and shoulder! You need the force! *Rylet throws a left right, Marley blocks both, both have decent strength* Hmm. *Marley jumps back to get away* For once I think I would prefer a student on a sword. I'm not saying you are bad at fist fighting but you seem like a weapon would suit you better. You have great aim but the importance of the movement in punching will get you in trouble. *Marley puts his right hand on his chin and thinks*

Rylet: *Rylet gets fire in his eyes with spiky teeth* Hey dick! We just started! I can get better!

Marley: *Marley quickly looks at Rylet* No no no! Trust me! A sword will be your best friend! *In the background you can see Tank suplex Aiden, Aiden grunts before doing a backflip and tackling Tank* I know we just started but I have seen cases of this! Please trust me! *It cuts to Rylet unsheathing a katana* Well, what do you think?

Rylet: *Rylet swings the sword down in front of him, once it hits the ground, he smiles* Hell yeah.

Marley: *Marley turns into a chibi with tears* Never do that with a katana… you just hurt my heart…

Kazuma: Hey, your name was Rylet right?

Rylet: *Rylet sheaths his sword, turns around to see Kazuma* Yeah it was, your's?

Kazuma: My name is Kazuma. I would like to spar with you. *Kazuma pulls out a solid black katana* Because I'm another sword user and I would like to show you some tricks.

Rylet: I thought I was the first student to have a sword. *Rylet unsheathes his sword*

Marley: Kazuma came here as a skilled swordsman so I didn't change him! I want to see sparring! *Marley throws his right hand up, both of their blade glow with a black aura* So I will make sure you two don't kill each other! *A few hours go by and everyone is finishing training and taking a seat on the bleachers* Great day today! Had some ring usage, swordplay and… *As Marley is talking, Aiden and Tank are still fighting behind him, Marley turns around and looks at them, he has sweat drops on his head* hand to hand combat…

Tank: *Tank slides back from Aiden's attack, he laughs and gets in his stance again* That's what I'm talking about! The warm up is over!

Aiden: *Aiden starts rolling up his sleeves, Aiden looks super focused* If you say so, Tank.

Marley: Man you boys are still at it? I thought it would be over by now!

Tank: That was our warm up! Now we can get serious!

Marley: Well that's all we have time for today! *Tank gets a poker face* Let's go in shall we?

Aiden: *Aiden exhales* Alright. *He looks over at Tank* Nice training today Tank. You had me going. *He jogs to Marley and the group walking to the apartments* *Tank just stands there with a poker face*
