Ren looked over her calm face, she looked as if she was having a wonderful dream, a happy dream. Ren reached out his hand. He was wondering if he should wake her up. It was pretty late. He stared at the clock that hanged just right above the door of the room.
11:25 PM
'Hmm.. how long have I been knocked out? And how long was Rin here for.. I shouldn't wake her up.. she looks like she is having a wonderful dream.'
Ren grabbed the blanket that was place upon him and he placed it over Rin's sleeping soul. She rested like a baby. Her hands cuddled around her chest as she laid on the bed.
'I guess there is nothing else to do but sleep, since it's so late. I need to use the restroom..'
Ren slowly walked up and peer through the hallway. It was dark, shallow and scary. Noises could be heard throughout the school.
'Maybe I should go back to sleep.. I think that would be a good idea.'
As Ren walked back towards the bed where Rin laid. He could hear a strange scratching noise coming from behind him.
*scratch*
*scratch*
'What is that? Hello? Is anyone there?'
The sound was very discrete and only a silent night could have heard the gentle scratches near the door. Ren stared at the door. He saw nothing but darkness. He knew something was standing there, watching him. Waiting for him to get near. Ren slowly stepped back near the bed and covered himself and Rin with the blanket. He was scared. He could sense the blood lust of the creature or something near that door.
'Don't come near, don't come near, don't come near..'
Ren repeated it over and over. The sound soon faded in the darkness of the hallway. He felt safe for now. He had never felt so scared in his life. As he looked down at Rin, he blushed a bit, seeing how close he was to Rin's face. She laid silently, not a single muscle from her moved. Ren felt more safe with Rin by his side. Not so long after, he fell asleep..

'Huh? Where am I?'
Ren was in the hallway of the school. It was still dark.
'How did I get out here? Was I sleep walking?'
Ren was so confused. He suddenly heard a scream coming from an area not so far away from the clinic.
"AHHHHH!"
'What was that?'
"Hey Rin! Are you there! Are you okay?"
He stepped closer to the area the sound came from. The scream stopped after one fearful yelp. Ren turned to the corner. His eyes opened wide as he saw Rin's lifeless body being ripped apart from her body by this mysterious shadow.
'No.. Rin.. this can't be.. you were just next to me.. you can't die.. not now...'
"RIN!!!!"

"AHHHH!"
"What's wrong Ren?"
Ren looked around. He noticed Rin was sitting up startled by his sudden outburst. His gears in his brain stopped moving for a minutes to gather everything that had happened.
'It was only just a dream.. it was only just a dream.. only just a-'
"Are you okay Ren? You don't look to good. Did something happen?"
Rin had a worried tone to her voice as she spoke to him. Ren didn't want to make her worry.
"It's nothing, I only had a bad dream."
"Oh, but if you need anything please ask. That's what friends are for.."
'Friends.. friends... friends..'
Ren's dream was so vivid, like it was real. His mind was slowly drenched in fear. He felt like this had really happened to him. He was scared that through his actions Rin would pay for his decisions. As Rin stared at Ren, he couldn't help himself and tied his arms around her in a tight hug.
"Don't leave me.."
"What's wrong Ren?"
"I'm not sure.. there is just something wrong about this city.."
"You mean about the disappearance?"
His face was stressed out from the dream.
*gulp*
"I think I know who the kidnapper is.."
