World of "Godslayer" – Youfeng Plains
This place is inhabited by weak monsters below level 15, most of which are mild-tempered, making it the ideal training ground for beginner players just stepping out of the novice village. However, with the average player level now exceeding 70, few adventurers still roam these lands.
Ye Tianxie stood in the plains, clad in peculiar, radiant white gear, gripping a golden, oddly shaped bow. A light-colored cloak draped over his head, obscuring his face from view. Yet, the person he had arranged to meet was unexpectedly absent.
Seconds ticked by. As the clock struck precisely 10:00 AM, Ye Tianxie took one last glance at this world before logging off in a flash of white light.
Emerging from his gaming pod, he pressed a hand lightly against its front panel. A dull cracking sound echoed—the core of the pod was now completely shattered. Since he had decided never to return to Godslayer, he made sure there would be no reason to ever step back in. And so, his final arranged meeting with another came to an end. Others might wait for him an entire day and night, but he would never wait an extra second for anyone. If they failed to show up at the agreed time, he would turn and leave without hesitation—regardless of who they were. That was his pride.
"Bloodfiend Moon, I'll see you in Destiny." He muttered. "Originally, you would have been the first to know my new name. Unfortunately, you missed your chance."
Three seconds after Ye Tianxie's departure from Godslayer, a pitch-black figure shot across the sky like a streak of shadowed lightning—moving as if flying at low altitude. The figure exuded an eerie, chilling aura, unmistakably belonging to a woman. She was dressed in a tightly fitted, plain black outfit, with a dark veil concealing most of her face, revealing only the area above her nose. Yet, despite the partial concealment, the glimpse of her flawless, snow-white skin and alluring curves left no doubt that she was a peerless beauty.
She halted at the spot where Ye Tianxie had stood moments before, scanning her surroundings with a complex gaze before letting out a faint sigh. She knew she was late—by just a few seconds. And that proud man would never wait for someone, not even for mere moments.
Standing still amidst the gentle wind, she no longer hid her stunning figure. The tight black outfit accentuated her slender waist, the curve of her full chest, and the roundness of her hips. The snug fit of her lower garments only further highlighted the sheer perfection of her S-shaped silhouette, an image so mesmerizing that no onlooker would be able to tear their eyes away.
Beneath the dark veil, her cold and beautiful eyes gleamed faintly. Her delicate, jade-like fingers grasped a fully transparent short dagger, its edge as pristine as freshly formed ice—untouched by dust or blood.
At that moment, two players in the distance began approaching her. They had clearly noticed her and quickened their pace. She raised the hand holding the transparent dagger, closed her eyes, and flung the weapon far away—a blade coveted by every assassin in the world of Godslayer. Then, in a burst of white light, she disappeared.
The two approaching players arrived moments later, their in-game names following the same theme: Dora A Dream and Dora B Dream.

Dora A Dream rushed forward, picking up the discarded short dagger. The moment it landed in his hand, his body trembled involuntarily. As he examined its attributes, his pupils contracted sharply. His voice quivered as he shouted, “Se-Sealed Bloodfang! This… this is Bloodfiend Moon’s weapon! Am I dreaming?!”
That black-clad figure just now… Could she really have been Bloodfiend Moon?!
Dora B Dream stepped closer, curiously peering at the dagger. “Bloodfiend Moon? Is she some kind of top player?”
Dora A Dream cast a disdainful look at him and shook his head. “You bookworm. I swear, you must be the only person in the world who doesn’t know Bloodfiend Moon.”
“Uh…” Dora B Dream chuckled sheepishly, waiting for an explanation.
Dora A Dream tilted his head back slightly, his hand clutching the Sealed Bloodfang still trembling. “In China’s virtual gaming scene, there has always been a ranking of the strongest experts. The top ten are known as the ‘Ten Great Masters of China.’ This ranking shifts periodically, with names coming and going… but the top three have never changed. These three are revered worldwide as the ‘Three Legends of China.’ And ‘Peerless Asura’ Bloodfiend Moon is one of them. Her reputation was cemented two years ago in a game called Sky Dominion, and since then, she has shaken the entire gaming world.”
"Peerless Asura"? That's her title? Dora B Dream asked.
Dora A Dream nodded. “That’s right. She’s a lone wolf, always traveling alone, but she has killed more people than you can possibly imagine—so many that she was given the title ‘Asura.’ Not only is she powerful and proud, but she is also shrouded in mystery. Other than her name, ‘Bloodfiend Moon,’ no one knows what she looks like or who she is in real life. However, we do know she is an incredibly beautiful woman, which is how she earned the title ‘Peerless.’”
"Oh? Hold on," Dora B Dream interrupted. "Didn’t you just say no one knows what she looks like? Then how does she have a title like ‘Peerless’?”
Dora A Dream explained, “Two years ago, in Sky Dominion, there was an in-game ranking called the ‘Most Beautiful Female Players List.’ This list was determined by the system based on a player’s overall charm index, making it highly objective. Bloodfiend Moon ranked first. So she was famous for her beauty before she became infamous for her ruthlessness. Anyone who harbored designs on her met a cold and bloody fate.”
As Dora A Dream spoke, his face showed deep admiration. But he knew that someone like him could only look up to such a figure from afar—never reach her.
"All of them? Does that mean she’s the strongest of the Three Legends? Is she unbeatable?" Dora B Dream asked, surprised. If the top player in the gaming world was a woman, that would be both astonishing and awe-inspiring.
"No, not at all!" Dora A Dream shook his head firmly, his eyes filled with something Dora B Dream couldn't understand. It wasn't just admiration, but awe, fear… even a trace of reverence—like one would have toward a deity. "That title belongs to one man—Tian Moye. The absolute peak of China’s gaming world. His universally recognized title is…"
"The Unrivaled Evil Emperor."
"The Unrivaled Evil Emperor… Tian Moye?" Dora B Dream murmured, repeating the name, trying to imagine what kind of person could be worthy of such a title. "Unrivaled"… A claim of true invincibility. In this entire world, how many could genuinely live up to that title?"
In an era where the gaming world had become humanity’s second reality, the number of people unaware of this name was dwindling fast.
"Tian Moye… Though his name contains ‘Moye’—a reference to the legendary blade—he is an unpredictable and lawless figure. Like Bloodfiend Moon, he is a lone wanderer. The most powerful guilds and alliances, commanding hundreds of thousands or even millions of players, have all attempted to recruit him—only to be turned down. And anyone who dared provoke him suffered merciless retaliation. He fears no power, no enemy, and there is nothing in the gaming world he would not dare to do. Eventually, no guild dared approach him, and no one had the courage to make him an enemy."
Dora A Dream sighed as he spoke of the legend who stood at the pinnacle of the gaming world. But legend was no mere honorary title—Tian Moye had shaken the gaming industry time and time again, proving himself worthy of the name.
