Chapter3 the continuation

Back in the kingdom. One month before Randy fully enslaved the people of the Dyna Kingdom, the king devised a plan to counterattack. However, seeing his subjects weak and feeble mind, he decided to prepare both the iron knight's and the academy students for the upcoming battle. Unaware that Randy was building a castle for his minions, One month had past the kingdom was caught off guard when, one day, an iron knight spotted thousands of ghouls approaching without warning.

The king, with no other choice, took hold of an ancient relic handed down by his ancestors, knowing that one swing of this sword would turn him into an old man in an instant.

Meanwhile, on the outskirts of the kingdom, a child ventured into the mountains, believing there is a witch who could provide medicine to save her dying village. Upon arriving, the girl realized she had been gravely mistaken the only thing she found was two massive golems guarding an ancient bow. As she tried to flee, the golems caught her, but before she could panic, a voice neither human nor beast called out to her. Turning her gaze to the bow, it spoke: she had been chosen to become the savior of this world. The girl's consciousness faded, and when she woke, she was nowhere to be found. All that remained in her place was the Shadow Bow. The Shadow Bow, though confused, knew his purpose to find his beloved, the Shadow Spear, and together, vanquish all devils.

The kingdom, shrouded in a dark aura, became a beacon, awakening the strongest devils slumbering in the nearby villages. The first to rise was Lilith, the Devil of Competitiveness.

The king swung his blade once more with precision, slicing through the endless horde of ghouls. But no matter how many he felled, they rose again, their unholy forms knitting back together as if mocking his efforts. Realizing the futility of the fight, the king turned to his loyal knights. Defend the castle at all costs!" he commanded, his voice resolute despite the growing despair in his heart. Then, he knelt down to his youngest nephew, gripping the boy's shoulders firmly. "You must leave," the king said, his tone urgent. "Run far from this place. Seek out your cousin, Quill. She is our last hope. Tell her what is happening here.

As Quill and Ace continued their journey, Ace couldn't help but voice his concern. "Why are there so many beasts out today?" he wondered aloud, his hand instinctively gripping the hilt of his blade. Quill's eyes darted nervously toward the horizon. Her heart sank as she noticed the direction the creatures were heading straight toward the kingdom. Though she tried to maintain her composure, worry gnawed at her mind like an insidious whisper. When night fell, they found a sheltered spot to rest. As Ace drifted into a deep sleep, Quill remained awake, her thoughts racing. Something about the beasts' movements didn’t sit right with her, and she couldn’t shake the feeling that time was running out.

As Ace slept, a vivid and mysterious dream took hold of him. A figure clad in obsidian armor emerged from the shadows, its voice echoing with an otherworldly power.

"You are the chosen one," the Black Knight proclaimed, its glowing crimson eyes piercing through the darkness. "You must aid the servant of the god and help him regain his lost powers."

Before Ace could respond, the knight stepped closer, extending a blade shrouded in faint, flickering light. "Take this sword," the knight commanded. "You will need it for the trials ahead."

As Ace’s consciousness began to fade, he felt the weight of the blade settle in his hand, its power humming faintly beneath his grip.

When morning arrived, Ace awoke with a jolt, the sensation of the sword still vivid in his memory. He glanced around, but there was no sign of the weapon from his dream. Despite that, an unfamiliar resolve stirred within him.

Quill, already awake and preparing for the day's journey, turned to him. "You'll handle the hunting today," she said, her tone suggesting she trusted him.

Ace nodded, his thoughts lingering on the cryptic dream and the task he had been given.
