His alarm rang at 6:50 am, 10 minutes to get ready For Jesse that was a lifetime because in the years that followed, or maybe came before him (depends how you look at it) you had to get ready in a few seconds or a Demon would rip your throat, or maybe a green Median. In 2 minutes, he got dressed, brushed his hair and teeth and still had time to “work out”. Looking in the mirror at his weak body, Jesse decided to pump it up a little by doing… handstand push-ups.
Walking down at 6:55, he walked to the door with his mom waiting and on the phone with her employer as she explained why she was missing work today for the first time in 2 years. With a little bit of cussing, charm, and promise to pull extra hours they left the house and got into the car, his mom not saying anything, Jesse decided to break the ice.
He started with “I'm sorry I kicked Troy Mom.” His mom saw that he was truly sorry, although she didn’t know that he was sorry for the stress put on her. She went from father to loving mother in the next second as she replied “I know sweety, but will you tell me why?” Jesse shrugged his shoulders and said “I had about all I can take of bigger guys picking on the smaller ones.” His mom gave him a look, faced the road and continued to drive, speechless into the school, in the office and then into the principal office with the school's SRO (student resource officer).
They both sat down in front of the principal's desk as The principal said the thing that they always say ”Do you know why you are in here this morning?” With this Jesse Leans back and replies with “Yeah, I gave a bully what he deserved.” The principal didn’t look surprised but his mom did, she said “he has been bullying you before?” The Principal answered this one first with “Yes but your son always told us not to take action because it would worry you, but now he took action into his own hands and the school is being threatened to get sued.” Jesse was taken back, and said in a matter of fact way “they can’t, if you review the footage, and look at his medical report, I hit him in his temple, not causing the concusion but causing a dizzy state. Then when he got up, my blow corrupting his balance, he then fell and then gave himself a minor concussion, if shown to a judge, it won’t even be seen by a jury.” Unsure at how he knew this because Jesse had left the building before Troy fell, the SRO officer said “you still hit him and minimum because this is your first offense, is a day of ASD.” His Mom, curious of what Jesse said the day before asked “Can I see the footage of when Jesse hit him?” The Principal moved his computer screen around and hit play, on it was Jesse leaping 6 feet into the air, before he moved his body in a circular shape, as his foot landed on Troy's temple. Seeing this she was taken aback, this looked like it came from a movie and her only response was “Jesse will take the ASD today”, Jesse immediately stated “I think I will take it tomorrow and the day after if it don’t go on my record”

Well he sure knew how to make deals, because they left the school as if it had never happened and Jesse's mom was concerned, worried and confused. In the Car, Jesse looked at his mom and said outright “Now believe what I’m about to say, We need to go home and I need to teach you martial art’s moves because at 12am tonight, what I said will happen, will happen.” His mom confused but unsure how to act after what she saw shook her head yes, and was speechless all the way home, and for the rest of the day, his mom hurt in places she didn’t know she had, but she learned how to hit, where to hit, and most of all how to avoid dying this time.
They trained until 5pm, soaked in sweat they both took a shower, ate ramen noodles and Jesse did his Handstand Push-ups until 6pm, Jesse then told his Mom “when it happens, you have to run and hide, I will find you ASAP but until then don’t fight anyone because everyone get’s a skill, and the smallest guy might be able to rip you to shreds with a thought.” and making other comment like this, Jesse told his mom that it would take him a day and a half to reach where she spawned, and eager to protect the only person that he cared for only explained his knowledge by “I lived it Mom, and last time everyone died, this time I will try to make sure everyone lives” this was his last statement as the clocked rolled over to 12AM and everyone on planet earth was teleported to another world, a place where dragons roamed and Demonic creatures would try to kill them, but for the first two weeks the creatures wouldn’t be their biggest fight, but eachother
