Super Classification system Supers of all kinds exist, in a boggling number of varieties and capabilities. As such, humanity has done what it does best, and attempted to categorize, organize, and, above all else, understand these powers. After lots of deliberation and discussion, the world powers decided on a single system for classifying powers, a system that still exists today. This categorization system is known as the Method Aspect Subaspect Trigger Range system, otherwise known as MASTR. As time moved on, people changed the label of a 'MASTR classification' into the much faster term 'Master Class', and has remained the staple for power surveying. MASTR, or master class, is separated into 5 categories:
Method: how you affect your aspect, such as with
* Alter: altering the properties of your aspect,
* Store: storing your aspect
* Intuit: detecting your aspect
* Move: moving your aspect,
* Create: creating your aspect spontaneously, and
* Destroy: destroying your aspect
Aspect is your general idea of what you're manipulating, and is set up in Physical, Mental, and Conceptual.
* Physical is any physical property, whether its the human body, heat, wind, or force.
* Mental effects the brain or thoughts, which includes Empaths, Psychics, or more out there things like pain, emotion, memory, and cognition.
* Conceptual is basically anything that's weirder than Physical or Mental, like Souls, Reality, or other wide subjects
Subaspects are just more specific parts of your Aspect. Generally speaking, Physical will be based on physics fields (I.E. biology, chemistry, anatomy, ect), Mental will be based on general mental classifications (such as Empathy, Cognition, ect), while Conceptual is essentially anything outside of that.

Trigger is how you activate your power, and is generally focused on Ritual, Application, Gesture, Mental and Passive.
* Ritual is a long, drawn out procedure, using multiple steps,
* Application is mainly on tinkers, making high tech stuff,
* Gesture is what it says, snapping your fingers ect,
* Mental is what it says on the tin, and
* Passive is something that's always on, no matter what.
Range is in 5 categories: Internal, Touch, Close, Mid, Long, and Anchor.
* Internal is basically anything inside your body, like enhanced cognition, super-strength, regeneration, and other things. It's the most common range, generally.
* Touch is any range within one arm's length from your arm,
* Close is within 1 meter,
* Mid is anywhere between 2 and 20 meters,
* Long is anything longer than that or requires line of sight, and
* Anchor is tying your effect to a specific spot or item that works regardless of range (such as making a bomb that you could detonate mentally at any distance)
For example, an individual with the power to breathe fire may have the classification of CPTGC, Create Physical Thermodynamics (Fire) with a Gesture (Breathing outwards) in Close range (the length the fire breath reaches). It's good to clarify that the MASTR classification is not meant to be an accurate description of an individual's powers, but more a fast-and-loose system for general assessment of what to expect when fighting a specific super.
