In the early 80s, traumatic experiences began spontaneously allowing for creatures of all kinds to gain wondrous and terrible power, usually related to their experiences. In the wake of this monumental shift in reality, tragedy and glory worked in tandem, starting wars that shook continents and giving birth to the first generation of heroes. That's history, however. Nowadays, society has reached a (relatively) stable point, and roughly 1 in every 100 people have powers. Lyssa is one of those people. She can raise the recently dead. The drawback?
