Vidyut and Vani are walking on the footpath, and afternoon sunlight is falling on them. Vidyut keeps peeking at Vani from time to time to see if she is sad or angry. Vidyut is still feeling sad about the morning incident with Vani.

"No, He is out for work" Neeta said

"Oh, Okay," Vidyut said with a sad face.

"Don't worry, He will be home in less than a week," Neeta said comforting Vidyut.

Next day at Academy:

Vidyut and Vani are sitting in their seats. More children are entering the class through wooden door from time to time.

After some time Akansha entered the class and said, "Today we are going to the training ground for combat training. After 3 months a class test will be held and the top 5 would have the chance to be accepted by teachers who would guide them individually. So work hard in combat training."

After giving some guidance on how to kick and punch, Akansha said, "Now I will call 2 children and they will fight each other. Practicality is the best way to learn."

Her gaze fell on Vidyut due to yesterday's incident in class. "You come out."

Both came out and faced each other at a distance of 15 meters.

"Start," she said in a loud voice.

As soon as she shouted Manit ran towards Vidyut swiftly.

"You and your sister disrespected me yesterday, Now I will beat you to a pulp and then I will beat your sister," Manit shouted and reached Vidyut instantly. He closed his palm to form a fist, moved his arm a little backwards and then punched towards Vidyut's face. Vidyut also lifted his feet and directed a kick towards the most vulnerable part of Manit.

The kick and the punch both connected at almost the same time.

Vidyut's Chin was hit by the punch and he fell backwards.

"Ahhhhhhh", Manit screamed and fell to the ground. He fell to the ground and curled his head towards his chest as if to shield himself from the pain.

He rolled onto the other side screaming for a couple of seconds. Akansha ran towards Manit but was not able to do anything. On the other side, the Whole class was laughing at this scene.

Akansha glared at them and they got silent but some whispers could still be heard from the crowd.

Manit is still lying on the ground, curling his body, hiding his face in his abdomen. Although he is not screaming some sobbing sounds are audible to Akansha.

After some moments Vidyut stood up on his feet, holding his chin with his right hand, watching Manit fiercely.

Akansha asked, "Why did you hit him there?"

"He said he would beat my sister. So I gave him the same treatment.", Vidyut replied

Akansha looked at him dumbfoundedly, "This kid has got some guts. Knowing that Manit is physically much more powerful, he still dares to receive a punch from him so that he can land a kick on Manit's vital parts when he is most vulnerable. How clever and calculative?"

After some time medical staff reached on the ground and took Manit on a stretcher.

"Okay class, Don't make such a fuss about it and continue the combat training, Vidyut, you didn't fight properly against Manit so you will have to fight against someone else. But don't repeat this kind of behaviour."

Vidyut nodded and said, "Sorry teacher, I will not repeat this kind of action."

She glanced at the whole class for some time and then asked Vidyut, "Who is your sister?"

He pointed his finger at Vani.

"You, come out."

Vani came out of the class group.

Vani and Vidyut faced each other leaving a distance of 15 meters between them.

Vani has also heard about why Vidyut kicked Manit. She was very happy and satisfied with this action but she still said, "Don't expect any pity from me."

Vidyut didn't say anything but just smiled.

"Start," Akansha said again in a loud voice.

Vani stood in her place and released her special talent at the start. A green aura covered her and started revolving around her. The aura spread over a radius of 5 meters and became denser. It formed like a semi-spherical shield. Nobody was able to see what was going on inside the covered area.

"Wind element control, not bad," Akansha thought.

Suddenly the semi-spherical shield moved towards Vidyut.

But Vidyut was standing still at his position holding both his hands curled in front of his chest. The whole class was dumbfounded after seeing Vani's talent and they thought that Vidyut was just trying to act cool and would surrender. But to their surprise, as soon as the semi-spherical shield reached an area of 5 meters around Vidyut it started to break.

Vani was also amused on seeing this.

"His special talent is related to absorption. My shield will break in a few moments and all energy will be absorbed by him making him even stronger. So, I cannot wait for a better opportunity."

A green-coloured aura formed a streamlined shape on her fists and she moved swiftly towards Vidyut.

Suddenly Vidyut's golden pupils enlarged and light-golden radiance shined around his eyes lightly. He stepped towards the Semi-spherical shield and more cracks began to appear on the shield. Suddenly it shattered and all the energy started flowing towards Vidyut and entwined him making him disappear in a green colored mini tornado. Vani ran towards the tornado, "Vidyut, Watch out."

All of a sudden, A golden-coloured light was visible to everyone in the lower part of the tornado and suddenly the tornado disappeared. It was all absorbed by Vidyut.

His eyes were completely normal now as if nothing happened. Without any warning, a green-coloured piercing dagger appeared in front of Vidyut.

Vidyut moved his right hand and caught the arm which condensed the dagger around the fist. Suddenly the dagger also broke into energy particles and got absorbed by Vidyut.

He looked at Vani and smiled, "Sister, I won."

Vani was panting and was barely able to stand on her legs after spending so much energy. A blue-colored energy flowed from Vidyut supporting Vani to stand up.

Then he looked at Akansha, "Teacher, can you announce the result? My sister is tired and she is so heavy, I cannot support her for long."

Vidyut said teasingly. Vani glared at him but didn't say anything.

"Vidyut won," Akansha announced.

Everyone was amazed. For a moment there was intense silence.

Vidyut went down the stage and helped Vani in sitting down.

All the gazes were fixed on both of them.

"So powerful ." This was the thought in everyone's mind.
