As many of you know, we authors can manage our comment sections, and many authors add their own rules to theirs, sometimes written down, and sometimes simply enforced. This is somewhat encouraged by the fact that banning someone from commenting prevents ratings from that person, so they cannot retaliate. Some authors have taken to block any negative criticism, with the aim of avoiding bad ratings. This is not the case here.

I am pretty reticent to ban people from commenting as an author: Like the story or not, I believe all have the right to express themselves and tell me and other readers what they think about the story, the characters, the style, or anything regarding this... thing I concocted.

So you won't get banned for expressing a strong dislike of it, I may even engage you in a bit of back and forth friendly banter if I am bored or (Gods forbid me) a serious discussion about the perceived issues!

A few out of tone comments in a heated discussion (I have no fucking idea how this story could beget a heated discussion, but this is the internet) I may simply delete, now if you devolve into Tru Hardcore 1337 Gamer language, you are likely getting banned from commenting. And reported.

Spammers will get banned from commenting if they don't get banned from the site.

Don't start a tail cult. Instaban for the heresiarch who does.
