Chapter 1 : Battle Between 2 Gods

Chapter 2 : Battle Between 2 Gods

The ground beneath me shook violently as the ground and space around me started cracking. He is coming… The Last Paradox.

Preparing for a potential upcoming ambush, I readied my sword towards the area where the magic was flowing the most, even by 00.1%. My sensitivity towards magic is rather high, so I tend to pick up on small details easily.

I could feel it.. The amount of magic coming from that area is growing slowly but surely. I infused my sword with raging lightning and waited for the potential upcoming ambush.

Shing!!

The space where I was aiming started cracking like glass. It eventually formed a hole, in which an eye appeared, staring at me menacingly. The eye is pure black, and its iris is the colour red.

“You.. YOU!!”

This eye is a being known as the final paradox. It is the biggest paradox that reality has ever produced. Despite not having a mouth, it was still talking to me in a form of telekinesis.

“Why.. WHY!? Why did you kill her!? You will pay.. YOU WILL PAYY!!”

A bunch more cracks started forming around me, which tentacles started coming out from them. It then started rampaging everywhere like a wild octopus.

“Shut up.”

The Final Paradox looked at me piercingly and its tentacles started lashing at me. Cancelling my plan to attack, I stabbed my sword covered in raging purple lightning into the cracked ground.

As the name suggests, purple lightning erupted from the already cracked ground towards the sky, disintegrating the tentacles and disrupting the 7 layers of atmosphere.

“AAAAAHHHH!!!”

Taking advantage of the situation The Final Paradox was in, I charged in with my sword, ready to pierce his eyes directly. The Final Paradox didn’t notice my presence at all and I stabbed his eyes with my sword.

Something is strange.. My sword is not dealing any damage.. Nor is his eyes bleeding..

“Forgot who I am already?”

… I completely forgot that this guy is an actual living paradox, despite his name. Suddenly, something hit my abdomen and threw me a couple of feet away from my previous position.

He didn’t hit me.. But he did.. A complete paradox.

Well.. who cares about that? My lightning destroys even the paradox itself. I just forgot to apply it to my sword, since I thought I didn't need to. Raising my sword to a throwing position, I infused it completely in raging purple lightning, a little extra at the tip.

“Eat this.”

I threw my sword at full speed ahead. The earth beneath my sword cracked from its sheer speed and before The Living Paradox knew it, I had already stabbed my raging sword in his eyes, raging lightning in his insides.

“UAHHHHHHH!!! STOPP!!... IT BURNS!!”

The surrounding space started closing, indicating that he was trying to escape. I ran towards his eyes in an attempt to prevent him from escaping.

When he had closed all the space where his hands had come from, the space around his eyes started shrinking.

“You’re not getting away.”

When I was a couple of feet away from his eye, which was about to close, I jumped towards the small hole that was made by my sword, which was strong enough to hold on to the gravity of space and time. My sword still hadn’t come off of his eye.

Upon entering the ripped space, I noticed how everything was pure black. There was not even any surface to land on. It was like the vast sea or space. This place is the realm of paradox. It is a place filled with only contradictions.

I was luckily created differently than the rest of humanity, so I remained unaffected by the laws of this place. If it were anyone else in here, they would probably have died in less than 1 nanosecond because of all the contradictions.

There was nothing in here. Just an empty space where all contradictions apply. No wind, oxygen, sound, sense. Well, that's what a normal human would say, because I remain unaffected.

A powerful gust of wind passed through me in a place where something like this wouldn’t happen. Followed by it was a gigantic tentacle.

This place was the perfect battleground for The Final Paradox. After all, here, he’s more like an omnipotent god than anything. It would be challenging to fight him.

“I could feel it.. This sensation..”

Without saying anything, I moved my body to the side, and another gust of wind went through. That was a possible punch.. Simply put, I dodged a possibility.

“I don’t feel like playing anymore, so you better get ready..”

I silently raised my sword above my floating self. Infusing it with mana, it started raging with purple lightning, and the dark void started to flash with each spark.

I could feel it, A countless amount of possible strikes. This guy is trying to end me in one attack.

But..

Purple lightning spread everywhere, making the black void light up as if a new sun had appeared. All the possible slashes were cut down.
