Ch. 2 Choices

Class: Warrior

You have a taste for the flavor of the fight, you don't need to follow the path of light, for you are no knight. You're neither a bard so let's end this farse.

A basic class that focuses on melee fighting. You find yourself in the center of the fight, typically a class for the meatier of heads. Always remember as the famous Ethanio the Everlasting once said, "poke with the pointy end".

+2 strength +2 unassigned skill points per level up

Not Ideal but I could still envision myself as a warrior, definitely a more interesting life that mining. That being said I quickly put warrior in the afterburners as I look onto the next 2 classes.

Class: Healer

Focuses on helping others, a healer is a great and necessary addition to any adventuring party or army. An excellent class for those penny pinchers out there because it rakes in the dough. *No Bakery Needed*

+1 willpower +1 constitution +2 unassigned skill points per level up

Class: Ranger

Specializes in range attacks, duh RANGEr, and is naturally acclimated in the forest. Is decent at stealth and inherently swift which makes it an excellent choice of scout.

+2 dexterity +2 agility skill points for level up

Healer was definitely out, while cool and definitely needed I always knew in my heart that I wanted a class with offensive capabilities. Next, ranger intrigued me and nearly seemed perfect, however, no unassigned skill points per level up made me freeze like a miner finding ore. Except not in a good way. With the first three options not feeling like a good fit my hope dwindled as I looked at the final 2.

Class: Rogue

Not a class for the social, the rogue is equipped with speed and stealth. Often utilized similarly to a ranger but with more of a focus on stealth and less so ranged weapons. Instead they are skilled in close combat weapons like daggers and knifes.

Class: Miner

A Min...

"N to the O that's a NO", I scream drawing the surprised looks of all the onlookers and reminding me I was in the sent of town ( A rather nice way to describe Crabbleberry). I quickly forget my embarrassment as I look back to the rogue class.

Class Selected Rogue(C)

Class Skills

Lightfoot (passive)(C) lvl 1 - Allows the user to move quicker and quieter. The effects scale per level

Quickstab (passive)(C) lvl 1 - Perfect for any fight allows the user to stab in rapid succession overwhelming opponents. The effects scale per level

A choice of a new class skill will be given every 5 levels

What does the C by rogue and the skills mea...

The C stands for common, which represents the rarity of the class and skills. Generally, the higher the rarity the better the skill or class but that is not always so be careful when selecting. There have been a few comedic cases over the ages of someone selecting a class solely because of its rarity only for the class to not make sense for them at all.

woaghhgashkk. After a second to recover I regain my thoughts. That's cool so you can just respond to anything I think?

Within reason, however, I will only be with you for a few more minutes to help you adjust to the system. Rather unique but the system thought it appropriate to give you assistance as you have no family or anyone to teach you the ways of the system.

Hearing this a bit of pressure swamped me as I realized I should make the best use of my time with this mysterious voice.

You talked about rarities, what are all the rarities.

Going from worst to best, the rarities you are allowed to know of right now are Common(C), Uncommon(U), Rare(R), Epic(E), Legendary (L)

So I've got the worst rarity class.... I guess that makes sense since I'm just starting out and should be in the F grade. Speaking of F grade, VOICE! how do I see my stats.

Simply think to yourself *Status*
