To say I was shock was an understatement what would you do when someone controls your mother and has your younger sister in a death grip and he just claims to be your long lost brother or something, well sorry pal I can't handle one brother what more if you come into the picture.

"Sorry as far as I can tell I have only one brother" I stated the fact pointedly, he just laughs it off and strokes Lucy's hair "Oh you din't know dear little brother?" he said looking at me with an amuse glint in those eyes of his. 

"I guess mother" he looked at mom who was now lying on the ground with grandpa and grandma by her side with a disgusted look. "Never told you the truth, and never showed you the real family tree then?" he shrugged and gave Lucy a hug to tight making tears run down her face "I've had so many siblings I don't care whether one of you dies right here and now" 

I still don't follow what he is saying but the part about having more siblings kind of gave me the heeby jeebys I can't even handle Edgar alone.

"I'd like to give you a short synopsis about our family history" did you really have to emphasize the our part?

"Mother here had relationships with all the spirits of the ancient times resulting us her children, after I found out about this I couldn't really stand well with a lot of competition so I has set out my heart to kill all the others" he shrugged "Lucy here is the daughter of the same human mother but her father is different from ours, Kaze was is it? the Wind spirit" Lucy cried and whined for me to fetch her, I was already shaking. 

"That is so messed up man, I thought spirits can only bless those who are worthy or something not help freaking conceive them" I tried to think of a plan to get to Lucy.

"Our mother broke that rule and as the result of all her mistakes all the children she had bared either ran off to another dimension after high school or was chosen by the fathers to join them in combat, in my case Daku is my father, your well I can really tell yet since you haven't been showing signs of energy but the fact that you are of Anderson blood makes my blood boil even more" 

I still don't get it all though.

"If all the other children dies it means the balance would return to its natural state and only one member of the family can inherit the Anderson wealth, since I am the eldest of us 8 I think I am fitting enough to succeed without you brats running around causing the spirits to stir." 

"Won't it still be the same if you are alive since you are a child of the Dark spirit?" 

"Yes it might become a problem, but no one really likes the dark now do they?"

"what are you getting at" all I have to do is kill father dearest or seal him away to take his place as my own, since I was born with a little human blood inside me whether he vanished or not will not affect me at all" 

"You get a chance to see your dad and you plan to destroy him just like that? Lucy and I never really met our dads!" I protested, this bastard was crazy. Well even me since I am taking this too lightly well since I have been seeing to much magical stuff at the middle school division this is nothing really but dark magic I think I just made the enemy of the century.

"Like I care about you" he shrugged, I glared at him

"Richard help mee please" Lucy pleaded Tybalt cut the Lucy's left cheek blood dripping to the ground only to dissolve into grass and lilies, I stood their looking to where the blood should have been, even though it was a pretty sight Lucy cried like it was the only thing that can actually hurt her, adrenaline pulsed through my body and ran to the side and used the boulder to increase my momentum and gave his head a side kick...lol ahaha get it? neh never mind so anyway.

"You little punk" he rubs the side of his head as Lucy ran to my side being guarded by string beans and eggplants and well you know what? lets skip the veges

"Get down Richard!" I heard a females voice from behind me, I turned around to see a blond girl wearing a denim green skirt and xxxl red shirt, I blinked and looked her up and down "Um alright?" I ran to the side and covered Lucy who was crying under the pile of grapes that was shielding her.

"Richard who is she?" she asked looking at me her cheek had been cleaned and covered with a band aid. "Did that scary lady give this to you Lucy?" I asked

"Yeah, she said to call her Amanda" she said all excited well hello big scary gang leader outside!!

"You can come out now" the same lady called to us and we came out and looked around "Where did Tybalt go?" 

"chased him off for now" Amanda said turning to look at us "My have you grown little brother, and you also little Lucy" I just stared at her with a blank face. What just because some strange girl claiming to be my sister as well with long beautiful blond hair appeared doesn't mean I have to act all excited, I just found out I had a brother and finding out I also had a sister ehh...I don't think so.

"And here I thought you were going yo be happy finding out you have another hot sister like me" she stated, but I just continued to look at her like she was an alien "So whose kid you are Amanda?" 

"I am a child of Mizu or also known as water" she smiles sweetly, too sweet for my taste (man do I hate girls right now) 

"I see mom has not changed her ways " she was looking at Lucy like she was an abomination "Another child of the spirits huh, she won't last a week without you anymore seeing as you are attending the high school division" I got a little angry. My powers are not coming out yet so I don't know who my dad is yet, mom won't even tell me.

"Well I can't really stay here long, take that road behind the boulder and take a left turn from their there would be a station where students from the middle school division would be taken to the high school division" she said and walked towards mom with a blue staff in her hands, I thought she was going to hurt her but only to see mom being lifted from the ground and carried through the forest "I know a short cut back to the house you can go ahead but leave Lucy with me" I took a moment to think and looked at Lucy, she was nodding her head ok, since when did she get so mature.

"Take care of her Amanda or I won't forgive you" she nods her head and I ran straight for the boulder passing through it and was met with more trees, this time the trees were colored white with a small hint of blue dew water. 

"I just realize something I cam to early here I can't believe I listened to that woman" I began mumbling to myself causing the other higher up students to look and start the gossip of the week.

"Are you alright there little boy, are you lost?" someone said from behind me, I turned to see Julius there standing with his luggage beside him "J-Julius??" I stepped back a little shocked that he was already here "Sorry, I was asked to come here a little early to choose my suite with my room mate" 

"Suite??" I looked at him weirdly just as I remembered that he was from a filthy rich family, I was to get my own suite as well but I wanted a normal room.

"But first we need to prepare everything for later at the party" Party ??

"Every year the high school division would host a party showing the people the blessed gift the freshmen received from the spirits" I nodded my head not really listening the last time I attended something like that I was so humiliated because my powers did not show.

"I think I am going to pass on this one" Yup Julius got his powers the moment he waved his freaking arms the earth began shaking that night and the animals living under ground had to run out for their lives.

"Who knows maybe your powers might show this year" he said patting my head. I grunted and ran ahead of him I can hear him laugh from a distance.

"Mister Anderson no running down the hall please, you haven't even moved your things in your room yet and here you are making  a fuss" a middle aged woman who was wearing those weird looking blazers at work and a blue denim skirt that reaches up to her knees. Her eyes were beady and she has wrinkles covered by her white and black strands of hair. She was tapping her feet like she was waiting for me to say something.

"Um I just got here ma'am and I um...." I don't know what to say right now since she was really giving me a death glare "Sorry Madame Mary, but my room mate here really just got here and I was supposed to help him today but I kind of forgot" I turned around to see a girl about my age with dark blue hair and emerald green eyes, she was with a boy that looks like her but only with short hair that had clips shoving his hair to the side.

"Carlos and Carla Johnson, its nice of you to show up for the freshmen's welcoming party"

I looked at them back and forth but they just continued to have their little battle

"Well we thought maybe that its time for us to see who is coming to the academy this year, we heard that it was going to be fun this year so why not?" the Carla said with a innocent smile on her face.

"why not come help out last year, we received a lot of Daku's blessed students and also of Kaze's why come now when Mister Anderson here" she said looking at me with those weird eyes. "Is not even showing any signs of power"

"Well sorry for being a late bloomer-" I was cut by someone hugging me from behind and covering my eyes, I knew that fuzzy chest anywhere "Sorry ma'am but we need to go and prepare for the party now Madame Mary" it was Julius and I heard the siblings laugh a bit before I heard their feet walking away.

"I will see you tomorrow in class Mister Anderson, you too as well Julius" I heard her walk away and Julius was still not letting me go.

"You can let go of me now Julius" I tried shoving him off but thanks to my small body I was weak against him so I just heaved a sigh and lean my body onto him "So the twins?" 

"Yeah, they are some of your room mates" he shrugged tightened his grip on me a bit "The rules here says that you can only have 5 members in a room since the rooms here are like condos or suites even you and the two brats makes three, I am also one of your room mates so that makes 4" he lets go of me but grabs my hand leading me to the spiral looking stairs that lead to the male dorms.

"Who is our fifth member?" I ask curious "I bet its a girl since we are already 3 boys in total" 

"No I heard it would be a boy as well" I just stare at him "But wouldn't Carla be uncomfortable with all us guys there?" 

"Not with the interior of the room" he laughs a bit "Just wait and see" I just let him drag me towards our room, I was a little curious who our fifth member is.

Before we can even get to the hall the intercom announced that we need to proceed to the gym since it almost time for the welcoming party for the freshmen. Julius lets go of my hand and told me to stay in one spot so he can get some drinks, I just leaned on the door frame of the bathroom waiting for Julius to come back with the drinks when someone steps on my foot.

"Oi watch where your going!" I yelled making the guy in front face me, he was wearing a leather jacket with black combat boots, he had a v neck inside his jackets and those scary pants where you can put in weapons, his hair was messy like bed hair and he was staring at me with those scary eyes of his (ok maybe his eyes aren't that scary since they were crystal blue like...Lucy and mom's. oh gods please don't tell me.

"sorry little boy, but shouldn't you be with your mommy or something?" he says with a smirk on his face, then I recognized that hand knitted sweater anywhere I had one like that back on my luggage.

"Hey Richard I'm back" I head Julius's voice

"Richard?" he thought for a moment I went and turned away from him only to feel his hands on my shoulder and I was pushed on the wall with  him near me "Richard Horus Anderson right?" yup I found another one, someone should give me a prize right now.
