SLAM
With a resounding slam, the Void Spawn showed no remorse as it gained momentum, hurtling across the tunnel and crashing its vibrating blade against the translucent rocky barrier conjured by Monsoon. The sound of a revving chainsaw grinding against rock reverberated through the halls, drowned out only by the manic and incoherent screams emanating from the Void-tainted creature.
After a significant rebound, the creature lowered its body and blade, delivering powerful swipes capable of toppling even the mightiest of trees.
But to no avail.
SMASH
Nothing.
SMASH SMASH SMASH SMASH…
A relentless onslaught started, and from angles impossible to predict he slashed wildly against the barrier. The Void and the pure force behind it slowly chipped it away as Monsoon drained power from the tunnels themselves in preparation for the next spells and rites.
"By the power granted by the domain I rule, by my unwavering will, I command the immobilization of those who dare to resist!"
"Impaling Coastal Rocks!"
In response to Monsoon's command, tens of rocky protrusions shot forth from the surroundings, crashing into Luke's body and locking his limbs in place, squeezing him with the unyielding force of the stone.
Turning to the little creature perched on his shoulder, Monsoon asked,
"Little thing, do you have any idea how to bring him back?"
“Maybe? I will need to get close to him, and he has to be kept immobile. Maybe if I-“
RAAAAAAAAAGH!!
In a blazing display, Luke's body ignited, unleashing crackling plasma that consumed the stone pillars, reducing them to mere ash. The force of the unexpected blast propelled Monsoon and The Little Fella backward, their vision clouded by a swirling veil of smoke and debris.

Within the tempest of plasma, a clean, precise cut materialized, unveiling a dark silhouette as it swung overhead in a devastating cleave. The blade crackled with intertwined plasma and Void energy, obliterating the barrier with a bone-jarring impact that caught the caster off guard.
Reacting instinctively, Monsoon thrust his Claw outward, its granite appendage closing around Luke's shoulders, seeking to restrain him. Simultaneously, a torrent of murky water surged forth from Monsoon's claw, colliding with Luke's form like an unrelenting deluge from a fractured hydrant.
As Monsoon witnessed Luke's body being propelled backward, he felt his shoulder armor succumb to the relentless assault, the transforming blade leaving behind a sizzling, searing gash on his human arm.
With unwavering determination, Monsoon amplified the force of the water jet, summoning a tidal wave of immense power that crashed Luke into the unforgiving wall. The unrelenting pressure held him in place, steam billowing forth as the fiery heart and heated veins vaporized the water on impact.
Unleashing the full might of both Claws, Monsoon doubled the output of the stream. Now, the magical water surged forth, laced with a paralytic blend of poison and gravel, relentlessly bombarding the struggling psychopath, exacerbating his torment and ensuring his confinement.
“Now, Little One! Go grab him!” He yelled over the shoulder.
“Are you fucking retarded?” was the answer he received.
“Your magic is too volatile, it will sweep me away before I get close. You have to lock him and let me reach him ALIVE!”
"FUCK! FINE!" Monsoon roared in frustration. Ascending to his full height on his hind legs, his colossal form dominated the space. Gathering every ounce of his remaining energy, he focused it into a singular point of raw power. With an earth-shattering impact, he unleashed the full force of his strike upon the ground, unleashing a shockwave that rippled through the corridor. The walls, ceiling, and floor responded to this surge of magical energy, shimmering with a dazzling luminescence, an undeniable testament to the immense power at play.
“HEAVY PRESS!”
In an instant, the surrounding rock obediently obeyed Monsoon's command, converging upon Luke with relentless force. The earth compressed and contorted around Luke's body, encasing him within a twisted prison of stone. He was now confined, his movements restricted by the unyielding grip of the rock.
“CAN YOU NOW GO?” He yelled frustrated.
“I’m not a fucking ghost! I can phase through matter but I need empty space to rematerialize!” he heard a desperate response.
“FUCK!”
“FUCK!”
“RRRAAAAAAAAAAAAAAGGGGGHH!”
Luke forcefully emerged from the twisted prison of stone, his body propelled forward by the whip sword embedded in the ground. Monsoon and The Little Fella closed in, their anticipation was palpable. Luke, powered by madness, unleashed a cataclysmic force, spinning through the air with astonishing speed and unleashing a devastating kick fueled by a raging storm of force.
Undeterred by the relentless assault, Monsoon tapped into the raw power of metals and stones, channeling the very essence of weight, sturdiness, and unyielding hardness. Each strike he unleashed was an embodiment of sheer might, a barrage that hammered Luke without mercy. The sword relentlessly chipped away at Monsoon's magical and biological armor, inflicting excruciating waves of pain. Yet, Monsoon pressed on, his blows raining down upon Luke like an unrelenting sledgehammer.
Finally, in a lucky moment, Monsoon seized hold of Luke, forcibly splaying his limbs like a twisted starfish. As Luke's skin scorched and disintegrated Monsoon's own claws upon contact, Monsoon's grip remained unyielding, his resolve unwavering.
“NOW!” He yelled.
The Little Fella propelled himself forward, his tiny form colliding with Luke's chest. The barrier of pure, primal power surrounding Luke's heart seared the Little Fella upon contact. Despite the excruciating pain, he persevered, pushing through the torment.
“AAAAAAHHAAAHAHAA!!!!!!” It yelled as the shadows of its body wisped away. It was all suffering, but he pushed through.
Summoning every ounce of his remaining strength, the Little Fella's ethereal arm reached out, straining to touch the crack in Luke's heart. It was in that delicate space, where the corruption of the Void had taken hold, that their fates converged. As the world dissolved into an abyss of darkness, they met on the precipice of oblivion, entwined in a cataclysmic struggle for survival.
