The door that stands in front of 'Father' Garvin is swung open as it extends to the left, and I see after the exit some men clad in dark blue armor, from their feet to their heads. No questions need to be asked that they are here to keep watch of people of high importance (me?).
I get to see their boots, hips, chests, and back have some holes in them, like places for jetting around the terrains like a jetting speed demon with guns ʼ².
Even with my infant's eyes, the textures of the plates beneath their armor are lit by some faint blue lights, proof that they are not your usual infantry, possibly that of a spec-ops selected by their country to escort us through the sky.
*Chatter*
Inside the wooden coat walls of the hallway, is one standing by with an assault rifle(?) with his/her visor turning at us as he lightly shoves the other one's shoulder; and the other exposing his near-bald buzz-cut head for a light smoke, which is a little unsafe in my opinion what with his dangling facial hair getting quite close to the smoke. `Is the emptiness because of them, or this is an elite hospital? Nah, maybe it's just late in the night.
Baldy(?): "Hmm?". He chuffs the smoke to the nearest bin and is looking pretty cautious of us, then puts his left hand near his neck as he reveals a mask which is a part of the suit. "A Stray…". He puts it on, and that's it, wouldn't it be?… is what most would've thought of by now.

But to my surprise, that 'mask' is the starting point for the other parts of his shoulders and back as they enclose his head, and turn into a helmet with his clad-black visor looking at me. `Woah… is that the next-gen mandible helmet? ʼ³ `

'Father', holds out a hand to him.
Garvin: "No need to be so agitated, Barnie-"
Baldy(?): "It's Bernard, Garv. I hate that call-sign since, like … ever". They start to approach us, with me feeling his glare even behind the visor.
My head gets to be comforted by Father petting me.
Garvin: "Yip-yap all you want, just mind that a Steward is standing right in front of you. You do this even when I'm about to wed your cousin Alvina, Barnie". Rather than easing the tension, he cranks it up with some joke about this other wife he had married as he looks at the one behind the supposedly bald one. "Speak for me, Clark. Don't just stand there, say something"
Clark: "Sir, with all respect, I ain't planning for another 'private lesson' back on the field from saying bad words, Sir". He sounds like a hickey just about to be an adult, maybe in his early 20s.
Baldy(?) > Bernard: "Huh. Chuck that day away from me, will you? Now, what're you doing out here, aren't you supposed to comfort Fiona?"
Garvin: "Planned to, but the dull sight's killing me and I'm looking for a wheelchair for her to walk us around with for a change of view"
Bernard: "Uhuh. Look, I'll call for service, just head back and keep the-… your 'child' away from here". He shows his back to us and leads the way to turn to the right of us two.
`Ru~de, what's his hatred of babies? Or maybe it's just for me`
Garvin: "Don't mind him, just a grumpy one lucky to be promoted. Let's get back to your mother". And just with that, we're heading back to the room I was born.
'... What's a Steward, anyway?'

ʼ² refers to EA's Titanfall(1 and 2) and Apex Legends apex mercenary, that is Pilot(s), can jet around almost above 100 Kmph (Kilometer per hour) if their momentum is kept for some time after strutting around the maps in the games.
(#) Loggers Note 1: Should've played some more before then.
ʼ³ refers to self-closing helmet, the likes of Iron Man and Dead Space RIG that functions as a part of the suit of the wearer, and is very advanced to the point where they are quite seamless in their transition from parts to the helmet.
