CHAPTER 10: TRAINING (1)
*Chatter*
The cafeteria was filled with sounds of the test subjects chattering as they who sat down on floating chairs eating.
"Hey, Blu, pass me the tab".
Noire said as he glances at the sight of Blu who was lost in thought.
*Jolt*
Instantly he responded.
"Ok".
As passes over a small holographic tab.
"Leo you want some".
Blu said as he glances at Leo who was also lost in thought.
"Nah am full".
He responded, knowing fully well he hadn't touched him food for over the past few minutes.
"That rare you always ask for more, but now it like your not feeling too well".
Noire said as he noticed Leo wasn't looking too good.
"Hmm... Am fine".
Noire then stared at Leo for a few seconds before saying.
"OK, That means more for me".
Its been a day after we snuck into the hidden room as I can see it seems what we saw that day is still lingering in Leo's mind.
Of course I knew a bit about what was going on but I never expected it to be on a scale of preserving dead bodies.
Hah... It seems like I would have to tell them about the facility very soon or else they might end up in one of those glass containers.
Blu then glances at the door recalling what happened as he walked into the cafeteria.
***
But its awfully silent today. Normal, we'd see a lot of men in white on guard before entering here but there was none.
Hmm... It can't be... Did they found out about us escaping our rooms? But, I made sure to hide any evidence, there's no way they could hav...
***
*Bam*
Instantly, the sound of the doors opening forcefully filled the cafeteria.
Then came man in a military wear, making his entrance in an elegant way, as he addressed us with a blatant voice.
[Listen up all. From today forward, I would be in charge of training you guys].
*Silent*
We were all dumbfounded by the sudden entry he made.

*Sigh*
He then pulled out a white gun, and shot upwards,
*Bam*
On hearing this everyone's attention shifted to him.
"Your schedule for this day forward will be revised...
You are all to appear here early in the morning, before the sunrise. Any questions",
Suprised by what he said they were all confused. Then Blu raised his hand saying,
"Sir, what are going to do if our schedules would be changed",
On hearing Blu's words, he grinned with a threatening smile, as he said,
"Now...".
— That day I had never had any training like that in my past life,
*Pant*
We were all ordered to run laps round the whole facility, in freezing snow, which was more than a ten kilometers long runway.
*Vroom*
"Hey, I don't know what you twerps are doing, but it sure doesn't look like running".
he shouted, as he rode along a white military-type vehicle while observing us.
*Fwoosh*
With a deadly aura emanating from the vehicle behind us, we knew stopping was not an option.
*Pant*
I was utter driven out of frustration of the man's words, I was reminded of my P.E teacher from high school.
***
*Whistle*
"Hey, insects, if you don't keep those flabby legs running, you're going to have 50 extra push-ups when we reach back".
*Whistle*
"Ehh...".
***
I then whispered to myself.
'I surely hate this guy'.
But after a minute of long run, I couldn't feel exhausted like before. I then pondered.
'Maybe it's because we aren't humans'. To begin with, after I checked out some details from the files I saw back at the office, and the diary from number 90.
I noticed we were made to resemble human physical but not totally alike.
They also mentioned something about having a psyche. If I remember correctly psyche are like superpowers.
So that would mean this is some kind of super humaniod project.
*Vroom*
*Jolt*
Instantly I felt a weird sensation coming from behind. As I looked back I noticed I was way behind others in running, and military vehicle was right behind.
"ehh... Seems like I was pondering for a long while".
I said as I rushed forth, picking up the pace.
—————————————————————————
After an extensive run,
*Thump*
Blu fell on the snow, due to exhaustion.
*Pant*
I thought we were supposed to be built sturdier than humans but I did kno
"Hah... Hah... I felt my heart was going to break out of my chest",
"Haaaa.... I thought I was going to die".
Leo said as his back was against the snow.
"Am I dead yet".
"Your not dead yet, Noire".
Lisa said, as she was sweating buckets while looking at Noire.
"Wait, where's Drok?",
Alice asked, looking worried over his sudden disappearance.
"Drok? He was here just a second ago,
"Found him!",
Mary said pointing at the Drok who was hidden in the snow.
"Uug%gy&sg$ju@"
He said with is face on the snow.
"Ha ha ha...".
We all laughed.
"Did anyone bring water along?"
Noire said.
*No*
"As expected, of everone".
"Why don't you drink the water from the snow?" Lisa said hysterically.
"Do you want me to die?"
"No but it would be easier if you did".
"That's mean".
"Hey do you know that your all exhausting your energy talking".
Eli said, as he looked at everyone.
*Silent*
"What?!"
They went silent for a while. After a brief pause.
I could only smiled as I was reminded.
***
This is what a family is.
***
After those brief moments ended, the vehicle that had chased them stop, as the man came down the vehicle, saying,
"Good job twerps. It seems like you got it in you after all",
Fustrated by his words, I decided.
'If I had a gun, I would have definitely killed this guy by now'.
Smiling gracefully, the man said,
"Ok now, you all are going to run round untill noon",
*Ehhh...*
That was how our days of peace turned into nightmares of training.
————————————————————————
At noon, hours later after the first day of training.
Walking down the hallway was [Dust Maestro] as he just came back from training the test subjects.
"Huh".
He glances forth and notices the Commander strolling through the hallway also.
"Greetings Commander".
He said as he raised his left hand above his head in sign of respect for the Commander.
"Greetings".
The Commander responded after he noticed his sign for respect.
"How is the training of the test subjects going?"
"Very well, sir".
"OK, how long would it take to find a valid result?"
"I estimate between a few months".
"OK, I expect a good result".
*Grins*
The Commander then grins slightly as he leaves.
"OK sir".
As the Commander leaves the scene, Dust then pondered.
'I don't know what's going on with the Commander suddenly wanting to train them but as long as I get some guinea pigs for training I don't care'.
