Whole week. I have spend a whole week killing goblins. I didn’t even help in the shop. This old lady said, that our help isn’t needed that much, and if we want to “try out my new skills” then we should do that.

Of course, I protested! I said, that I want a normal work, but you can’t talk with people in this world. They pretend that they don’t hear you, and they just use you! Everyone wants to use you!

“M-Mikori, let’s stop!” I shouted. I just lured next camp of goblins into our hole, and I was really exhausted.

“Stop?! Stop?! Ryan, are you kidding me?! We killed maybe one hundred of them, since we started! I will kill every goblin in this forest!” she shouted, and laughed weirdly.

You remind me of someone really bad Mikori. Someone really, really bad.

“But Mikori, I can’t do this for the rest of my life! I have dreams, and hopes for the future! I am different than you!” I said those things, but she wouldn’t listen to me.

“Lure more of them Ryan! Lure them here! We are going to be rich!”

What is she even talking about?! We would get more money while working in the shop!

“Mikori, I’m hungry! Mikori I’m thirsty! Mikori, I’m tir…” I didn’t end my sentence, because she looked at me with angry eyes.

Why am I even doing this?! I want to rest! I want to drink some cola! I want to eat some cheetos! I want to sit behind my PC…

I thought about those stupid things, and I started running. I’m fast, really fast. Because of that I jump higher, and there aren’t many humans that can catch me…

I was running through the forest, thinking about those things.

I tried to find some goblins, and then I would lure them to the hole. It was a little weird to me, that I didn’t get even one level up, after killing so many of them. Maybe I need much more experience?

Anyway, the forest was empty. I mean, we were killing goblins in it for a whole week, but I thought that I will find at least one more camp with the goblins in it.

It’s not like I’m sad because of it, on the contrary, I’m happy. Even if running from them with my new skill was really easy, I still didn’t like it at all. Their screams as they were running behind me made me shiver, and their faces are really ugly.

Yeah… Nothing good comes from fighting.

I looked around.

I couldn’t find anything. Not one goblin could be seen. It was weird. I don’t think we slaughtered their whole population, or maybe we did? Maybe Mikori really is a dictator, and I’m her right hand?

But she is just a little girl.

“Oh, welcome human. It seems that you were looking for my little brothers.” I heard a voice behind me. It was a beautiful voice of a man.

“What?! What… What is that?! What!! No! Oh, no!” I shouted, as I looked at the thing that was standing behind me.

His posture, face, skin, and eyes were the same as those of a goblin. Yeah, they were the same, but his height was different. He was as tall as me, and I could see his disgusting face clearly. He was standing there with a big club in his hand, and leather armor.

“You see, it seems that a lot of my kind was murdered in this forest.” he said with his weirdly attractive voice “And I want to avenge them. Do you know anything about the person, that killed them?”

“Mikori! Please! I don’t want to die!”

Where is this stupid mage, when I need her?! She is not even a mage! What have I been doing!? Why I’m even helping her?! I knew that something like was going to happen sooner or later! Oh my God! Oh my God! He’s disgusting! What he will do to my body?! No! No!

“You are pretty fast!” I heard his weirdly attractive voice once more.

I thought about those weird things, as I ran to Mikori. With my new speed, it didn’t take long, and then I jumped across the hole.

He’s not stupid! He’s not stupid! He knows that this is a hole for sure! He knows for sure!

“Wait! What is this!? Stop!” I heard a weirdly attractive voice behind me.

Did he fell into it? No! There is no reason to be happy! He’s big! He will get out of it, and then he will kill us! We need to run!

“Fast! Mikori!” I shouted, and started running, but the stupid girl was just standing there “What are you doing Mikori!? Do you want to die?! I won’t die with you! I won’t die with you!” I said, and looked behind me.

When I did, I understood why she wasn’t running.

This big goblin was trying to get out of the hole, but he couldn’t. His arms were too thin, and he looked at us with anger.

“What are you looking at? When I get out of here…”

“Kill him! Kill him fast! Do it now Mikori! Kill this little shit!” I shouted, and grabbed one of the spikes.

“Of course Ryan.” she just responded with a smile. She really is a psychopath!

“W-Wait, guys! I was joking! D-Don’t… N-No… Not here… A-Aaaa!!”

Die! Die! Die! Dissappear! Disgusting! Die!

How many hits are going to take? Are you that strong?! Die! You know how scared I was?! I hate you! I hate you!

“Hit him harder Mikori! Hit him harder!”

Die! Die!

“Please… stop! I… I…”

You think I care?! You stupid, large goblin with a weirdly attractive voice! All large goblins with weirdly attractive voices should just die!

“Wait here Ryan! I will go for another spike!”

“Good idea Mikori! Take one for me also!”

Stupid, green shit! I thought that I was going to die! You know how scared I was?! I’m just a sensitive boy! I’m vulnerable!

“Hit him in the eye! Hit him in the eye!” I shouted, and the goblin looked at us in terror.

It took us ten minutes to kill him. Ten really enjoyable minutes. Oh no, I’m not a psychopath like this girl. I don’t enjoy killing. Yeah, this was just a revenge!

Unfortunately, the one dealing the last hit was Mikori. When she killed him, he looked at me with a big smile.

“I leveled up! I leveled up! I did it! I did it Ryan!” she was shouting, but there was something far more interesting.

Yeah, there was something far more interesting in this hole now.

A white crystal, that was twenty times bigger than those of the small goblins...
