Takagi, a normal high school male went to sleep bored of his mundane and daily activities to an abnormal level. This allowed Takagi to be part into something he would come to call a later random selection which had no explanation or attachments to those selected in any possible way. However Takagi sought comfort that he might have been pre-selected due to his boredom alone, and found it an exciting challenge to undertake and start afresh from a hellish one, to an adventuring one, even if he were to be killed in the line of slaying unknown monsters or completing quests he yet had to receive.
