Brian sat down and tried to process everything. It all seemed so unbelievable but the world can be pretty unbelievable at times, especially lately. When the semi-transparent dodecahedron had appeared before his eyes with the image of Albert Einstien talking about the world being upgraded, he didn't know what to think. However, Brian was not the sort to allow confusion and panic from preventing distraction. So when while glancing around his room he noticed a small blue creature standing on his bed amidst a rotating ring of bubbles, well how was Brian supposed to know that the bubbles were literally worlds. He still wasn't fully convinced of the fact. Sure the end of the speech and the messages from the system made a compelling case for him having somehow destroyed literal worlds, but on the other hand, those bubbles he had popped had really seemed like ordinary soap bubbles, the kind that society trains children to seek after and destroy at birthday parties and summer picnics. However, if he was going to accept, tentatively, that the world was being upgraded, whatever that means, then he would also have to accept, tentatively, that he just might possibly maybe have destroyed seven worlds. Brian sighed and muttered "status." He might as well investigate what this new system was all about.
System message: Hey there. it looks like you are trying to access your status screen. Don't worry you did everything properly, however it seems like somebody forgot to mark the 'Enable Status Screens' box when connecting your world to the system. This is unfortunate and a violation of regulation 8944721134598761245 that clearly states that any entities connecting a new world to the system must mark the 'Enable Status Screens' box. If you wish to view your status screen, you must travel to another system world and say status. If you do so then your status screen will appear. Awesome right?
"No, not awesome," Brian grumbled, mostly to himself. However, apparently the system was listening.
System message: Hey there. Don't be so down. Sure, knowledge is power, so yeah the lack of access to system status screens could be greatly detrimental to the chances of anyone of your world surviving. Also without access to system status screens, it is rather difficult to know how to properly spend one's unassigned stat points, let alone even know when you have some to spend, or what the categories are that you can spend them on.
"And why exactly shouldn't I be so down," Brian asked, this time actually directed at the system "while I'll admit that I haven't fully processed or fully understood the situation yet, everything you just stated sounds absolutely horrible."

System message: While it is true that your world's ban on system status screens is pretty inconvenient, two of your titles allow you access to bonus information on your status screen. Your title System's Pet allows you to see Hidden stats and your title Entitled allows you to see bonus information about your titles. While normally the recommended way to view this bonus information would be to just open up your status window by saying status, as you are on a world where that doesn't work, you will have to use different means. Luckily for you, unlike normal information on your status window, you can also access bonus information through system messages. To see a list of your hidden stats say 'stats', and to see a list of extra information about your titles just say 'titles'. It is really pretty easy. You should try it.
"Stats."
System message:
Luck - 5
Magic - 1
Protected - 2
"So do I have any unassigned stat points?"
...
"You know what, whatever, just all evenly between luck magic and protected and put any leftover into luck."
System message: You have successfully allocated 15 unassigned stat points.
"Stats."
System message:
Luck - 10
Magic - 6
Protected - 7
"Titles."
System message:
Destroyer of Worlds - Benefit #3 (secret): +5 strength per level over 10
Reason For Regulation 7865544329 - Benefit #2 (secret): Increased pay and benefits if you ever manage to become a system employee.
Accidental Calamity - Benefit #4 (secret): Increased damage dealt whenever you unintentionally inflict damage.
First Titled - Benefit #2 (secret): +1 Charisma every 9 levels
System's Pet - Benefit #11 (secret): +15 to luck whenever you open a small treasure chest in a medium-sized dungeon.
Tittle Hog - Benefit #2 (secret): Slightly lowered requirements for eaning certain unique or limited titles.
Entitled - Benefit #3 (secret): +1 random stat per level.
"So is there any way for me to see what all the nonsecret benefits of my titles are?"
System message: To see all the nonsecret benefits of your titles just say status and your status screen will appear. Awesome right?
"Status."
