Re: Lion King of The Apocalypse Prologue & Chapter 5
Prologue
Long, long ago in ancient times when monsters and beasts roamed the land there existed four ancient legendary beasts who protected humankind.
They were called guardians of the world and humanity maintaining order.
They were powerful enough to be called kings of other creatures but were more powerful when together as they could combine into a single legendary beast with four minds wielding their respective powers.
The Four Ancient Beasts
Guardian of North The Galapagos Mountain Sage Tortoise
Guardian of East The Yellow Emperor Gold Dragon
Guardian of West The War Beast White Tiger
Guardian of South The Illuminating Five-Colored Vermilion Bird
Ruler of Ancient Beasts and Protector of Humankind Kyrin (Combined Form of the Ancient Beasts)
The world was in a state of peace even though humanity was at the bottom of the food chain.
However, that did not last long as the law of nature dictates the strong preying on the weak and the world being a jungle of might.
And this was shown when a challenger appeared rivaling the Kyrin, it was a monster that evolved to the pinnacle.
A Behemoth Titan that ruled over titanous monsters demanding the flesh and blood of the weak.
The world was in shambles and humankind was driven into the corner making them repeat the same mistake their ancestors once made.
Humanity opened a gate once again inviting an entity with Force Energy rivaling the Behemoth Titan, a dragon from another world.
It was a creature of destruction a parasite that polluted whatever it came into contact with.
Ever since then, the world knew no peace but blood and betrayal and that’s what happened when this world’s heroes came.
Four heroes who fell into this world with no way back home were forced to carry the world's fate and correct humanity's plunder that caused the apocalypse but were met with betrayal…

Part 1
The Beginning After The End
1796, Castle Knight Burn. A bleeding young man strode through a dark corridor clenching his empty shoulder where his right arm used to be.
“Damn bastards they dare to betray their lord right after he passed on and passed the torch to me his heir!” The young cursed holding on to his wounded shoulder as it previously bled.
Right after the death of his father the Banner Lord of Castle Knight Burn appointed him Bard Knight Burn as the next lord betrayal took place for the title of lord.
The decision of his father brought rage and distraught to the previous lord’s elder brother who wanted the position of next lord.
He waited for 26 years to be the lord of Castle Knight Burn and due to that, he set out on a hunt for his brother’s son Bard.
Also fueled by the ongoing war of the Banner Lords he allied with other lords overthrowing the young lord.
Successfully escaping after having lost an arm in a battle of one to two thousand, he came to an old manor of their territory in search of a way out of his predicament.
Walking in the corridor as he clung to deer life he heard an impending danger.
SFX: Sword Sparks
It was the sound of a sword making sparks as it was dragged against the wall.
“Little Bard… You know you are too young and naive to understand this but all I’m trying to do is send you to where you’re dad is. Don’t you want to be reunited with your old man Bard?” His uncle called out to him in a creepy manner.
Hearing him say that young Bard clenched his teeth hurrying to his destination.
Following his blood trails the old man was happy as he started to speak in a somewhat nice way making him all the creepier.
He started to say that he couldn’t just accept the decision his little brother made.
Though this just made the young Bard more infuriated rushing even in his wounded state, he was going down a stair that led to an underground dungeon in the manor this time.
Almost arriving down at the dungeon level he heard the sounds of many men in armors rushing.
In a rage, young Bard let go of his wounded shoulder and ran for his life, and on his way, he saw a silver sword picking it up.
While running the last words of his late father rang to his ears: if he ever finds himself in trouble, and if it is critical, then he should go to the empty old manor in the south there is a dungeon. And waiting inside it is a darkness that would rid evil of this world and help you out of your predicament. A word of caution though never raise a sword or any weapon high for if you do then you will drown in an ocean of darkness never to see the light of day ever again.
Standing in front of the door at the entrance of the dungeon, young Bard opened the door and kept it open for any light to shine upon the dark and foggy room.
However, the room remained the same as the dark or the fog never decimated.
It was like he was inside a foggy ghost town in the middle of the night as his heart rate rose and his teeth started to chatter up against each other like he was inside cold water and being consumed by it.
He soon started to stagger walking sideways clueless to the changes that appeared around him.
Young Bard had no clue about the fact that once he made his entrance inside the perception of reality around him was no longer the same, he had been inside for longer than he could understand as the men chasing behind him had already caught up.
Knights in silver armor previously serving his father now against him bearing their swords led by his uncle who wishes for nothing but his death and rule over as the lord of Castle Knight Burn.
Some of the knights in silver held torches seeing finely inside the fogy dark room.
“Ha-ha-ha-ah look at this and this is the supposedly person who’s supposed to hold the title of Banner Lord. No, you can never have that title it is mine supposed to be mine… How dare you!!!!” The old man finally catching up with his knights screamed from his lungs his eyes bloodshed.
“I will end you and that damn pesky brother of mine’s blood for good just like I did him and his whore of a wife.” Raising his sword high to end young Bard’s life a wisp of something entered their eyes and ears.
And like that, the torches were cold dead no fire flickering in the foggy dark room everything returning to its old self.
Whoosh!!
A vast plain of grassy black land presented itself- and in this vast black land of grass was the young man Bard, his uncle Bob, and the knights.
“H-hey what happened? What sorcery is this? Did you do this Bard? Hey answer me are you the one who caused this? Get rid of this trickery this instant or I’ll have your head roll on the ground.” Then Uncle Bob started yelling saying a bunch of things inquiring Bard to say something though nothing came out of Bard as something was wrong with him.
Minutes later the perception of reality returned to Bard who stared hard in front of him as the fog and darkness decimated though in their place was this eery black shadow-like land.
The grass was black the sky was black and the world looked grey but like they were born in this place they could see everything fine for some unknown reason.
Looking ahead he saw a pitch-dark coffin rising from the ground, it stood about 8 or 9 feet with a width of 42 inches.
Seeing this, his heart jumped again asking himself in disbelief if this was supposed to be his salvation.
In a shaking manner, young Bard approached the coffin and wandered in the vast black grassy land with a dark sky and grey surroundings aimlessly.
He kept asking himself what was this supposed to be and if he should just surrender to his fate, but then suddenly hearing his uncle Bob’s shouts and approaching him he let go of any thoughts rushing to the coffin.
At this point, he just needed anything to grab onto for life as he just had about enough of it all.
“Hey, how dare you ignore me, my loyal knights cut him to pieces and bring me his head.” His uncle Bob ordered his knights in silver armor.
This gave young Bard more of a reason to hurry though as he was close to coming in contact with the coffin a sword was plunged into his back protruding out of his stomach.
Splash
Blood splattered to the black grass and coffin and not only that young Bard fell to his knees coughing up blood.
At this moment he was in his last leg as he started to see visions of his past in succession.
As the knight in silver armor stood his sword raised high ready to chop off the young man’s head all sounds disappeared suddenly.
The world lost sound and everything started turning black.
The black grass was gone in its place was an empty dark void-like space and everyone was out of their minds like they were already dead floating in space.
This was what happened and what they felt.
The coffin door slit to the side as a flood of black ink gushed out like a river.
Moments after that a frail figure with pale skin like that of a corpse appeared from the coffin his skin attached to his bones.
He was 7 feet tall with long dark hair and long nails with the appearance of a man in his early twenties.
Steps and steps no sound was made as the man strode out of his coffin standing next to young Bard.
His eyes like that of a dark abyss gazed at young Bard whose eyes were dim like a fire candle being extinguished.
“!!!”
The man’s gaze looked as if he could see through young Bard’s struggle, and with that, he was able to perceive the situation that had led to this moment.
A young man in dire need came to this place while being chased and accidentally waking him up from his long slumber, that was the thoughts that entered his head.
Turning his gaze to the knight who was frozen lifeless in front of him he stretched out his bony hand grabbing the sword out of his hands.
Slowly the man brought the sword close to his face- seeing for the first time how his face looked.
And like the phrase never look at the abyss or the abyss might look back at you and devour you whole- the deep dark abyss-like gaze he had frightened him making him drop the sword.
This fear of within has broken something inside bringing everything back to normal.
The void space collapsed and everything went back to being foggy and dark inside the dungeon room.
Stolen from its original source, this story is not meant to be on Amazon; report any sightings.
In response to the moment, everything crumbled the knights in silver and Bob fell to the ground like they were in status midair.
“Huh! W-What is this? Who are you?” Shocked and horrified the old man Bob franticly screamed, his hair which was a mix of brown and white turning all white.
Even his body was aging decades looking more friel than the being he was terrified of.
“Yes, who am I and what have I become?” Confused the man asked himself derailing from his own thoughts moments later.
“Weren’t you and those knights what raised their swords in my domain?”
Bending his back to look closer at the dying old man the man smirked as he picked up young Bard who was on the side walking out of the foggy dark dungeon room.
“Though you all died the moment my eyes opened… Weird how sometimes the dead don’t even know they died!” Saying that frail bony man left the place no longer in doubt or fear within him leaving behind men who died of old age turning to sand.
-Present Time Year 1834 of The Kyrin Calendar
In a manor on the outskirts of Castle Knight Burn, two men sat drinking and reminiscing about their pasts.
One of them was a man in his 50s with a scar on his chin and a long coat usually worn by royalty covering his right side.
The man had a grey beard, bright yellow eyes, and short hair making him look handsome.
This man in his 50s is the lord of Castle Knight Burn, Bard The One Armed Swordman.
The latter was a warrior who looked younger like he never ages, a young man in his twenties with pale vampire-like skin and long black hair with deep abyssal eyes that intimidates even a seasoned warrior.
As the two men drank talking about their past adventures and memorable times, the young-looking man suddenly looked at the manor wall where a banner stood proudly.
The banner on the wall was that of a knight holding a flaming sword while riding a horse.
“What’s the matter, Master!” To the sudden change, Bard called out to the young-looking man like a student calling out to his teacher.
“It’s nothing young Bard just a little recognition of the past.” As he looked at the banner the young-looking man returned to his drink putting a faint smile on his face.
“Oh, yeah of speaking of pasts I have yet to hear about the past you and my family share mind telling me about it Master?” Clueless about the faint smile Bard asked gulping a full cup.
“As I don’t have my full memory all I remember is a friend who was called the Fire Demon because of how violent she was, but was a kind-hearted dear friend who was there in my time of need.” With a sorrowful look, the young-looking man chuckled finishing his drink and standing up.
As he was standing up he also picked up his scythe weapon which was as dark as the night sky, his full height was 7'3.
“And well as time would have it, seems I must depart young Bard do well to take care of your family and be wary of your surroundings because the times are changing, and being strong alone wouldn’t suffice it.” With one last look, the young-looking man said before leaving with his scythe resting on his back.
But just as he was about to exit the room Bard stood up hurrying to him wanting to say what has always been on his mind and heart. “Master!” Calling out to the young-looking man who was about to exit he said, “Just because you are strong doesn’t mean you have to shoulder everything alone when the time comes and you need help even with the smallest thing tell me or us about it.”
“Ka-ha-hah-ha you sure have truly grown Sword Master of the Sword-Club I’ll make sure to call you when the time comes till then.” With a happy smile, the young-looking man strode out of the manor waving goodbye to his student and friend.
Leaving the manor the young-looking man rode on a pale grey horse with very long legs and a dark grey mane that covered his eyes with ears also sticking up out of the unruly mane.
On the back of the horse was an 8 to 9 feet coffin with a width of 42 inches and at its cover close to where the head of the coffin is there were two symbols divided by a line.
The former symbol was a forging hammer while the latter symbol was a scythe and below the two symbols was an Emerald Gem that had a shiny star at its center.
Riding on his trusty friend Pale the Rider looked into the horizon where the sun was rising from with complicated feelings.
My name is Moralz K. Cypher- the K standing for king, I don’t know how this name came about but some time ago in the past, I used this name to blend in with this world.
I… I’m not someone of this world and my real name is Sato Yoru a name that cannot be known to this world yet.
34 years ago in my awakening from the coffin behind me in the dungeon of Castle Knight Burn’s old manor, I awakened with memories from my past life- it seemed that way though until I uncovered the truth about that.
Truth being I with other three a girl and two boys arrived in this world many many years back as heroes.
Memories of back then are obscure, the only thing I remember is being on the verge of death with half of my body missing likely cleaved in battle.
As I was slowly bleeding to death a giant-looking man saved me putting me inside the coffin that is riding behind me.
After that I awoke not long ago 34 years back where young Bard was dying beside me about to be killed by his uncle there after saving him I recalled my memories on the other planet where my friends and I are from.
It was a world called Halfpain, don’t why the name but it most likely had to do with the fact that our world underwent an apocalyptic change that made half of the planet gone making it look like a crescent moon.
In that world, we were trained to be professional hunters to safeguard mankind and hunt the monsters that overpopulated our world.
I was born with a strange condition where I had two brains, one normal and another inside my brain making me capable of a thought process that was 11 times faster than ordinary people... I was also born with my heart on the right side making me abnormal amongst the others but because of the mutation in our world, it wasn't that abnormal just strange not to forget how my skin is pale like a corpse.
And one day while on a training mission, we got sucked into a dark vortex which brought us here but when we looked back there was no vortex to take us back.
I remember my full life there but not the rest where I walked on this world for I don’t how long, and things seem like some illogical dream.
But one thing for sure is that this dream I’m dreaming of is not ordinary but a nightmare with hope.
I say a nightmare with hope for the reason that I’m close to finding my obscured memories and that is because of my other pal who is in the coffin.
Yes, this coffin behind ain’t ordinary either because inside it is a treasure guiding me to my past.

Part 2
Sitting on a throne before King was a gorgeous red-haired lady and behind her was a rotating flame ring that shone brightly like that of the sun.
She wore a red dress made of flames, the flame dress covered little of her front and had a long slit at the side reaching up to her thigh.
Her body to put it into words was simply seductive strands, warm to the touch pearl.
A purely organic gemstone sculptured body her eyes red like flames made her 150% more seductive and beautiful as it was enchanting calling out men to fall to their knees.
Sitting there like a queen she was the Flame Empress a titanous monster from the unknown forbidden land, with fire that devours all like a hungry beast.
As a beast that evolved to the fifth stage of evolution, she managed to obtain a human form with the help of some people she made a bargain with.
Name: Emberly The Flame Empress
Species: Flame Amber Lioness Titan
Ability: Devouring Flames
Core Stage: V
Size: Height 103 Meter - Length 170 Meter
Threat Level: Extreme Red
Outstruck by her beauty King stared, but then was reminded of the fact that he was naked hurridly covering his privates.
Seeing King’s action the Flame Empress called out to her daughter telling her to bring something to cover himself with.
“And I take it it was you who called me here?” Asked King to divert the attention of himself.
“Yes! It was I the Flame Empress first daughter of the Spark but you can call me Emberly as it is a name given by you humans though I picked it from many suggested names.” Said the Flame Empress her tune opposite of what she seemed as it had little shyness to it.
“OK then I take it Emberly, in your message you said something that reminded me of my people was it from them, and if so where are they now?” King asked demandingly wanting to know something faster.
“I know not of where they are or their motive only of the fact that we struck a bargain and that I’m to pay it right now to you.” She replied sounding bothered about something.
“...” King was silent momentarily talking to the Orb of Avarice in his head.
‘Hey, system Orb what do you think of what she said?’
[My master I cannot make suggestions for you that would harm you or bring harm to you but she is likely speaking of the truth.] Lilian the system replied to King’s question.
“Alright, I wanna ask this of you when was this bargain you speak of made?”
As King is the kind who punches first and asks later he felt like this situation didn’t add up making him not be hasty wanting to know about the whereabouts of his companions.
“I cannot tell you of such thing but in earnestly speaking you are to benefit than to lose anything for I will be paying this bargain with my life.” The Empress said turning her gaze down.
“Then what is it?” Seeing her expression King asked for the bargain not wanting to speak with her anymore as his emotion that was a little sorrow was changing to something else.
Something deadly that when it happened he would lose himself with rage for days to come, and this was something he did not want to happen when he had no clue to where he was or where his companions were.
“The bargain I struck was that when you awaken I’m to give you my core heart and the thing inside of it to birth my dream and the dream of my ancestors… A king of untold strength and majesty to command all that is beast in nature.” With streaming passion, the Empress spoke standing up from her throne and walking close to him.
“You’re core heart?” King asked a little puzzled.
Standing in front of him she was the same height as him staring eye to eye with him.
From her approach, King squinted his eyes asking what she was doing but not caring about that at all she raised her hand towards her chest and with a stroke pierced her chest.
“Yes, my core heart… The core we beasts develop as we evolve to monsters with incredible powers.” Coughing a little blood as she pulled out a crimson orb the size of a marble she held it out to him saying, “Take it.”
Staring at what he could only call a mad person King took the core as the system in his head was sending a constant message of take it… take it… take it…
Holding the core which looked like a marble in his hand King whistled admiring its beauty and power.
King could feel just how much power the core in his hands held.
Inside it were two clashing powers heat and cold.
“Hah-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha, how is it to you’re liking I assume, and I know that even though you are a human inside you in dormant lays a beast of uncontrollable might.” With a face that was getting paler and paler the Flame Empress laughed joying in her circumstance.
Giving her a hard look King Swallowed the core…
As soon as the core went down his throat the system popped up.

[Congratulations my master you have unlocked 3/3 of the requirements to make your main form.]
“Huh!” Surprised King looked at the Flame Empress but before he could say anything the sound of his heart entered his ears becoming the last thing he heard before falling unconscious.
Moments later after King fell unconscious Kimara the Flame Empress’s daughter returned with a huge feather in her mouth.
“Mother!” Seeing her mother in such a state she rushed to her and as she was rushing to her side she saw King who fell unconscious while still standing his eyes blank. “Did he do this to you, mother!”
Infuriated with seeing her mother in such a state she thought King was behind it pouncing on him.

Part 3
Somewhere at sea near the Balruf continent, a ship pulled by two massive seahorses approached land.
On board this ship were Amazonians.
Amazonians: Female Warriors from a land exclusively for women
Standing on the bow of the ship was a petite girl in her early twenties with a ponytail holding a bow twice her size.
"Lady Ariel we are approaching land please put your weapon away otherwise people might misunderstand our intentions!" Running up to her and pleading with her to put away her bow was a scared lady missing an eye who wore the stranded attire of Amazonians.
She wore a chest plate that covered her chest only and wiest gear that protected her wiest and private area leaving everything and that explained all the scars on her body though she saw it as a warrior's pride and honor.
"Settle it down I'm not playing any tricks and besides they know as well to not misunderstand." Scoffing at her Ariel said jumping down from the bow as her bow weapon floated behind her.
Ariel a warrior and guardian of Amazon Islas the land of women.
She had the same attire as the other female warriors, the only thing being she looked ladylike and not a warrior with her skin being clean as jade with no battle scars.
Her eyes were blue and green like that of a cat with different eye colors, she also had a beautiful ponytail that had rings braided on it.
"Say I was thinking of touring the city after we arrive how about you do the tiring work for me sister Macc?" Suddenly changing her tune and pleading like a puppy she held to the one-eyed Amazon warrior who was called Macc.
"Tch!!" With a scoff, she turned away from her eyes not wanting to look at her for another second.
"Pretty please!" Ariel begged still holding onto her hand.
"Fine but you'll owe everyone here a favor later got it otherwise no deal." Said Macc still looking away from her eyes.
"Yes trusty me you'll never regret it!" Hearing her say it Ariel jumped around happily making Macc hold her face saying, like why did I promise her that...
Back to where King was...
Standing there blanked out King was unaware of the fact that a huge lioness was coming for his head.
But as if time slowed down to a snail's pace a figure clad in white robes materialized above King slowly taking form.
It was a large person in a hooded light-colored robe that hid the majority of her facial features besides her mouth.
The rest of her figure was clad in robes and ten planet-like orbs surrounded her and King who stood there unconscious.

The system Lilian in her true incorporeal form appeared taking action in her own hands erasing the danger her master was faced with and will be faced.
The moment Lilian in her true form appeared all lifeforms in the vicinity sensed her and heard her dialog understanding what she was intending to do.
One of the ten planet-like orbs surrounding her floated up with the visage of a roaring lion inside it releasing a massive of energy that swept through all the beasts and monsters nearby that were under the Flame Empress's rule and protection including the Empress and her daughter themselves.
Sitting on her throne as she was on the verge of death Emberly the Flame Empress held a warry smile for the future not caring about the death of her subjects or daughter as she finally saw a glimpse of what she dreamed of...
The whole world around them was going white erasing them as a whole to take their essence.

Lilian didn't even bother with counting how much EP she just acquired staring into King.
Inside a white space stood King where an orb identical to the one that caused the deaths of lifeforms in the vicinity appeared in front of him and inside it he could see the roaring lion which gave him a smile.
"Yes!!"
"This is the one!"
With his smile growing bigger he said yes to the lion in front of him.
This was him choosing what beast he was gonna walk as...
