The realm of Light and Darkness, is a place we're people don't live like us...anymore. Thousands of years ago in this realm people lived in large villages and lived a happy life, back then it was just called the realm of Light. The legend goes that a young man named Clyde Spencer accidentally discovered a clearing in the woods, with a house in the middle with glowing white cracks in the earth around it. When he went inside, it felt strange to him, like he was not alone. The house also looked like it did not belong in his time period. The living room was empty, with hard wood flooring, and blue paint on the walls. All the rooms inside were also empty, but one. In the room was a single bed, a desk with a lamp, and an open closet. He noticed a small chest on the bed. When he opened it, there was a jewel, fiery red, and round. When he touched the jewel, his eyes flashed red for a second with out him noticing, the door slammed shut, and the room turned instantly cold. Soon after, glowing white cracks shot out of the closet door and went all over the room, and he saw a glowing man in the closet. "Darkness is returning, Shadows will rule. Resist the darkness, follow the light." After the man vanished and the cracks went away, the whole room started to shake and a loud screech sounded from outside the house. When Clyde left, a strange looking large dark bird flew above him, and dove down into the trees. He felt more at peace than usual. The peacefulness soon ended with another screech off in the distance, this time it was louder. Clyde pulled his knife from out of his pocket, and stood his ground waiting for whatever creature that was making that sound to get closer. A large dark shadow ran past him quickly climbing a tree, and vanished. Clyde did not move, and kept standing where he was. His concentration broke by a branch snapping from behind him, and a voice. "Clyde, is that really you?" Clyde turned to see his friend Jake, holding his arm which was stained in blood. Clyde ran to Jake concerned "What happened to you?" he asked, looking at his arm. "I was attacked, I don't know what by but it is not like anything I have ever seen before." Jake answered. The screech sounded again from above them. Jake pointed up "That thing...that thing attacked me." he said, and than turned and ran. The creature jumped off the tree and started to chase him. Jake ran faster than he had ever before, with adrenaline flowing threw his veins. But he was not fast enough, not even close. The creature picked up a large rock and threw it at him, smashing into his back. Clyde took his chance and ran the other way while it was distracted. He got out of the woods, but what used to be his village was destroyed. He ran to what was left of his home to look for his family. He searched all over but could not find anyone. He looked out of the window in the house to see the creature charging towards him. He had to think really quickly on what to do. Than just before it got to the door he remembered that in his room there was a trapped door under his bed leading back outside. He ran into his room and slammed the door shut just as the creature got threw the front door. Clyde sprinted to his bed as the creature forced the door open. It look straight at him screamed, and ran to him. Clyde did not get underneath the bed on time, and the creature grabbed him by the neck and threw him out the window. He tried to get back up But he had a shard of glass in his side. The creature jumped out the window and started to walk to him. "Stop! Go away!" Clyde yelled, pushing him self back with one hand, and the other where the glass was in him. The creatures claws started to grow as it got closer. Clyde forced himself up and started to run, but the creature lunged it's self at him and grabbed him by the throat. He struggled to breath with its hand around his neck. He soon gave up and excepted his fate. Just before he lost consciousness, his eyes changed from green to bright red, and his skin started to burn the creatures hand. Clydes body started to burn and turn into fire. The creature jabbed it's claws into his chest, but it did not seem to hurt him. He put his hands onto the creatures chest and started to burn it. The creature stabbed him again with it's other hand. Clyde slowly started to push his hands into the creature and and grabbed it's heart and tore it out, and burned it. The creature stumbled back letting go of Clyde and fell dead. Clydes eyes turned back to a light shade of green, and the fire went out. Clyde fell onto his knees and placed his hands on his chest wear the creature stabbed him. He could not stop the bleeding, and He realized he was at his end, but when his heart stopped he started to turn to stone. He looked up into the clouds and started to cry. He soon became fully stone. But one day, thousands of years later, he is reborn.
