Chapter 2: Preparation

Alfred is making preparation for his departure this evening. Suddenly he heard two voices from outside. A girl with twin tails and a muscular man with a beard stood outside the mansion.

"Hello there commander!" greeted the girl. They are the two members of aegis. "We have brought you the relics" said the man. The man is called Victor and the girl is called Velka.

"Come inside do you want drink or eat something?" said Alfred. He peeked outside and saw  about hundred guards surrounding a  big black box. "Im actually hungry, do have beer inside too?" said the man. "You drunkard, stop thinking about beer already. Didn't someone saw you this morning leaving Lavti?  Latvi is one the most popular pub in the capital. 

Oh come on Velka, I didn't badmouth when you change your boyfriend each week.

They are not my boyfriends! You brainless monkey.

 Just shut up already! At least I don't hide my appearance in full make up and pretending to be innocent girl all the time when in reality you are a huge slut.

Slap Slap! Sounds of slapping could be heard. Velka slapped his cheeks twice. Insults are now thrown by both parties.

 "I should stop them..." thought Alfred. Stop it you two! You act like little kids in front of hundred guards. Aren't you two ashamed? Both of their faces are flushing red when they heard Alfred.

They are both silent now.

Alfred interrupts the silence and said to the guards "Aren't you all hungry? Let's eat outside in the garden."  "Audrey!" shouted Alfred. Tell the chefs to prepare food for hundred people. The maid respond "We don't have enough tables."   I will bring the tables. Alfred jumps in the sky and dissappear.

A moment later he brought two extremly long tables and 50 large barrels beer. Two tables on his left hand and the other hand the 50 barrels.  The two tables are about 30 meters each long. One barrel contains about 200 big glasses beer.

Let's test the sword. He break the blackbox with his fist. There is an armor and sword inside.

He takes the sword and is going to test the sword in an empty sword. He got an idea. 

One month ago, a gigantic meteor crashed in the outskirts of the city. The meteor is extremely hard. He run towards the outskirts. Velka and Victor followed him. 

"This rock looks gigantic" said Victor. I am going this thing into cut in little pieces. We can probably sell them for a good price since the material is extremely hard. He takes the sword and cuts the meteorite.

Several cuts later 

The meteorite crumbles into little pieces. "What is this?" Alfred inspect the shining light around the pieces. "One of those pieces is shining." He picks up the shining piece and said "You two want this stone?" 

"No thanks" both answered simultaneously. He looks at the piece several times before he hides it in his pocket.

"As expected from the commander, it's an easy job for you to cut the meteor." said Velka.

I don't think it's easy even if I use full power on a normal sword. This bloodmoon sword is really amazing. 

"It's one of the legendary relics after all" said Victor. 

"There is something strange going on. This meteor doesn't belong to this world. Why is it here?"

"I should ask someone to investigate this stone after I get back from the mission."

"Come, let's go back home. I am hungry, the food should be ready now. Those three headed back to the mansion.

After the meal Alfred went to centre of the city with Fenrir and he gives a speech. He uses a skill called "god voice" so everyone in the entire capital can hear him. Everyone is looking at him. He is floating in the sky with his white dragon. He is wearing the astral armor right now. The shiny white armor matches the white dragon in terms appearance.

Everyone is hypnotized by this view. All the woman are charmed by this handesome young men. The men start to cheer and clap. The children start to sing....

"I want to thank all of you for the hard work. This mission is extremely dangerous and it's possible I don't come back alive. I can't protect you all since I am in the front line. But I promise you all, I will finish this mission even it will cost my life. The families of the soldiers that dies in this mission will a receive a huge compensation. If there isn't enough money, I will sell my own mansion and all my possessions." 

He cuts his hand with the bloodmoon sword and blood is dripping on his hand.

"I am not a god, I am a living human being. So don't worship me like I'm a divine being. Here is my proof."

A silent moment followed by a huge cheer. Everyone is cheering and some of them are chanting "Alfred". 

Alfred departed with Fenrir and they fly to Ferri.
