***In a Room of Pokemon Centre***

Waking up early was a habit from my past life still can't forget this one as they say "Old habits die hard'' or something like that.

Rn I am standing beside a window thinking how it all happened and here I am as the guy named Jaiden.

From what I have collected this guy was a typical introvert despite his looks. Surprisingly he still made a girl fall for him wondering if it's just coz of his looks.

Whatever I don't care I'll let the future throw what it has for me for now.

So I started to get ready for breakfast as I finished my shower. I wore the extra clothes I had in my bag. I did my hairstyle with a comb as there wasn't any pocket mirror in his storage bag.

I wasn't much surprised when I first looked at the bag coz It was just like those chinese comics I read where you get those storage ring or pouch to store things. Mine was a bag easy and convenient for me carry.

Well I left the room as it was already past time for my stay. Yeah you can stay in Pokemon centres as long as you want if you are a trainer. But still there is a fee for those who aren't and I still fall in the category of those as I am still unregistered.

As I was going for returning the keys of the room people were Staring at me. I thought did I do something wrong? But as soon as I saw the look on some girls I realised it is because of my looks. Girls were delighted by my charm. But guys on other hand were like cursing in their minds. I guess 'beauty' is truly a curse, now I can sympathize with those celebrities.

Well I was going to ignore it. But as I returned the keys even nurse was looking at me with that look and I was like🙄. So I quickly arranged my thoughts and I left the centre as not to let any mishaps to myself.

On the route to Sandgem town

Currently I am going towards the professor's lab for my first Pokemon as my original plan was to enjoy this life in freedom and do the adventures. I purchased a mask in the way so I don't get any trouble with my face.

It took me about 2 and a half hour to reach the town as I entered the town it was completely different from the games I played, it was quite big ofcourse not as big as jubilife city but still it is a town how can you compare it with a city. As I was talking in my mind I reached the lab.

The entrance of the was quite grand. It was a buliding completely different from others so it was quite easy to find. I thought the Pokemon centre would be near the lab just like in the game but it wasn't like that. We have to cross two Streets to reach there.

As I entered the lab I saw A old man with neat white hair wearing a white coat just like in Pokemon anime standing waiting for the trainers. I went towards him greeted him with a smile ofcourse you can't forget to pay respect towards elderly.

He greeted me back with a smile. I introduced myself. He told me that I was the first one to reach here and asked me to wait for others.

Well I didn't like waiting for others but still I remain patient. In the meantime to pass time I talked with him expressing my thoughts and he also shared his which were like Blah Pokemon blahh blahh this Pokemon blah bah! Pokemon blahh blahh.

My thoughts impressed the professor he said he wants to give me a gift after the pokemon selection and how can I refuse it. So I just agreed with him on that.

After some time they came, the two remaining trainers. It was a boy and a girl seeing them coming almost at the same time greeting the professor I thought they knew each other. And then it started the sibling war over who will get the first starter. And I got my answer they are siblings.

But it was already decided by the professor that the first comer will get the first starter which was ofcourse me. With that they saddened with a wrinkled look which was quite funny🤣. I didn't meant to laugh but seeing their faces man I couldn't hold myself back.

They looked at me like I am their nemesis or something but I didn't care I chose my first starter which was a tiny fire chimp Pokemon called 'Chimchar'.

The boy had the same thoughts choosing Chimchar but I already chose it so in order to be in a position of advantage he chose piplup. On which I thought it was quite foolish to choose your first partner just coz of rivalry and advantage.

The girl took turtwig but she was quite happy with it. Infact in her eyes I could see that she wanted to choose it as her partner.

The professor gave us our pokeballs and Pokedex. I was quite happy with my Pokemon. I was looking at Chimchar data and stats. I knew in real battles these don't matter much but still they had some effects on pokemons.

As I was storing my stuff The boy approached me saying," Hey you, I challenge You for a Pokemon battle!"

And there goes my first battle.
