The cloaked figures of a human and a dog with a pup pack silently sneaked down a metal corridor, hoping to avoid detection as long as possible.

Dog: "How much further? They will find us soon, and if that happens, all is lost." She whispered to the human.

Human: "I know, we don't have much further to go. We'll get there in a few minutes." He whispered back.

???: "Oh I wouldn't say that." A new voice said from behind them.

The pair turned around sharply and saw the outline of another human in the shadows. The man stepped out of the shadows, revealing a strong, regal face with a sharp nose, piercing blue eyes, a strong chin, and a rather fancy haircut(just imagine what haircut you think he should have, doesn't matter to me or the story). He was almost 7 feet in height, with a strong build with a broad chest and muscular arms and legs. He was dressed in an impressive looking set of armor that seemed to suck in the light around it, it was elegantly carved with spikes jutting out of the shoulders, elbows, and knees. The helmet had two spikes jutting out that were about 7 inches long, and the faceplate was a blood red face with wicked sharp looking teeth. The two knew that they couldn't defeat this man, for this armor was made out of the strongest metal in the known universe, an altered version of vibranium that combined it with tungsten, adamantium, and the heart of a dying neutron star (I didn't know what to name this, leave some suggestion in the comments please, also, I don't own the metals from the marvel universe, they all belong to the creators of the franchise). It could survive a direct hit from a photon laser, and protect the person wearing it as well. They also had no doubt that the whole suit had padded cushioning on the inside and probably an air conditioner for comfort, knowing the man wearing it.

Human: :Jasiri! Get to the ship, I'll hold him off." He told his companion.

Jasiri: "NO! I won't let you do that Kulinda!" She yelled stubbornly.

???: "Oh jasiri, brave as ever. Though there is a line between bravery and stupidity, which are you I wonder, how about we find out?" He said with an evil glee.

He pulled out a blaster, a sleek and black model about the size of an AK-47, and aimed it at her. He pulled the trigger, and Kulinda jumped in front of the laser that fired from the barrel. The laser hit him in the stomach, and he collapsed to the floor, groaning in pain.

Jasiri: "Kulinda!!" She cried out and rushed to his side, quickly firing a blaster of her own from a pack on her back(like the ones the paw patrol has) at the man, who shrugged it off.

SHe quickly dragged Kulinda down the hallway and around the corner. Kulinda clenched his teeth in pain, but forced himself to his feet. He pulled out his own weapon, a blaster looking weapon that instead of lasers, it shot waves of kinetic force. He turned to Jasiri, who wanted to help, but she knew what Kulinda was going to do, as much as she hated it.

Kulinda: "Go Jasiri, save yourself, protect the key. Don't let it fall into his hands, he could destroy everything if he gets it." He told her.

Jasiri: "No Kulinda! I won't let you-LOOK OUT!" She yells and tackles him, just in time as another shot from the man whizzed past where Kulinda's head had been a second before.

Kulinda quickly fired at the man, the kinetic force of the shot causing him to stumble backwards. He glared at them from behind his mask, and aimed again, just to get blasted again and knocked off balance, throwing off his next shot. Kulinda turned to Jasiri, who was surprised to see tears in his eyes.

Kulinda: "Go, I'll keep him distracted, you rget to safety, keep the key away from him, or nothing will be able to stop him. I know this is hard for you but this is for the greater good." He told her with a slightly saddened, but determined tone.

Jasiri hesitated, then another shot from the man whizzed past her head.

Kulinda: "GO!!" He yelled, returning fire with his blaster.

Jasiri turned and ran, feeling terrible for leaving him behind and running like a coward. She heard more shots being exchanged, but she ignored them and kept running, determined not to let Kulinda's sacrifice be in vain. She saw the end of the hallway and sprinted to it, and entered a hangar with all kinds of spaceships and several exits and entrances for said ships. There were small and sleek fighters, large and bulky transports, even a few huge warships with reflective armor and large guns and cannons. She sprinted to an empty spot nearby, it was a clear area about 80 feet wide in all directions. 

Jasiri: "*bark bark* Ship activate." She yelled.

Suddenly, a fairly large ship appeared, it was sleek, with several automatic laser turrets throughout it, covering any possible angle, along with two main cannons, one facing the back and the other the front. These were rail guns with enough power to destroy a medium sized warship. It also had reflective armor about a foot thick, enough to protect against all small arms fire and some heavy weaponry. It was basically a hybrid between a medium sized warship and a fighter. A ramp lowered, allowing her access to the ship, but before she could take a step forward, she was knocked to the ground. She quickly recovered and rolled to the side, just in time as a laser blast hit the spot where she had just been. She stood and faced her attacker, and mentally cursed when she saw who it was. It was a fully grown male dog that was half German Shepard, and half wolf, with pitch black fur and emerald green eyes. He also had a pup pack(I decided to call it that since a dog pack doesn't have the same ring to it of his own, which had a blaster arm sticking out of it, aiming directly at her. She got into a defensive position and waited for the next attack.

Jasiri: "Out of my way Mayaba!" She yelled at the hybrid, who just laughed at her.

Mayaba: "But Jasiri, I just got here! Don't you want to stay and have a chat?" He asked in a fake hurt tone.

Jasiri: "As a matter of fact, I don't, now move, or I'll make you move." She threatened, though she knew deep down that the only way out of this was to trick him and get to the ship.

Mayaba: "Bold talk Jasiri, but you and I both know you can't defeat me." He mocked.

Jasiri: "Maybe, maybe not, but I've outsmarted you before, and I will do it again!" She yelled and charged him.

Mayaba was surprised by this, usually she would try to flank and go for his blind spots, but this head on charge was so out of character for her that she was able to reach him before he could react. Then she did something else unexpected, she leaped into the air, and he instinctively aimed his blaster upward, expecting her to leap over him and get to the ship. Instead, she tackled him to the ground, then leapt off him and ran up the ramp of the ship.

Jasiri: "*bark bark* Ramp close!" She yelled, and the ramp closed quickly.

Mayaba: "NO!!!" He yelled with fury.

Jasiri quickly entered the cockpit, and activated the controls, and the thrusters turned down to move the ship off the ground. When the thrusters activated, the wind from it pushed Mayaba into a wall, and pinned him. He started to struggle through it, and began to move toward a nearby fighter. He reached it just as Jasiri took off, and entered the cockpit. She noticed this and aimed the turrets at it, and fired them all simultaneously. The fighter resisted the shots for a few second, then she released a missile at it. Mayaba, seeing the missile, hit the ejection button and the seat shot about 30 feet high. The missile hit the fighter and a large fireball erupted from it. Jasiri turned the ship and shot through one of the exits. She exited into space, and put the engines on full throttle, and she shot away from the large space station that she had been in. She breathed a sigh of relief, she had escaped. Then her thoughts turned to Kulinda, and she began to cry.

Jasiri: "Why Kulinda? Why did this have to happen to you of all people?" She sobbed quietly.

After a few minutes, she managed to regain her composure and starting working the controls, preparing the ship to make a hyper jump. She heard the unmistakable hum from the hyper drive as it began charging, but then she heard something else, a sound that seemed slightly familiar, yet she couldn't recognize it. She put the ship on auto pilot and went to investigate. The noise led her to the back of the ship, near the engines, and she put her ear to the door of the engine room, but couldn't hear anything. Suddenly, she heard a thud, and a siren began blaring.

Warning: hull breach detected in the engine room. The computer said.

Jasiri was surprised by this, then suddenly, the alarm turned off.

Hull breach sealed. The computer said.

Jasiri was now even more confused How did- Her thoughts were interrupted by the door slamming open, and she moved to avoid getting hit. Standing there in a full space suit was Mayaba, and he looked very angry. ( The spacesuit is black and more or less skin tight, not like the bulky ones we have.)

Intruder detected. The computer stated.

Jasiri (in head) Thanks, didn't know that. She thought sarcastically.

Myaba's helmet retracted back into the rest of his suit.

Mayaba: "You have been a thorn in my side for too long Jasiri, now you die." He said with evil glee.

Jasiri: "But how did you even get on the ship?" She asked.

Mayaba: "When the seat ejected out of the fighter, I jumped out and landed on the ship. I activated my gravity lock boots and space suit to hold on, then I used my vibranium saw to cut through the armor, then I used a sealant to close the hole." He explained.

Jasiri had to admit, Mayaba was resourceful and clever, and it was a miracle that she hadn't been killed or captured by him yet. She ran to the cockpit of the ship, because it had a door that would be able to resist anything Mayaba could throw at it, plus she needed to make the hyper jump before the drive overloaded, if it did, the results wouldn't be pretty. Mayaba gave chase, his space suit retracting into his pup pack.

Mayaba: "*bark bark* Lasers!" He shouted.

Two laser blasters came out of his pup pack, and began firing at her. She swerved from the left to the right and dodged a few blasts, but then one grazed her side, and the pain almost made her lose her balance. Another shot hit her right in her left hind leg, leaving a hole that went to the bone, which was also  burnt slightly. The skin around the wound was also badly burnt, and the fur was charred, but she ignored the pain and kept running. She made a sharp turn around a corner and avoided another laser, then she pulled out her own blasters, one was a kinetic one like Kulinda's and the other was a normal blaster, but more rapid fire(the others being used so far are all semi-automatic), though more inaccurate as well. She turned and blasted Mayaba with the kinetic one just as he turned the corner, knocking him to the ground, and aimed the laser blaster at him.

Mayaba: "*bark bark* Armor!" He yelled upon seeing the laser aiming at him.

In a split second, his armor formed around him(similar to how the Iron Man suit forms around Tony in Iron Man 2). It was made out of vibranium and titanium, not as strong as the man's armor, but still very tough. The mask was the last part to cover him, and it snapped into place just as a laser blast would have hit him in the face. The eyes began to glow red as the suit activated. He aimed his paw at her, which began to glow red(again, this is like the Iron Man suit, with thrusters in the hands, or paw in this case, and lasers that shoot out of the paws). Jasiri dodged the laser blast, which left a small hole in the side of the ship, not going all the way through, but still going one or two inches through the armor. She ran past him, and into the cockpit of the ship. She tried to close the door, but Mayaba was faster, and he tackled the door open, knocking Jasiri into the control panel, accidentally causing the system to lock onto a certain set of coordinates that had been saved into the system a long time ago by Kulinda. Neither of them noticed this however, and Mayaba  tackled her again, and they began to wrestle, Mayaba easily overpowering her, but she kept slipping out of his grasp and using her kinetic blaster to knock him away. Then he was knocked into the control panel, accidentally pressing the hyper jump button.

Hyper jump initiated. The computer stated.

They both froze and stared at each other in horror, as the ship hadn't been properly prepared for a hyper jump and neither of them were fastened in for it. Before anything else could happen, the ship made the jump. Everything went white, and then there was nothing. Jasiri woke up and found herself still in the cockpit of the ship, at first she was relieved, but then she looked around, and gasped. The entire cockpit was in tatters, the controls fried and sparking, the door ripped of it's hinges, and wires and metal scraps were everywhere. Then she saw Mayaba still in his suit and laying on the ground next to her. She quickly tried to move away from him, and looked out of the cockpit window. Outside was a beautiful planet that was largely blue but with several large landmasses, though they didn't seem to have a lot of green, with a few exceptions. Then she realized that the was moving toward it at high speeds, and close to entering the atmosphere. She knew the ship would never survive the entry so she began moving towards the escape pods, but stopped and looked at Mayaba. He had done some terrible things in the past, and had tried to kill her on countless occasions, but she couldn't leave him here to die. Sighing, she picked him up and carried him the escape pods, all he while struggling to keep her balance in the wreckage on the floor, especially with her injuries. The hyper jump had made all of her previous injuries even worse, and she felt like she had a broken paw, not to mention the unfiltered radiation from the hyper jump that was undoubtedly throughout the ship. She finally made it and put Mayaba into one, closed it and sent it off toward the planet. The escape pods could survive entry into a planet this size, or so she hoped. She was about to enter the other one, but then the ship shook violently with an explosion, and she was thrown into the wall. 

Hull breach detected. The computer said in a static filled voice.

Jasiri decided that it would be worthwhile to save the computer so she crawled to the far wall and pressed her paw to a screen on the wall, and the wall opened to reveal a spherical device, and she grabbed it and put it in her pup pack. Then she struggled to the escape pod and entered it just as another explosion rocked the ship. The door closed, and the pod ejected from the ship it's thrusters carrying it away from the doomed ship, her home. She and Kulinda had lived their for years, now she had to abandon it. She cried as she watched it enter the atmosphere, and it became engulfed in a fire ball and exited her view. Sighing, she took manual control of the pod, and steered it into the atmosphere of the planet. But upon entry, something hit her pod, it wasn't anything big, only a foot wide at most, but it hit one of the thrusters and caused the whole pod to go into an uncontrollable spin. She began to panic as she struggled to balance out the ship again, to no avail and things were getting worse as the planets atmosphere began to engulf the whole pod in a fire ball. As she rapidly descended, she tried to slow the descent, or she would be smashed on impact. As she made it past the clouds, she saw a large body of water with a rather big town on it, and a bridge crossing the water. nearby there was a pretty big mountain with what looked like a cabin on it. Finally, she saw a tower that was about 100-150 feet high, and several small structures surrounding it in a circle, and several small figures moving around it. She refocused on the pod, and decided to focus all thrusters to slowing the decent instead of correcting the spin. She made progress, and now she judged that when she hit the ground, it maybe wouldn't kill her instantly. 

Jasiri: *bar bark* Armor!" She yelled as the ground rushed up to meet her head on.

The pod crashed down with a large BOOM and a huge dust cloud shot up.
