Chapter-4

Just as Ellis was lost in his thoughts, the door to his room gently swung open. Emily entered, carrying a plate of delicious breakfast. The enticing aroma filled the air, instantly making Ellis's stomach rumble with hunger.

"Good morning, Young master Ellis," Emily greeted him with a warm smile. "I hope you had a restful sleep."

"Good morning, Big sis Emily," Ellis replied, his voice filled with gratitude. "Thank you for everything."

Emily approached the table and set the plate of breakfast before him. The spread consisted of a delightful assortment of morning treats, prepared with love and care. Ellis couldn't help but feel overwhelmed by Emily's kindness and the effort she had put into making him feel at home.

Emily's eyes shimmered with love and care as she took a seat across from Ellis. They shared a moment of silent understanding, their connection growing stronger with each passing day.

With breakfast before them, Ellis and Emily began to eat while engaging in small chats.

As Ellis and Emily enjoyed their breakfast together, Ellis couldn't help but feel a sense of comfort and warmth in Emily's presence. However, the thoughts of the system alert lingered in the back of Ellis's mind, calling him to explore the mysteries that awaited him.

Once they finished their meal, Ellis looked at Emily with a grateful smile. "Thank you, Big sis Emily, for the wonderful breakfast and your company. I appreciate everything you've done for me."

Emily returned the smile, her eyes reflecting a mixture of understanding and affection. "You're welcome, Young master Ellis. It's my pleasure to take care of you. Just remember, I am always here for you if you ever need anything or want to talk."

Ellis nodded appreciatively, his gaze turning to the translucent blue window that still floated before him. "Actually, Big sis Emily, I'd like to be alone for a little while. I need some time to process the things that happened over the last week's."

Emily's expression softened, and she nodded understandingly. "Of course, Young master Ellis. Take all the time you need. I'll be just a call away if you need me."

With a gentle pat on Ellis's shoulder, Emily quietly left the room, giving him the space he requested. She wasn't surprised when Ellis talked like a mature person as he was properly trained by his father on his personality.

Alone in the room, Ellis took a moment to collect his thoughts. He walked over to the window and gazed outside, the soft rays of sunlight casting a warm glow on his face. The system alert still lingered in his mind, urging him to explore the possibilities it presented.

With a renewed focus, Ellis turned his attention back to the translucent blue window that had captured his curiosity. The sunlight streaming through the window cast a gentle glow on the screen, illuminating the message before him.

-: System Alert :-

System Has Been Activated !!

Welcome, Host !

==============================

Ellis stared at the screen, his heart pounding with a combination of excitement and uncertainty. {The system}, that he had wished to had so many times in his past life while reading those novels have just landed Infront of his face.

As Ellis reached out to engage with the system, he found himself met with silence. The expected response didn't come, leaving him puzzled and unsure of how to proceed. His brows furrowed in confusion as he stared at the unresponsive screen, hoping for some sort of clarification.

Just as he was about to give up on receiving a response, the screen flickered, and a new message appeared before him, catching his attention.

-: New Message :-

Visit your soul space for further clarifications!!

================================

Ellis blinked, his confusion deepening. Visit his soul space? Was it talking about the dream where he met young Ellis. The notion intrigued him, but he couldn't help but wonder how he was supposed to do that. It seemed like a concept beyond his current understanding, leaving him uncertain and searching for answers.

Ellis scratched his head, a bemused smile tugging at the corners of his lips. "Visit my soul space, huh? This is starting to feel like one of those cliché moments you'd find in manga or web novels," he mused to himself. "Well, might as well give it a shot. Who knows? Maybe I'll find myself in a grand adventure or unlock hidden powers."

He chuckled at the thought, finding amusement in the whimsical nature of the situation. With a shrug, he decided to embrace the quirkiness of it all and give the method a try. After all, stranger things had happened in the stories he enjoyed.

Taking a deep breath, Ellis found a comfortable spot in the room and sat down, crossing his legs into a meditation position. He straightened his back, trying to mimic the serene posture often depicted in those novels he had read.

"Now, let's see," he muttered, closing his eyes and focusing on himself. He recalled the descriptions he had come across countless times, where the protagonists would delve into their inner realms with a calm and focused mind.

Ellis attempted to clear his thoughts, envisioning a tranquil space within himself. He imagined fluffy clouds, serene waterfalls, and maybe even a floating island for good measure. With each breath, he tried to summon the peace and tranquility he had read about.

"Alright, inner self, I hope you're ready to take me on a wild ride," he chuckled inwardly, not expecting any immediate response but embracing the lightheartedness of the moment.

As he continued his attempt at meditation, Ellis couldn't help but wonder if he was doing it right. Should he be humming a mysterious mantra or visualizing glowing orbs? It all felt a bit silly, but he figured that was part of the charm.

"Focus, Ellis, focus," he reminded himself with a playful inner voice. "You're trying to access your soul space here, not trying to win a medal in the 'Most Clueless Meditator' competition."

With renewed determination, Ellis pushed aside his doubts and fully immersed himself in the experience. He embraced the stillness, allowing his mind to settle and his imagination to wander. Who knew what awaited him in this quest to visit his soul space?

With a mixture of excitement and a healthy dose of self-awareness, Ellis continued his funny yet genuine attempt to connect with his inner self. Whether he would

find enlightenment or simply end up with a sore back remained to be seen, but one thing was certain—he was fully ready to embark on this cliché adventure within himself.
