In a small training ground, one handsome male with a model like female were sparring as the female was knocked back with kick having a surprised expression.

"You have improved a lot during these five months. I can't even hold a candle to you now, Luo"

Luo was still maintaining his kicking motion until he heard her voice as he put his leg down and smiled slightly as he said

"It's all thanks to you Jenna. You've been taking care of me this whole time"

"No, you survived thanks to your willpower and luck, this aside its tomorrow, right?"

Hearing the last part Luo's expression hardened as he nodded in affirmation

*Sigh*

"To tell you the truth you are the second person to reach the last stage of the experiment. If you succeed, you will be promoted to a leader, with only the commander above you."

"Second? And what do you mean by leader?"

"Ah, I forgot to explain this as everyday was quite hectic"

"Well listen, our organization is separated into 5 ranks, the highest being the commander then leader, special agent, agent, and soldier which comes last"

"I'm a special agent by the way."

"Oh, and why do you think I'll be promoted to leader directly? Bruce didn't mention any of this"

"Bruce instructed us to only explain the ranks once they have survived at least the 2nd stage of the experiment, and ranks come with special privileges such as increased salary, more free time, and the amount of authority you will get at the leader's rank can rival the king of a country."

As he added this information to the formula, Luo pondered his choices.

'I was originally planning on escaping the moment I go out for my first mission but thinking about it staying here and making use of this organization won't be such an awful idea'.

"What are you thinking about when we are still not done yet!"

Jenna sneaked on him when she saw that he was distracted, but Luo was leagues stronger than her although he hid most of his powers and only showed enough.

"No, it's done."

Luo reacted at inhumane speed as he swiftly dodged her knife with a single head movement then he tapped her elbow and punched her abdomen at the same time to break her momentum followed by him stealing her knife and slashing at her neck only to stop inch away from it. This all happened very fast as it left Jenna petrified not even realizing what and how it happened. Although Jenna was also a super-human and was more than 10 times stronger than the average adult she just couldn't compare to the current Luo.

'How?! In just 5 months he could totally overpower me. This is crazy.

Luo was staring at the stunned Jenna as he held a knife over her neck

'So, this is all she amounts to, I can see strings stretching from every part of her body, and the aura around her is as white as snow'

During these 5 months Luo experienced a tremendous increase in his combat power thanks to the various experiments he went through. He concluded that the matter injected into his body was something out of this world. Every time he felt that only the density of that matter increased. Currently he is around 40 times stronger than your average adult.

'This sensation again, since the last experiment it feels as if I'm just steps away from reaching something, ughh, this is so weird, anyway it is getting closer as long as I pass that experiment, I can go out'

Luo thought to himself about the recent happenings. Although he could probably break through the security here and run away, he decided to play it safe as he still doesn't know where he is currently. There is also another thing that is holding him back.

After a quick meal break Luo and Jenna got to stamina training as sparring was useless due to the difference in strength. They kept at it till dinner time as they stopped and went to rest for tomorrow.

Inside the shower Luo was looking at his reflection in the opposite mirror. He marveled at how much he changed. His body is more buffed up now, with some scars that could be seen frequently here and there, but the most noticeable change was his golden eye color and retinas that dilate like a beast's.

"Wow, I'm sure people would hardly recognize me anymore, and especially with these, was it after the third experiment when they permanently changed to this? Sigh, I guess even though I'm this strong now I still feel a bit nervous."

After his eyes changed the scientist clearly noticed but wrote it off as just some weird mutation, as these were not very rare, but they did not expect that there was way more to it. Soon after finishing his shower, he went to sleep early to get ready for tomorrow.

*KNOCK, KNOCK*

A loud knock was heard outside Jenna and Luo's room followed by a loud voice

"TRAINEE AND INSTRUCTOR OF ROOM 0-59, WE REQUEST YOUR PRESENCE IN SECTION O IN 5 MINUTES"

Hearing him, Luo and Jenna got up as they were waiting for him and headed straight outside to the area mentioned above.

"Oh, look who we have here our organization's future star. Are you ready kid?"

After arriving Jenna and Luo were greeted by Bruce alongside ten or so people, half wearing lab coats and the others were soldiers. All of them were standing in front of a huge metallic tube with the sign of a crow engraved on it. This symbolized the organization.

The duo saluted respectfully as soon as they heard the man's voice

"YES, Sir."

*Tap*

"Good you seem very energetic. I have high expectations. Don't disappoint me."

"I won't treat you badly trust me" (Whispering)

Bruce tapped Luo's shoulder as if encouraging him then he whispered the last part in his ear and walked away prompting the soldiers to follow behind. However, just before he left the room, he glanced back at Jenna and smiled maliciously unnoticed as he walked out.

*Grit*

Luo gritted his teeth in frustration as he held back his anger.

'Damn after all this, he is still brown. I'm sure from his grip that we are equal physically, but it seems I'm still lacking in terms of experience.'

'But that won't matter soon'

Luo was slightly disappointed, but he knew that soon he would be able to surpass Bruce.

After awakening his golden eyes and experimenting with the ability that came with them, he can now maintain the ability on all the time or more like its automatically on, aside from that now he clearly sees colored auras around everybody after a bit of testing he figured out that the color of the aura signifies the person's strength and the amount of threat he poses to him, it goes like this White means that the target mostly doesn't pose much danger, Blue means that opponent is weaker physically but his skill level is high enough for him to pose danger, then comes Brown which means that opponent is of either equal P.C (Physical capabilities), and skill, or lower P.C, higher skill and vice versa, Red, the opponent is stronger physically and skill wise, very lower chance of winning (20%-30%).

At the moment this was all Luo could see. The aura on Bruce was brown, meaning only around a 50% chance of winning in 1v1. However, if the others interfere it's mostly likely a loss, but there was progress as when he met him 3 months ago, he was a Red target.

"Everything is ready. You can go in when you are ready."

Luo nodded at the scientist who had just informed him, as he took a deep breath and walked inside the tube.

In another room Bruce was watching on a big screen as Luo went inside the tub, he was in his chair smoking a huge cigar as he asked his secretary.

"Have you checked the information about her?"

"Yes sir, she is without a doubt that man's daughter."

*Sigh*

"What an awesome catch. Make sure to keep an eye on him as we can use her as a card to rope him in."

"Yes sir."

"Oh, and make sure to put her under him once he passes the test. He seemed to have taken a liking to her. What an excellent card can I use to control two very good pieces, AHAHHAHAHAH"

Bruce laughed hysterically watching Jenna through the screen, at the fact that just a random girl he bought turned out to be this useful.

Luo was in a trance inside the tube as he felt that same matter seep into him again strengthening his very being, he could feel himself getting stronger and stronger every time the matter circuits his body through the blood stream as his body devours it like a beast in hunger, but the more he feels his strength increasing the more he sense that a certain wall getting weaker, but he still couldn't break through it no matter what, he felt he was just in need of just a bit more of that matter to succeed. Outside the head scientist was frowning at the unprecedented rate of absorption recorded on the screen of what they named Origin energy. He had never seen or heard of such a rate before.

'Is he that compatible with the energy? I always found his last experiments way to smooth, is it because of his compatibility? However, if I inject more, he might just explode he is already way past the highest recorded limit.

His thoughts were cut off when he heard his assistant report

"Sir, he is around one minute away from finishing the dose"

'Already! Damn he is such a gem I can't afford to lose him now just because of greed, but still what if he succeeds?'

His expression started contorting as he was in a dilemma of whether to push the experiment or not. He feared losing such a rare specimen, but he couldn't stop himself from wanting to test his limit.

"Sir, thirty seconds left."

'AH FU#K IT'

"Increase the dose to the max right now"

"What?"

The assistant was stunned at the sudden order as his excitement at completing the experiment quickly changed into confusion.

"But why?" We_"

"I SAID RIGHT NOW"

Hearing his boss scream got him all flustered as he followed the order and increased the dose.

Back inside the tub Luo was feeling pretty disappointed as he knew at this rate he wouldn't breakthrough that wall. But then all the sudden a rush of that matter entered his blood stream once again, this time in a quantity he had never experienced before. It was almost suffocating to him, but it was enough.

'GOOO'
