Caelesti, congratulation young man! you are officially the first to complete all 10 stages of the placement test" said Sengoku from his seat across the table. to his right was Garp who was currently grinning without a cause. Directly behind them were the three admirals standing tall for the race of humans. "L... is that like the d's? no.. he is the only one with it." thought senguko between his short pause. he reaches under him the table and pulls out a coat with really long arms. the coat had paddings on the shoulders which were with gold ribbons sticking and the pad, blue. behind it were the letters for justice.

Sengokuplace the coat onto the table infront of Ryu who was currently standing with his hands inside his pockets. " that also in turn, makes you the youngest vice admiral!" senguko gave a proud smile " i again sincerly congrats you! we need fine young marines like you." he finished with a nod.

Ryu grabs the coat from the table and immeaditly wears it, not at all pressured by the fact that he is in a room full of the worlds super powers. " i thank you" he said looking at Ryu. He then looks at akoji and bow his head a little " and i thank you for giving me the chance that day" and quickly retracks his head again.

Akoji smiles a little at this " no problem at all kid!" he said with a lazy tone " you most have some questions, ask away" he finished.

Akianu kept his very face on while kizaru also kept his punchable face without a faze.

"yes Ryu, ask away" Sengoku gave his agreement with a small nod. Garp leaned back into his chair, still not commenting anything.

"i would like to become admiral... how does one go about it?" Ryu asked, holding nothing back.

Akainu gave a small hmmmm but did not comment, his eyes however stared directly into Ryu's.

Sengoku waited a second, thinking whether to answer or not. ultimately, he felt there was no harm in doing so. " you most be recommended by a celestial dragon or capture a total of 1 billion worth bounty which will allow you to fight one of the admiral, if succeed then you will gain the title." Sengoku eyes wavered a little bit " i would recommend you to not go after it though" he signs and explain " your only 15 and yet became a vice admiral, the world has their eye on you, including pirates.." he finished.

" thank you for your goodwill" Ryu said with a nod to him. " To protect people you need power" ryu allows his eye to roam around the room " when you use power to protect someone however, you harm someone else. This world is not black and white, pirates become pirate for a reason as do marines become marines. sometimes the reasons are nobel,others it is with evil intent but most of the time this so called "nobel" reason become the cause of something evil." ryu then locks eye contact with Sengoku. " to save ones daughter a father gains the power to kill, to save ones son a father gains the power to steal and eventually these two meet... if that father had status then he wouldnt have need to kill nor steal. With status one can protect without inflicting harm to another just as a admiral can call an attack to be stopped while the pirates can only fight the marines. it is status which will allow me to protect the ones in need and deliever justice!"

"i thank you again for your goodwill but i will have to reach admiral as soon as i can" ryu finished with passion his in eye. im getting really good at lying these days he thought to himself.

Sengoku could not help but smile a little while the 3 admirals hid their reaction inside their mind.

this kid... hes dangerous thought akianu with a grim look.

status over power huh... akoji thought with a bemused smile.

"what else?" asked senguko noticing Ryu wanting to continue.

" i would like a ship to which i can sail on my own. my plan is to go to east blue and witness the peace. i will then collect the fishmen arlong bounty, i have heard a rather unfortunate rumor about his base sir" ryu said and continued " from then i will go to the new world and collect the neccecary bounty" he finished.

"alone?"

" yes sir, i could of course take some marine with me to east blue, the grandline however, is too dangerous for me to protect them"-

akainu then interrups, " if you cant even protect a ship of marines, what makes you think your elgible to become an admiral. your age is also a major red light into this, you dont have the experince."

Ryu gave no sign of his annoyance, " i will be actively going after pirates, which will in turn might call for one of the yonko. i know i can escape from one alone, with a group however.. the only end is death. as for the experience, my journey will give me more then enough" replied Ryu.

Akainu kept quiet, although had a sneer creeping into his lips. Sengoku enters into deep thoughts,,, or at least tried to *smack* garp laughed with glee " Oi! let the brat go alone!" said garp, clearly happy about to slap he gave to sengoku.

sengoku quickly writes something into a slip of paper and orders ryu to leave. with bold tic marks multiplying on his head, sengoku yells with anger " GAAAAAAAAAARRPPP YO-" his voice cut of by the closing of the door.

Ryu looks into the letter.

allow one ship to be taken sighned- fleet admiral Sengoku.

firgering out what to do, he quickly head for the docks.

upon arrival, Ryu quickly turn in the slip into the hands of the officail in charge.
