Chapter 5

Crystalline, luscious white hair devalued by the various twigs and mud tumbled out of Celestia’s hood as she took a step forward. Her perfect face was marred by the constant mixed twinges of emotions.

She knew that the path she had chosen by approaching the world of gods and demons would be hellish, to say the least. But, in order to protect her loved ones and not be underestimated, she would have to be strong.

Celestia’s POV

Right now my priority is to search for a place to live or a base of operations. I definently need it as I doubt that I would serve under Rias onee-AHEM!-Gremory. She’s fine and all but her pride kinda irks me for some reason.

And, in the anime she’s going to get Issei or the Red Dragon Emperor anyway so… it might tilt the balance of this world. Guess I better watch them from the shadows, maybe..?

There are a lot of events after Issei unlock his Boosted Gear, all of them extremely dangerous even to immortals. Well, let’s make the search faster shall we?

[Clairvoyance]

Clairvoyance is a magic ability or skill that allows me to search for almost anything on a radius of around 10 miles or so. But, it cannot search for beings that use presence concealment skills.

Ah! There it is! Hmm, is this really Japan? I mean, there are slight changes from what I can remember. And, trust me because I can remember almost anything from [Archives].

“Umu~ I found it.”

I immediately cast concealment on myself and ran towards the ‘Real Estates Agency’. It was around 10km from here but when I ran, it took around 10-15 seconds to arrive.

Well, it pretty much looks the same. I should probably manipulate the owner to sell me the house for an extremely cheap price and settle for the night. Then, I’ll enroll in Kuoh Academy and make my debut!

After 15 minutes or so, I came out of the building with satisfaction and a certificate for my new house. It’s quite close, about 10 minutes on walking and 5 minutes close to Kuoh Academy.

I continued on walking towards my house while thinking about the various ways to kill a god level being. After a while, I reached my brilliant looking house.

The house or mansion was 3 stories tall, equipped with the latest technology and software. It also had around 10 rooms for guests and a personal room for me which was pretty spacious.

A hazy mist surrounded the once large mansion and after a few minutes, only a barren land was left. Yep, this should be enough for now. I will definently fortify it more in the future as I don’t want my goods to be hurt.

Anyone, be they god, devil or beast I will SEND THEM TO HELL if even just a small crack forms on my babies. They are my treasure, love, and pride.

Thinking that, I ‘unlocked’ my skills and went inside my mansion and locked it again. Well, I should probably sleep for now since I’ve got school tomorrow.

Kuoh Academy

Umu~ This is definently Kuoh Academy. Well, even in the anime not much is known about Kuoh Academy, other than the fact that it was originally an all-girls private school.

At some point before the start of the series (when the old school building was still in use at that time) Kuoh Academy changed into a co-ed school and the new school building was made.

The Kuoh Academy has several division such as the primary division, high school division and college division.

The high school division of Kuoh Academy has multiple annual events such as the Ball Tournament, Sports Day, School Trip for second year students and School Festival.

As a proud 3rd year student of the secret school of devils-in-training, I wore a white long-sleeved, button-down shirt with vertical linings, a black ribbon on the collar, a black shoulder cape and matching button-down corset, and a magenta skirt with white accents.

I don’t really know why but I feel like I’m being stared at. I mean, I know I’m kinda cute but seriously, why are even girls looking at me like a piece of meat!

AH! Shit! I need to quic-

“Would you please join the Kendo Club?!”

“No, Please join the Beauty Club!”

“You should definently try out the cheerleader squad!”

Shit! I’m not good with people. Un, I have decided. Time to run! I ran immediately towards the academy with ‘mortal’ speed. It wouldn’t do me any good if I were to be discovered now before my debut.

After a couple of breaths, I, Celestia Yamamoto, have realized what true ‘fatigue’ means. Now then, where am I? Is this, ah… yes it is the classroom of Issei and noone’s here yet..

Maybe, I should just wander around and maybe visit the Occult club. And, so I explored around the academy and noticed something weird. This Academy had a secret underground chamber, who knew?

Little did Celestia know that this secret chamber was a seal to one of the most powerful beings in existence.

I should probably check it out after school finishes. Now then, it’s time to mee- killing intent! I immediately use [Clairvoyance] to see who was following me and probably kill me.

“Come out.”

“…….un..”

An adorable petite girl with white hair and hazel eyes appeared from a shadow?! The front of her hair has two long bangs going past her shoulders and several loose bangs hanging over her forehead, while the back has a short bob cut. She also wears a black cat-shaped hair clip on both sides of her hair.

No, no that should be some sort of magic, I mean she hasn’t unlocked her spiritual powers yet. Screw it, this is the DxD world, anything can happen.

“…..Follow me”

So, I follow said person to her destination which was obviously the occult club ‘or’ secret meeting place for demons. I mean, just look at all the enchantments and barrier spells cast on this shit.

The club house is a three story building, with the third story serving as a clock-tower. It has been painted white with a black roof with vines creeping up to the second story.

The club room interior is a wood-paneled room with Victorian-style couches and chairs along the walls. One side is set up to be able to be used as a bath, and a large Gremory Family magic circle is also there to allow teleportation to and from clients.

I know at least this much about the occult club from reading the Fandom of Highschool DxD. The problem is, the moment this door is opened it could be considered as my true step in the realm of gods and demons.

But, my thoughts were interrupted by the squeaking of the wooden door which is my real debut. When the doors were opened, I saw the whole crew of Rias’s peerage, including my bro*AHEM*Issei or Welsh Red Dragon Emperor.

All of them looked at me in various ways with Rias’s expression morphing into a mysterious yet delighted expression.

“Good morning.”
