Two weeks later..

Jackie was on the run from a different group of people: The Avengers. Captain America threw his shield at her feet, which she leapt over. “MY GOD, CAN PEOPLE JUST LEAVE ME THE HECK ALONE?!?” Jackie yelled, opening up her angel wings. An electric net wrapped around her leg. “MY GO- *growl* SERIOUSLY?!” Jackie kicked it off, ignoring the power up of Iron Man’s blaster. Suddenly, a knife slammed into a tree right next to Jackie. Yelping, Jackie soared into the air, zig zagging, trying to avoid Falcon. BEN Drowned appeared in front of Falcon, growling. “You shouldn’t have done that.”

Jackie ran into an abandoned apartment. Curling up into a ball in a closet shelf, Jackie started to cry. Why were people chasing her like she was a common criminal? “J-Jeff..” Jackie sobbed, covering her face. A warm glow appeared in her room. A woman gently walked over to her, blonde hair glowing and blue eyes concerned.

“Hello. I’m Captain Marvel. Why are you crying?” Jackie cowered.

“P-please don’t hurt me.” Captain Marvel sighed.

“I feel ya. I really do.”The woman hugged Jackie, and then vanished. Footsteps alerted Jackie, who curled up into an even tighter ball. A tall, dark man with an eyepatch slowly started to walk around.

“Come on out, I know you’re here.” Jackie curled up even tighter. The closet door opened slightly.

“I see you, you know. I’m not blind.”

Jackie sprang out, vaulted over him, and flew out the window, afraid as heck. A woman with red curly hair started to chase her. “LEAVE ME ALONE!” Jackie yelled, crying.

Jeff grabbed her from behind in a hug.

“Jeff!” Jackie hugged him, crying. “People keep chasing me,” she whispered into his chest.

“I got you. I got you, Jackie. You’re safe.” Jeff took her to the mansion, not knowing that Iron Man was following them.

“Friday, tell Cap I found her.” Jackie froze, hearing his voice.

“He’s here.” Jeff looked at her.

“Who’s here?”

“Iron Man.” Jeff froze, grabbed Jackie, and started to run into the mansion, where Slenderman held open the door.

“Hurry!” They ran in, just missing Iron Man.

“By Zalgo, they sure are persistent,” Toby muttered. Nina knelt, checking Jackie for injuries.

“Did they hurt you?” Jackie nodded.

“Electric net.” Jane growled, holding a knife.

“How dare-” BEN wrapped an arm around Jackie.

“We won’t hurt you. Don’t worry.” Jackie nodded.

“Want to play some Minecraft?” BEN nodded frantically. They started to play it, with Jane, Jeff, Slender, Toby, LJ, and EJ in the kitchen arguing. Knocking on the door caused Jackie to jump. Nina went to the peephole and turned around, cursing. “It’s a guy with an eyepatch.” Jackie jumped up, shaking.

“They found me.” Sally ran to her, grabbed her hand, and ran to her room.

“BEN, Sally, Lazari, and LJ. Stay with Jackie in Sally’s room.” Slenderman ordered.

“Aye aye,” Sally whispered. LJ guarded the door, BEN guarded the windows, Lazari and Sally comforted a shaking Jackie.

“We won’t let them hurt you,” LJ whispered in Jackie’s ear, hugging her for a moment. They sat in silence, listening to the arguing downstairs.

“She is dangerous and a threat to humanity if we don’t take her in,” Fury’s voice thundered. Jackie froze, barely breathing. She paled.

“I-I’m dangerous?” BEN rushed over, shaking his head.

“NO. No you are not,” BEN whisper-shouted. The door began to shudder.

“Let me in, I know you are in there!” Jackie began to hyperventilate.

“Nononononono.” BEN opened a window and cursed.

“We’re surrounded.”

Jackie’s hair began to turn white from anxiety. Her eyes turned amber. Feathered demon wings grew from her back. “Whoa, what the-” BEN muttered before the door flew open. Jackie opened her mouth, showing rows of razor sharp teeth. She hissed, jumped towards the window, and flew.

“Jackie!” LJ and BEN yelled. Falcon tried to catch her, but she suddenly screamed like a Banshee, causing his wings to malfunction. She flew until she was a dot, and then she was gone. “SCREW YOU!” LJ yelled at Nick.

“WHY WON’T YOU LEAVE HER THE HELL ALONE, YOU-YOU..” BEN trailed off, noticing a crying Lazari.

“She’s so scared… and alone… and sad… she just wants to be left alone!” Sally screamed hoarsely, crying blood.
