Fang first started by heading to the quests' board. On his way, he saw a practice field with a few other elves practicing their magic on dummies. Wanting to see for himself what his new spell looked and felt like, Fang decided to go and give his very own magic a try. He made his way in front of a dummy and thought "Earthen Shard", wanting to see if it would work in a similar fashion to how his inventory worked
Immediately, he saw a bundle of clay, mud, dirt and stone amassing together in front of his eyes, in a large, key-like shape. Then, with another thought, he sent it crashing towards the dummy. To his great surprise, the magic worked very smoothly.

"So powerful!" he unconsciously let out. He was amazed for a few seconds at the power and effect of his spell, before deciding to check what the notifications meant.

"So you only truly unlock Mana after doing your first spell" he understood, after seeing the new informations. He then sent out a few more Earthen Shards. "Seems like I truly need to wait until my Mana regenerate before I can do anything else" he sighed, looking at his empty Mana pool. Afterwards, since Fang was starting to get tired, he decided to log off for a bit.

When Boeros got out of the capsule, he noticed it was already five in the morning as he was heading towards his computer to take a look at the new forums which released along with the game. He would have taken a look before-hand, if it wasn't for the fact that the forums released at the exact same time as the game. "Incredible, the forums are separated by our region in the game !" he exclaimed, "It's going to be great seeing only information filtered for me." After browsing through the forum a bit, he noticed that there wasn't any infos on titles yet, so he decided to add what he knew about his.

After uploading his guide and seeing some more informations about the various guilds, Boeros started exercising, keeping in mind that even though the VR capsule could keep him alive with nutrients, it couldn't do anything to improve his overall fitness.

At school, everybody was talking about the new game. Most of Boeros' friends had already started playing and the others were going to order the VR capsule soon. Boeros asked around if any of his friends had chosen the elf race. Even though most had chosen the human race, there still was a few elves among them. He asked for their username because with some luck, he'd probably meet one of them eventually.
At the end of the day, Boeros returned home to no one. His father worked late and his mother was staying at some government embassy for a while. He then cooked himself a quick meal before logging back into the game.
About the name of the game, nobody really knew why it was called this way yet. Some thought that maybe the world was situated on a giant oak tree or that there was some sort of oak god, while others, like Boeros, didn't give it much of a thought yet.
The first thing Fang did when he logged back was to add his friends of the elf race from school. After that, he finally got close to the encampment's Adventurer Quest's board. There, he heard a few players looking for parties : "Looking for a Level 4 Warrior", "If you're a Level 2+ Ranger, you can simply join us" and such.
"Can you take a look at where you're going, pal ?"
As he was caught in his thoughts, Fang bumped into a tall and burly elf.
"Ah, sorry, I didn't see you there" he excused himself.
"Forget about it", after these words, the man continued his way along with his party, while they resumed talking.
After a few steps though, an old and bald elf from his party turned around and asked Fang, "Sugar, do you have a party that accompanies you?"
At a loss for word in front of this senior woman he responded truthfully : "Not really, in fact I was looking around for a quest and for a party".
"Why don't you join us?" she asked.
"Would you really be inclined to get a Level 2 Magician like me ?" Fang replied, a bit skeptical.
"Of course sugar, you look like quite a lot of fun to be around".
"What we were going to do is simply a Level 3 hunting quest, why don't follow us and see if you wanna join afterwards ?" Seeing the sincere smile on the old woman's face, Boeros couldn't bring himself to say no and nodded positively.
"Ho, you are quite insistent on bringing new members in, Golden Goose" said the man that previously bumped into Fang.
Afterwards, they each presented themselves. The party that invited Fang was composed of only three people. First, there was Golden Goose, the old and bald woman who invited Fang. Second, there was Black Tooth, the tall and burly man who bumped into Fang. Last, there was a small boy that gave off some kind of relaxed feeling, as for him, he was named Kirk. They were all Level 3, and were a warrior, a ranger, and magician, respectively.
While walking towards the forest for the quest, Fang asked them : "So, what will we need to hunt for this quest?"
"Sugar, it's gonna be very easy, we only need to eliminate 25 purple rabbits and the Purple Rabbit's Commoner", the sweet elf replied.
"Do I really need to kill some rabbits again?", "And I guess my shoulder guard won't do any good..." Fang inwardly sighed and readied himself to fight against the rabbit. Still, he was a bit happy because he would get the chance to fight against the Purple Rabbit's Commoner.
