“What’s that? I’ve never heard of any of this before.”

“I forget Earth has no magic, one of the weird worlds who have no chance of promotion. So, traits are passive effects, if it helps think of it in video game terms. Abilities are active effects, which requires you to use magic and consciously use them.”

“In the world you will be going to, Fantasia, they have awakening ceremonies when you turn 17 years old.”

“I understand, it’s confusing but I get the gist of it.”
