Day 13

Mother said she would explain everything to me today. When I woke up mother was already by the side of my bed. She didn't smile her serious face made me uneasy. To make matters worst since the day I was born, I never once saw mother open her eyes. (which scares her since her mother is looking serious.) "Tear, I'm sorry I couldn't explain yesterday," mother answered honestly. 'So your wearing something that'd I'd see with a Chinese emperor's concubine. No offense mother,' Tear thought. Her mother seemed very uneasy about what she was about to say to her own daughter. "It's not that I wanted to keep you in the dark about my former job as the late king's adviser. I retired from that so I can join grandfather as a merchant. It's safer than having official chasing you for pissing them off. Anyway I'm not the type to make everyone hate me because of of some peace treaty. "

Just what kind of adviser was mother to go to trips to other country. "A very replaceable person," she answered as she looked at my expression. Did I give myself away with the worried look just now. 

"You don't have to worry Tear even if there is rebel army from that exile prince that killed his late father coming here to get this village I will protect you," Mother stated as she hugged me tightly. "Did you know one of your eye is gold like grandfather's but your left eye is azure." Her smile was gentle as she held me in her arms tightly. 

I just hugged her back while Qian jumped in with us. I smiled since Qian was asking why we were all hugging each other. "Because mother misses us," Tear lied. Since it was half true though her mother just laughed at her daughters. She made sure to tuck Qian in asleep in her own bed and she sneaked out after smiling at me. I don't know how long it was but I heard a loud explosion go off in the mansion. So out of curiosity I ran toward the sound to find a shocking scene. I had opened mother's room to the study to see grandfather stab mother in the side of her ribs. "Can't we even talk in peace daughter," grandfather said. 

When probing grandfather's mind I realized it wasn't just mother, our place. The village was in flames, there were screams and from what I got out of grandfather was that he had sold them out to the exile prince. He was in cohorts with the traitor prince of the beastmen. "Mother, grandfather sold us out," Tear stated. Her mother coughed up blood and told her to run away. Tear used Instant movement using her divine mana as source so she could move to her side of her mother.

"Just what exactly are you," grandfather asked. Not that I'd know anyway since that stupid God probably knew something about that more than I did. I mean who wouldn't suspect when he said that I had many lives as a male. And that my first life was a girl to begin with, like something is wrong there. Who in their right mind wouldn't suspect anything. "I have nothing to say about what I am. (since I have no clue since the old man only hinted at something weird.) So since you betrayed your own daughter to the prince that means you also want all witnesses gone." I healed mother and placed her outside the door.

Mother rushed off to sister after I told her that sister was still in her room mentally. I dodge as grandfather tried to cut my head off. I side stepped as he tried to stab my ribs. What I didn't expect was Laria to appear and stab me from behind. "Did you do as I ask you," grandfather asked. "Easy as anything else. Both the mistress and the other daughter are dead," Laria answered. I was losing consciousness but I realized one thing Lumi was her goddess, and Laria was her Valkyrie.

Day 14

I limped to my room to see my bloodied sister and mother on the floor. I cried as I felt anger, rage, and sadness for my own powerlessness. "Young mistress I apologize to you since Lumi didn't want you to die yet," Laria said emotionless. Her battle crazed state gone now, but I'm still mad at her. So I pulled out Ferguis on her and erased her existense from this world completely. Her goddess Lumi and she can die for all I care. My family is gone, my grandfather betrayed us, our village destroyed. I will put that stupid prince and his empire to justice for messing with me or my family. I know I'm not powerful enough and have no information about them. But I'll bid my time then I'll have my revenge on him for what he did. 

I will not be that stupid goddess's Valkyrie if I can have a say in it. I'll get rid of any of her Valkyries if I see them. They'll wish they haven't messed with me.

Useful skill but I'll need to get out of here after I bury these two. Tear limped over to her mother and what's left of her sister Qian. She didn't care for Laria who she had cut into two leaving no blood at all where she was cleanly cut between her stomach. Tear's eyes were red and watery as she sat down next to the newly made graves at the foot of the mountain faraway from her village. It was reasonable since she wanted no one to dig up their corpses or to look for them. 

You are now labeled as Lumi's most wanted on her list for killing her favorite Valkyrie.

Tear laughed at the irony as Lumi had given her a blessing before. She also knew that blessings couldn't be taken. Curses were easy but it backs fire if the person was blessed by other gods. 'Come for me then you insane goddess. Who in their right mind would want to join hands with you after you kill their precious family. I for one ain't that stupid.' Her hand went to her short twin swords Ferguis at her side. She knew she wasn't going to use a bow since it reminded her of her grandfather. If anything she'd rather not use it at all. Tear walked towards the high end of the road and walked into the forest she spotted far off after flying in the air. Both her eyes were now cold, uncaring since the incident with her village. (it'll take awhile until she recovers from her anger at feeling powerless) The first thing she spots was Tweria, it was a golden wolf with three eyes and two tails. Rather she charged it without a care of her surrounding or noticing that it was not alone. I felt like venting all my anger and rage on that wolf. I charged straight at the wolf with only one sword drawn but my attacks kept missing leaving craters of my cuts  into the earth. It made me feel more frustrated at myself for not being able to wound the stupid wolf.

"Wow I only left her for a few days and a lot of stuff happened," said God. (eating popcorn)

"Aren't you too relaxed." (Narrator) 

"I mean who wouldn't watch this." (God)

"Weren't you supposed to be regulating souls from Earth instead of the world she's in." Narrator now irritated. 

"Man be happy that I'm ruling Earth at least." (God)

"Why are you lazing about and eating junk food instead of regulating the world of Earth then. (Narrator now mad) 

"Wait my food. No I still want to watch this show about Tear." (God cries as Narrator drags him off to work.) 

"Can't even believe I work for that old man." (female angel)
