One week was passed.

I was discharged from the hospital.

Several days ago, the representative from the guild came to me and given the punishment also restraining order to never came close to my ex-girlfriend.

The punishment was I can’t make my party for one year, but I could still enter another party. They also banned me from entering the Labyrinth of Great Britain for three years.

Therefore, I move out of Batam. My destination would be my hometown, Bandung. In this world, there a new way of transportation, it was Teleportation Station.

Teleportation Station looks like it can only be used around the Labyrinth, maybe because they needed around Mana Circulation.

Since Bandung, also a city that had Labyrinth, I used Teleportation Station. It was a refreshing experience to have.

Once again, I looked at a big Labyrinth. The Labyrinth located in the middle of the city and covered mostly the town while the districts became the city itself.

“Now, let’s see what I have here…”

I muttered to myself as I was slowly checking my stuff. Some of my adventure stuff has been delivered to my new place. My new room was a little room in a boarding house that I got as compensation for the death of my parent after the incident with Labyrinth.

Sometimes a monster from Labyrinth comes out and destroying building around Labyrinth. An incident that happened to my parent was a big scale monster attack that required Rank S adventures involved, because of that the compensation I get just barely enough for me,

The equipment I had;

1. Steel Armor

2. Big shield

3. Sword

I guessed my role in the last party was vanguard after I examined my equipment.

“Really, isn’t this just scrap metal or maybe a junk?”

The equipment conditions looked awful. I didn’t think this equipment can be used. My ex-party really screwed me over and over again. It’s made me angry, but right now, nothing I can do about it.

So I sold the equipment and bought a new one. I didn’t really like a big armor and chose to buy a light armor. The weapon I bought also changed with some knife and short sword. This purchased kind of put my finances near red, but I needed to go to Labyrinth.

Once again, I found out how absurd and fraud this new world it is.

Because I can’t even find any party who wants to take me in. Rejection. Rejection. Rejection. Since it was felt weird or out place. I used my skill to found out what happened.

What I found is that there no party accepted adventure with various problem, and my problem was some of the worse one. The banned from Labyrinth and the debt was particularly bad.

It was more infuriating when I found that who spreading the rumor, maybe my ex-girlfriend and my ex-party.

My only way is doing a solo, but the new problem arises. It was within my body since I woke up whenever I saw Labyrinth. This body always started felt cold and trembling with fear.

When I arrived in front of the door of Labyrinth this body was crumbling, I can’t even step inside, because of intense headache and sickness attacked me.

It was the worst feeling ever when you can hear the mocking, the ridiculing, and the jeering from adventures all around me. A humiliation

It was like all of the guilds is my enemy.

This damned world. This twisted world. That thing was not god or angel, but the devil itself.

I went home feeling defeated by cursing this world.

In the end, I have massive debt and didn’t have any family that can help. I was thinking of working in another industry.

Once again, I failed. After two weeks, I tried to search for a job in many industries I could find, like; sales, cashier, waiter, delivery guy, or anything. All of that ended with rejection.

It was weird, so I used my skill again.

The reason behind all of this made me felt this world was against me.

I always find weird, and I never saw someone taller than me. Maybe the height in this world different than my first world.

The reason my rejection was I look liked a monster. Tall, muscular body and also big with brown skin was the reason. I could read the lips one of supervisor talk, “Did he wanted to scare costumer away with that monstrous look!?”

I was devastated by that kind of rejection. This is the first time, and I encountered such intense disgust.

I who feel really ejected went home, meet two people in front of my door room. Just like any other people in this world, they are men with height around 145 cm, standing in front of the door, more likely waiting for me.

“What!?” I felt agitated because of a bad mood, tried to enter my room.

Of course, these two people won’t let me in. They were blocking with smug in their face.

“What!?” I screamed at them.

“Oi… Oi… This is your attitude to your benefactor?”

One of them was talking, but I couldn’t figure it since their face was the same. Maybe a twin.

“What? I don’t know you guys are?”

“Hah… Are you stupid!?”

“Are you drinking!?”

These guys talking at the same time, that really ticked me off.

“Sorry, I really don’t know. Can the two of you not blocking my way?”

“Is this guy foolish?”

“Are you tried playing us?”

The way they are talking tick me off, if it were in anime or manga with cute anime girl, I would find this cute, but they are bastard, so this is ticking me off.

“We came asked payment of your debt.”

“Yeah, pay this monthly bill.”

When I realized they are shark loans, made my mood worsened. So I challenged them.

“I don’t have any money. I pay next month.”

I said that while I tried to force my way to enter my room.

“Is he stupid?

“Is his head okay.”

I grabbed the door before I felt pulling force. It was spontaneous that I caught off guard.

My body is thrown off to the wall, and without warning, they punched me several times in my face and body. Sometimes, I felt the kick as well.

“Are you stupid?

“You are mana, just a D, and you think highly of yourself.”

I could feel one of their feet in my head, stomped it while laughing. The others are taking out my wallet and take all of my money.

After they’re done with that, they threw out my wallet in my face and spit on me.

“Take that!”

“We take this as interest. You’re debt still the same.”

“You’re adventure, right? Maybe you can pay us with became cannon fodder.”

I could hear their laughter. It was like a nightmare for me.

Never in my life, I felt such humiliation.

“This world is cursed.”

What I could hear was everyone laughing at me, mocking at me, jeering at me.

I put up my light armor, take out a knife, and my small sword. Didn’t think of injury, I get. I was walking to the Labyrinth. My body was screaming, the headache, nausea, I ignored it.

I entered the Labyrinth.
