That's what the public calls the Massacre that Ayato has created.
due to public unrest about the incident, Although there was a lack of evidence, Ayato was charged guilty and sentenced to life.
They have made him into a scapegoat seeing that he had a motive and was the only one that could take the blame.
The death count was 20 ~with one in critical condition.
He might have had a reduced sentence ~even charged un-guilty, but there are no allies to the poor. especially when you consider what’s for this corrupt society's greater good.
but then again, prison was the first step toward his freedom.
now, i’m sure you are rather confused about how prison can become the first step toward freedom, but i’d rather not go into that area because i don’t quite understand either.

The guards swarm the cell and began dragging me off to god knows where. and as i was being dragging off, Master tried saying something.
