Sunlight drizzled upon the land's green pastures. The sun was the brightest object of the day and brought about a warm air to the Land of Fire. Within this land of scars and history, a thriving village reigned. The Village Hidden in Leaves, Konohagakure. It has seen many attacks in it's lifetime, but it now rests in an era of peace.
Within the village, the rustle and bustle of the day could be felt. Laughter and happiness stirred itself within the civillians, creating a pleasant environment. On their calendars marked the "Shining Moon Festival", a fun night to celebrate the peace between the nations. Many were shopping for beautiful clothing and making arrangements.
As the day continued, some of the village's rising stars were preparing as well. One particular genin was consulting a trusted friend of his and teammate.
"Would something as flashy as this.. catch her attention?" he asked. His hand held up a bright orange haori, one that he would never wear on any festival day. He was Homura Rindō, an unpopular name among the new generation. A brown-haired, dark-eyed boy of fair skin. He wore a simple shirt.
The one to respond would be his laidback friend. "Rindō, why think too hard about it? a girl isn't some complex creature. She'll like you with or without that dumb haori."

Tono Hiseki. A more renown name among the generation. He has been referred to as the "Eye of Accuracy" due to his undeniable skill in shurikenjutsu and projectile throwing.
"Well, you know how I feel about her," a blush painted his face, "I just want her approval really."
Sunset fell upon the day within hours. The sky changed from blue to gold as it awaited the festival.
A man with hair of white sat atop a building, looking at the ground below, counting the many heads that passed. His deep blue eyes stared blankly below, looking at everything while looking at nothing.
Hatake Yasaki, son of the infamous Hatake Kakashi and Konoha beauty, Hatake Sayuri. Yasaki had worked to make a name for himself and he had succeeded. His title, the Silver Arrow of the Hidden Leaf, has resonated well with civillians. He dreamed of a time where it had been his goal to become Hokage. Where he searched for a purpose in the world. He had found it when his daughter, Himizu, was born.
"Hiseki and Rindō should be preparing for the festival now. Are you going to go, Kiyako?" he asked the young boy sitting next to him. The boy resembled Yasaki, withi his white hair and striking green eyes. Piercings dotted both of his ears, giving him a "bad boy" look.
"Hiseki is my rival, Dad. I can't hang out with him. Besides, my teammates aren't coming." Kiyako responded angrily. His father merely smirked.
"I remember when rivals were still important to me."
