Sneaking into town, Azula realized she stood out with her clothing, so the first thing she did was go to a nearby clothing store. As she walked in she noticed all the outfits put on display. Then she found some clothing labeled: underwear.
She could take a wild guess that these must be worn underneath any outfit, the exception being ones for swimming.
“Hello, Miss?” A young woman (who came out of nowhere) greeted Azula with an obvious fake perky smile. “Can I help you with something?” She asked.
Azula wanted to tell this woman to screw off but then that would attract the other employees, resulting in her getting kicked out. Then she had an idea.
“Yes actually, which of these clothes do you think would be suitable for girls my age”.
The woman was probably thinking Azula was stupid or something. “I am sorry if that was a strange question. You see, my family is very traditional so I was always forced to wear a kimono and wooden sandals”.
The woman nodded her head while mouthing the word ‘oh’ to show she understood. “And how old are you dear?” Another woman came asking who probably overheard Azula’s explanation.
“I am sixteen”.
The two women seemed skeptical. “You look a little too small for sixteen…”
“Yes, people keep saying that. I am just small for my age”, Azula said with a straight face.
“Say, what is your name?”
“Akira Hikari”, the princess replied. She still had the talent of deception, thanks to her training by her father.
“Well, Hikari-san, let me show you the teen section”.

Aragami went to camp near a shrine. He was muttering in Japanese. “Believe me, I will seek you”. Then he stood up and walked into the temple. There was someone he needed to meet, but unfortunately, he had to meet through his contract.
Luckily, there was no light in a certain area and there weren’t that many people. The contract:
Kryo Kaiho is a cryokinetic crime boss and head shinobi of a ninja clan known as The Hand.

Aragami was sure that Kryo wasn’t expecting him. The was scarce evidence of a ninja made out of shadow, going around killing criminals. So as he made it through dark spots, he managed to get past the guards. Killed off a few and threw their corpses off a nearby cliff. Then as he was inside, he used his nocturnal vision to seek the room of Kryo. He made sure he wasn’t spotted. No point in taking out guards since there wasn’t anywhere in the shrine inconspicuous enough to hide a lifeless body.
Finally making it to Kryo’s room, he teleported in. Kryo sensed someone watching him meditate. So before Aragami could impale his head, the cryokinetic rolled forward and lifted himself.
“You must be bold to foolishly break in and assassinate me. But killing me will result in consequences”.
“Spare me your speech, people like you are better off in hell”.
“…You are not human”.
“No shit”, Aragami sneered as the battle began. Kryo formed ice katanas and tried fighting but Aragami kept teleporting. Kryo looked around. The room wasn’t completely dark, more dimly lit. Kryo needed to turn on the lights, but Aragami destroyed every lightbulb and lamp. Kryo panicked, so he tried shooting in all directions. But he screamed as Aragami’s katana impaled his chest. The last thing he heard was:
“Tell Yamiko that I’m coming for her”.

Azula finished shopping. These could be worn and rewashed. The part she dreaded was that she would be the one washing them. As a princess in her dimension, she never had to do such a lower-class chore. Walking back to the hideout was agonizing as she was trudging across. She missed riding on her royal Komodo Lizard. But the upside was that nobody recognized her as a princess, they just saw her as a typical stranger. She blended in better as she was wearing a red Japanese-designed top and pants with yellow printed dragon designs.
As she quickly walked into the hideout (making sure no one saw her entering a secret place), She went to sit and held up the remote to examine it. She remembered Aragami saying that television was controlled by the remote. She pressed on a number. The same number appeared on the screen. Then she randomly pressed two more. The screen changed to what she learned was an animation.
“I would love to know how people managed to make pictures move like real life”.
“Thank globalization for that”, Aragami spoke from the kitchen. “I think you should watch the news, also here”, He said as he handed her a couple of books. Azula picked one up and saw they were books about everything she needed to know about the current era she was in.
“Where did you get that outfit?”
“I ordered it”.
“With my money?”
“No, I borrowed from an animal”, Azula smiled.
“Little girl, you can’t use my money without my permission!”
“I needed new clothes, in case you haven’t noticed how outdated I look”.
“You sound like those rich, prissy teenage girls who go out spending their father’s money”.
Azula looked offended but knew she was powerless at the moment. “What else was I supposed to do, being couped up in here?”
“I could train you”.
“Train me?”
“You just made me realize you are defenseless, I will teach you how to fight a certain style tonight, I suggest you sleep now because the training might last all night”.
