FINE!. I was in a trashy mood riding this noisy helicopter the first thing that morning I couldn’t enjoy the view because of the monstrous wind. (Sounds like someone had a bad mood)

Yeah, I was until I got down on an island near the coastal city of Torain. It was a distance of 20 kilometres from the mainland. One had to use a boat to go to the island.

It was an island that suddenly popped up 30 years ago.

At first, it was just a land of less than half a kilometre in the middle of the ocean. But later, it kept getting larger day by day, and shockingly, it floated to Torain port, a coastal city of the Guarddegon.

Anyways, too much of the geography. Let's move on to the gift part.

When my helicopter landed, I saw a rush of crowd, and of course, my bodyguards were protecting me. I was wearing a very casual fit. A T-shirt under the sweatshirt and a pair of jeans. A shoulder bag is a must.

Upon my arrival, what I saw was a clean piece of land.......

When I was raging with the anger of disappointment, a bunch of question was thrown at me by the reporters.

20 MINUTES LATER

After 20 minutes of driving, I started to see some houses, buildings, and forest lines along the way.

"This forest goes to the west side from the north along the beach line. Of course, it is a natural forest"

Once we arrived at the west side it felt like a newly-built medieval city.

"The buildings you saw while coming here were power stations. To power these houses with water and electricity"

Oook I gotta say I was getting impressed bit by bit

"And these houses you are seeing are made of using wood, stone and concrete"

"I love these houses. They are aesthetic"

"Thank you very much but this isn’t all. Let's go a bit further. Would like to walk or keep riding on the jeep?"

"Well I'm fine with both but I guess we can take it slower by foot"

"Well then let's get down"

We started to wafter after his cameramen were all prepared. We went into a house and it was amazing (someone was getting impressed)

I mean you imagine? Each floor was designed for a single family with two or three kids. With all the facilities of a regular home of course. And the best part is it felt like I was in a medieval era, so cosy, so aesthetic vibe. I just fell in love with this.

After exploring the house, we headed to the central part of that mini city, where I was really surprised to see the market.

Yeah, it was a market with lots of stalls that were selling different kinds of vegetables, although no seller was found. The stalls and the vegetables were just for show.

I grabbed a carrot from one of the stalls

"Is it edible?"

"What do you mean? Of course, it is"

I don't get it. Who's gonna eat it, though?

""Miss Jane have you already decided on who's gonna live in this house?"

Yeah, there we go. Before I could answer my question, I was tossed more questions to me (to be honest I am also wondering about it. Whoes gonna live there)

For some time, I avoided all of their questions and kept looking around. Then I found he had sorted out school, mall and so on. It was well-planned to start living right away. But the question was who gonna live.

I already had a plan the moment I saw houses.

"So did you like your gift? This 4,33,670 Square kilometre island is now yours" (handing her a framed paper)

"What? WAIT WHAT!! What's with this is 4,33,000 square kilometres!!"

"No not 4,33,000 but 4,33,670. Actually" (he said it with a smile that showed all of his front teeth)

"Well it was an unowned property until I got it and now I'm giving it to you"

I signed the paper and officially got an island in my name.

Later I asked Fred about the island in more detail and that's what I found

The island's living conditions are pretty complicated some of the spots may be a bit too sensitive to deep construction and cause huge damage, as much as to make the island break into half.

Only some parts are fertile enough to plantation, such as the beachline of the north to west.

Ahhhh what a troublesome piece of land. And I can't even say this out in public cause it is supposed to be a grand gift. Well, the overall size is grand. I mean an average country size should be around 250000 something sq miles. So it's, of course, a huge island I was gifted with with.

I didn’t give this town any name at that time. I just gave an interview, and of course, they took tons of footage of my reactions to different things.
