Just outside the Gate of Murus, a pack of civilians and merchants were lined up as they went through a frisking by the city guards. Amongst the line was Edgar and George along with a Girl in red robes behind them,
"Why are we stopping here, George?" Edgar asked,
"There is something we need here" George replied.
"But how come we let this brat come with us?" Edgar asked again with annoyance as he looked back at Clara behind him.
"I'm not a Brat! I just want to show my thanks to this old grandpa that saved me" Clara Exclaimed with fury.
"Well we don't need it so you can buzz off" Edgar retorted.
"hmph Whatever shrimp" Clara remarked.
Making their way to the front of the Gate, the trio came face to face with three armed Guards in metal armor.
"Name and Company?" one of the guards asked.
"My name is George and these are my Grandkids" George lied.
"Affiliations?" the guard continued.
"We are family members of Mason Vernan" George lied again.
"The Runesmith?" the guard asked increduosly.
"Yes, Sir Guards" George continued.
"Do you have Sir Vernan's Sigil with you" the guard asked.
"Of course" George replied.
Getting out a Token with a symbol of a Volcano engraved on it, George vailidated his identity and was even escorted by two guards into the city as if he were a noble. The Guards guided him all the way to the front of a Six Floor Building that was called the 'Treasure Forge'.
----------------------------------------
The Forge was founded by the Famous Artificer, Mason Vernan who walked the Path of Runesmiths. Runesmiths were the crafters of this world and were renowned for their Great Artifacts that boosted the abilities of Path Walkers. The Greater the Artifact the more stress is placed on its creator, thus leaving many who tread it to untimely deaths. But out of these poor souls came Great Individuals that made Powerful artifacts which were greatly coveted by Kingdoms and Empires alike. Only a Few have stood out among these great individuals and crafted weapons that became Myths and Legends well known around the world like the Dragon Soul Armor or Sword of Retribution.

The Building was decorated with Golden Pillars that held Statues of Cauldrons with golden lava spilling out. Looking upon the monstrous building, Edgar and Clara were greatly impressed and even felt intimitaded by its prescence. Seeing the two teens in awe George smiled as he head for the entrance and opened the door.
"Come on, Lets go in" George laughed waving at the kids.
"Yes" the two teens complied running after George and entering the building.

Inside the building was many different artifacts either hung on walls or placed in glass with varying prices. There were many people walking around the wide floor inspecting weapons and armors. There were even workers with the Volcano Emblem on their shirt guiding around the customers and introducing the different items for sale. One of those individuals walked up to the trio as he introduced himself.
"Hello, My name is Tristan and I will be your guide" the man smiled.
"Gooday Tristan, My name is George and these are my grandkids" George lied.
"How can I help you today Sir George?" Tristan eloquently asked.
"We are here to meet a family friend, Mason Vernan" George replied.
"Oh...Let me just check in with Sir Vernan real quick, If you'll excuse me" Tristan politely excused himself as he walked through the back door. The trio only waited a few minutes before Tristan came running back in a hurry and proceeded to bow furiously before George.
"I humbly Apologize Sir George I did not know you were very close with the Forge Master" Tristan pleaded.
"It is alright Tristan, Just lead the way to your Forge Master" George shrugged. Seeing the casual manner of George and the respect that Tristan had for him, Edgar began to get curious of George's true identity.
"Who are you, George?" Edgar asked curiously.
"Even my Family must tread carefully here, Sir George" Clara said filled with shock.
"You'll find out soon, Young Edgar and Miss Clara" George replied with a smile.
Following Tristan the trio went up Five floors to the top where they entered the office of Mason Vernan one of the most famous runesmiths of this region. The two teens were greatly suprised as they saw the owner of the Forge, he was a red skinned humanoid creature with two thick sharp horns protruding from his forhead. He had black hair reaching down to his eyes and wore a leather suit. Upon seeing George the man quickly got up from his desk and bowed towards him with eyes filled with excitement.
"It's great to see you Master" Mason expressed as he made his way towards George to shake his hand.
"Its been a long time Mason, how have you been?" George asked as he shook his old student hand.
"As you can see I've made a name for myself since last I saw you. Where have you been these past Ten years Master?" Mason asked.
"I've been following a Friends Advice, which led me to meet these two younglings" George answered directing Mason's gaze to the two teens that hid behind him.
"Oh..and these two are?" Mason asked feeling puzzled.
"The Future" George answered vaguely.
"Nice to meet you Sir Vernan, My name is Edgar" Edgar politely introduced himself.
"I am Clara and I only followed them to show my gratitute to Sir George for saving me" Clara added.
"You bear the sigil of House Mordraine, yet you don't introduce yourself as an heir of said house" Mason pointed out.
"I am not yet worthy to bear the Mordraine family name. Only when I make a name for myself then will I introduce myself fully" Clara announced.
"Peculiar little thing you are" Mason laughed.
"So what can I do for you Master" Mason asked bringing his full attention to George.
"Young Edgar here wish to become a Path Walker and needs an Attribute Stone to test with" George replied.
"I see. No problem I have one in my drawer" Mason complied taking a rough crystalized stone from his desk drawer he brought it in front of Edgar.
"Its pretty simple. Just place your hand on it and try to feel the energies inside the crystal and if you have an affinity with one the crystal should glow to show us your attributes" Mason explained.
"What Attributes are there?" Edgar asked curiously.
"Well there are many but the main ones goes like this. For the Warrior Path any attribute will do for it focuses on strengthening the body with the attributes being an added bonus. The Magicians Path on the other hand requires one of the main Four elements attribute. While the RARE Summoner Path requires all Four Elements Attribute to commune with the Elements and create Golems. Assassins and Sorcerers require the Dark Attribute which is black. The Tamer and Necromancer Paths require the Spirit attributes which are Gray in color. There are many more than this but these are the main Paths people tread on" Mason explained.
Having been explained the way it works, Edgar placed his hand on the crystal and focused all his attention on it. But no matter how long he waited the Crystal showed no reaction.
"Is it broken?" Edgar asked feeling confused.
"No. This could only mean you dont have any attributes" Mason stated with suprise.
