Little black dots

Little black dots

A new day has come for the villagers. Adults you can see already awake preparing for the new day while the kids do their chores.

On a certain outskirt of the village however a lazy man is being awaken by the children. He has black hair, is small in stature and that he gives you a sense of being an exotic creature.

Yep he is our little protagonist Chun Mo. Quite lazy in the mornings to the point that the children still need to wake him up but even though he has a lazy disposithe was quite loved in the village.

His breakfast was already prepared by one of his students mothers as payment for teaching thus he went to do his morning chores quite quickly. The classroom was cleaned the board was prepared and the seats were arranged and when all the arrangements were done he had his rest while waiting for his students.

A moment later his students arrived yound and old alike. Everyone already knows the routine so they gave their greetings and slowly did their morning routine.

After their morning routine Chun Mo checked their assignments and when he found that majority has given a satisfactory performance he decided to formally teach them music.

He draw a single black dot on the board and asked his students what it meant. The students with curiosity answered in their own different understanding. Some answered that its just a simple black dot other say that its the beginning of a line some said that its used to end sentences then so on and so forth.

When they finished their answers Chun Mo told them that "This little dot is the beginning of mans attempt to record music". With that Response the students were further confused. An old student asked "How can such thing be used to record something so complex?". And so Chun Mo replied that "With a simple dot something so complex can be simplified. Music is the same as life which is complicated, so many confusing things keep happening which always makes us tired of life. But life even though is complicated is at the same time quite simple. We just want to be happy, eat healthily and have a good relationship with our family, friends, and community. Music is the same even though its complex it is also simple just like this little dot. The dot tries to guide us on how to play the music we want to play. But it is us who makes the dots to record new musical pieces. It is us who has the final say in how to play, even though this dot may say that you must play it like this it is still you who must decide to play it like that or try something new. Who knows if you might discover something new or just concoct a disaster. Ahahaha sorry about that it looks like we strayed a bit too far from the meaning of this dot from music but if you listened wholeheartedly from my quite boring long winded explanation you might make some good music of your own"

Stolen story; please report.

And with that quite lengthy discussion he started to teach the students on how to read and write musical notes. Because of his early teaching of the basics it was quite easy for Chun Mo to teach the students. He just need to properly explain on what each note meant and do.

He also presented a bit of demonstration on what each note sounds like to further help his students. Seconds turned to minutes as minutes turned to hours.

When lunch time came all were exhausted by the lessons were happy and so they tidied up the place and prepared to eat their lunches.

While the students were eating, their teacher prepared something for their assignments. The day was quite peaceful, the wind was warm.

Suddenly a notice came up on Chun Mo accompanied by a box. "Congratulations you have unlocked the flute section of the library and as a bonus reward a gift will be given to you"

Chun Mo was a little surprise and angry at the same time. In his fit if rage he looked at the sky and shouted "STOP NARRATING EVERYTHING I DO DAMN IT!!!!"

And so our story come to a close. Thr narrator because in a fit of tantrum stop narrating Chun Mo's story for 5 chapters much to the annoyance of Chun Mo.
